Paradise Stream Resort

I like it was really nice place

The room was in unacceptable condition. I did not use the jacuzzi or the private pool because they were filthy. The pool paint was peeling, and the drain covers, which should have been white, were dark brown from dirt and neglect. I took photos and videos of everything. To make matters worse, the shower water came out dirty, so I couldn't even take a shower. The front entrance, both inside and outside, looked worse than a run-down motel. The carpet have stains, and the ceiling was dirty and poorly maintained. I showed the photos and videos to the front desk staff. They were shocked and said they couldn't believe the condition of the room. Despite acknowledging how unacceptable it was, the hotel only refunded half of what I paid. This hotel is far from inexpensive, and the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. After this experience, I would not stay there again even if the room cost only $50 per night. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, and what I received was completely different.

We stayed in the Diana's oasis, and the pool had a lot of dead flying ants floating. I also found live flying ants coming out from the bottom of the mirror. The front desk was empathetic and accommodating by giving us an upgraded room in the champagne towers. The pool was better but it was not heated like the prior room so we didnt not stay in it long. The champagne tower jacuzzi was not able to be used which was such a let down. It was chipping off little black pieces when I ran the water and it was gross. There was a hole in the jacuzzi but was covered with plastic so im not sure where that black pieces were coming from. The rooms need some serious work and updating. The sauna also did not work. It took us a bit to locate the Mini fridge that was behind the door in the bathroom. Very odd location. More than likely will not be returning to this establishment.

Front desk had great customer service. Waitress, I believe her name is Kari) was friendly, helpful & nice. Weenjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend paradise stream and cove haven the staff are amazing and both resorts are great I am looking forward to stay any resort again

Overall good, but our sweet was very old

The room has a musty old odor. The first room we stayed— the lower edge door and the door frame were rotten, the toilet won’t flush, the siding of the tub was falling off. The in door small pool has a white film on top of the water. The washcloth had a strand black curly hair.

We had an overall good trip

We had stayed indoors for about an hour, noticing I was having shortness of breath continuously, and I started coughing. My husband was in the pool while this was going on. But I knew something was wrong when he entered the room, and he started coughing too. We thought it was the chlorine in the pool. But we were wrong, we went to sit outside for few minute, then came back in, still coughing, shortness of breathe, dizziness from me, so we turned of the orzone machine out of irritation just from the sound at this point, then I called the help desk, they sent in a maintenance and he worked in and said how long have you been here with the machine on, we said for about 2hrs, and he said that is why, you were not supposed to be indoor while its on, its not the pool and its not chlorine, they switched us to a different room same night. But that was a costly error, we could have dozed off and died in our sleep. I told the help desk when we checked out, and she just said oh that, we will give you 255 off on your next booking. How does that help my irritated lungs, the coughing, the trauma, just because I booked a stay with Paradise Stream Resort?

Out stay at Paradise Stream Garden of Eden was great! The room was clean, the grounds were well kept, and the staff were friendly. Overall a good stay for a weekend getaway!

Everything was amazing and had a fun experience. Especially at Spooners. Ordered food and drinks and bowled then went outside and sat by the bon fire . Went for a swim then went to the night club and play trivia games then went back to the room to enjoy the champagne towers. Great experience and very peaceful. Only complaint is that people who come and smoke in non smoking rooms don’t realize the smell won’t ever go away. Soon as we walked in the room wreaked of cigarette smell and musk like as if it’s stuck In the carpet… which is the people fault not the people who work there.. it’s so simple to step outside.. be mindful of others

Everything was amazing and well maintained!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Just needs an upgrade from some of the stays or rooms but everything is great!

Great place for couple to have alone time away from children. Quietly tucked away in its own area. Dinner and breakfast are great. The rooms are the perfect place.
