booked on Expedia to pay when I arrive. They claim they didn't have my reservation altho I had a conformation number. So we went to another hotel

Room was in desprrate need of a makeover. Poorly lit, outadated room decor and bathroom.

The rooms are less than clean. This time we had enough towels last time we did not their pillows are small and they only offer one per person so as this is the second time I stayed, I brought my own. They do leave soap and some shampoo. The AC unit did not work luckily the windows opened. It is in a convenient location as you could cross the road and hop on the casino shuttle from the waterpark. There’s also a Taco Bell on one side and a Bob Evans on the other and a Starbucks across the road. It is in a convenient area for restaurants and shopping. Although the beds were comfy, it’s always just a little bit sketchy.

My day was perfect! The room was so clean. The staff was so friendly and parking was so convenient.

Very basic accommodation. Difficult/manual check-in, did not have any record of any on-line reservation. People using Engine/Expedia had difficulty. Really loud AC - could not sleep if it were turned on. Had to open the window - traffic noise was bad. Would not stay there again.

As soon as I walked in the door, the gentleman had attitude. Customer before me, they couldn't find his confirmation number. I went out to my car while waiting then returned with my phone just in case and was scolded about opening the door? Really? OK. I let it go. My turn and of course couldnt find my confirmation either. I said I have it, let me give it to you? He sharply said "no what am I going to do with it"?? Wow so is it safe to say my reservation can be canceled and payment reversed. He agreed and I left. Call expedia to go thru the process of returning money and now im waiting for motel to approve? Just a mess

The room was super small and the furniture was very old. The pillows were worn down and cheap. Most importantly the air conditioning did not work properly. I feel that for $95 per night. They could have done better this was a $70.00 room at best.

It was a place to stay and for the price it was ok. Room was clean. Beds comfortable- they don’t have breakfast which for the price of 99.00 was ok. Looked kinda run down but the room was clean-we just needed a place to sleep and that’s what we paid for and got.

Air conditioner is very loud and made tv watching barely tolerable. A nightstand on BOTH sides of the bed would be helpful! All in all I’d give it a 2.5
