We enjoyed our night

Didn't like how my room gets canceled that I booked on June 28th, but people got the last room right in front of us walking in

The hotel was very clean! It smelled good in every hall. The pool was clean and well maintained! The girl working was so nice and I had a great time for my birthday!

Not much thank goodness we had to leave early for home and only spend 1 night away Back door didn't shut. I have never seen doors to rooms that flimsy. Heard fighting in the parking lot and honestly didn't feel safe. I felt more comfortable in our big van sleeping the next day. The breakfast was a joke. No place by the waffle maker 2 sit down. Cereal looked old.

COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST (ALTHOUGH APPRECIATED) WAS A WAFFLE MAKER, COLD CEREAL, JUICE, COFFEE...NOTHING ELSE. SET UP IN HALLWAY, NOWHERE TO SIT. WE ARE USED TO MUCH BETTER OPTIONS WITH WYNDHAM. POOL WAS OK, COULD USE AN UPDATED PAINT JOB, HOURS ARE INCORRECT ON EXPEDIA. FOR THE PRICE, IT WAS OK.

Room was updated, clean, and confortable. Bathroom and rest of the building is old and does not have a great curb appearance

Like the automatic doors, room seemed clean. Poor excuse for a breakfast, didn't bother to tell us that we would be charged for checking in early (just took it out of deposit, I assume that was what it was for). Couldn't find a phone # to complain directly. Windows were disgusting!

All especially the upgrades

Location convenient, No staff in office. Had to buzz and wait for someone to show up. Buzzed several times. Finally someone came after 10+ min. Very nice receptionist though.

The curtain in our room was missing its handle, which allowed light to enter from the hanging piece. The shower also lacked shelves. The hair dryer on the wall was not working. Soaring Eagle Casino being located just five minutes away was convenient.

Nothing it was okay

Old. Back door not very secure. Beds were extremely hard, was hard to get comfortable. Pillows also hard, yet clean linens, so not too bad. The refrigerator was not cooling, and the AC was very finicky.

The hotel was literally around the corner from soaring Eagle Casino, which we came up here for. The so-called breakfast was cereal and waffles. There was milk just sitting out who knows how long it was there. The blankets were thin like sheets overall, the hotel was old and outdated.

No place to eat their "breakfast"; hot tub quit working and flooded part of hotel including two of our rooms which necessitated changing rooms after completely unpacking .

The beds were very comfortable. Pool to ourselves for most of the stay! Friendly staff. Free coffee 24hours a day. Cheap rates.... Please see cons Breakfast was not good at all. Choices were Belgium waffles, Cheerios or Fruit Loops with a gallon of milk sat out on a table every day of the week. No other options. There were also a lot of weirdos wandering around the premises. Friendly and harmless but mainly drug addicts for sure. Cheap rates but you get what you pay for here. I won't be staying here again.

My room had a bad odor. I did not complain to management because we were there for short time. Close to pool so maybe bad because of humidity. I am also sensitive to smells

The indoor pool and hot tub were nice amenities. Will stay again.

A huge danger. They have a 50 dollar extra charge to cover " incidentals" that they hold for up to 10 days charged to your card. As there are no incidentals to purchase it seems like usery.
