I liked the casino and I like the golf and I like the hotel room. The swimming pool was also very very good. The one thing that I hated and will stop me going back is the smoking in the casino. It stunk my eyes were red my clothes stunk and the hallways down to the room were smelly all because of the horrible horrible smoke

Beautiful resort. Great food options Cleanliness Gambling Some staff members were very somber. If you said Good morning, afternoon or evening they would just stare straight ahead. No response The only one who was friendly was a tall black gentleman, always helpful

I've gone to Mount Airy Casino a number of times and everything is excellent, from the rooms to the restaurants and especially the staff. My only complaint is the smoking in the casino.

The resort was clean, beautiful, and overall great. Only 2 complaints: you have to pay for a fridge in the room and the on site restaurants were not good.

Restaurants were okay. Buffet was mediocre. Guys's was decent. The building had a strong smell of smoke throughout most areas. It was first obvious when you entered the casino from the parking area and as we moved around the walkway by the casino floor, as you headed to the elevators to get to the lobby or rooms, (actually saw someone vaping near the escalators), even on a non smoking floor you smelled smoke near the elevators, at the pool, and in the restaurants if you’re seated too close to the casino. Even the non smoking part of the casino smelled of smoke. Make the place non smoking! Music was too loud in the casino, in the restaurants and at the pool. Difficult to relax to the noise. Pool area - People placed towels on outside lounge chairs to reserve for themselves but then left for hours while others had no place to sit. There were not enough lounges outside for all to use.

Such a nice hotel and casino

Our initial greeter was Jo at guest service. Having already been there for 15 years she offered us a late checkout. With her experience she can do this. Thank you. We enjoyed the pool a little more the next morning. Later on at night we went for Chinese food. We made the correct choice there for sure. It was a nice getaway.

The casino was very enjoyable. The good was amazing. The room was clean and beautiful. I could not store my food in the fridge it was full of drinks that just took up space. Some of the staff were rude and impatient of I had a question or concerned some were really helpful for my first time there others seemed frustrated. Restaurant line was very chaotic and unorganized the staff didn't seem to know how to control all the people waiting causeing arguments from confusion of who should be where and more frustration amongst customers.The room had no tub to soak in, in my room and no microwave to heat up anything. The WiFi was on and off all night both nights it just would shut off in the middle of the show or movie we were watching me an my fiance just turned the tv off. My room had no view to anything buy the roof and pipes and there were pictures of the outdoors on the window that I appreciate butvqould have rather just chosen a different room if I would have known I would have liked to been made aware or asked so that we could have chosen a different room.
