Perfect place for pure relaxation.

Five stars go to..... THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT!!!!!!! The advertised photos make the pool, backyard and the restaurant look huge - they are not... If You are not an early riser, there will be no pool side lounge chairs or towels waiting for You to use. Pool temperature boasts 90 degree temperature all year round, which is great for an outdoor part of the pool in winter, not when there is sweltering heat outside, like this July 4th weekend... Cooler pool wil allow EVERYBODY to get in, cool off, get out, instead of keeping the pool overcrowded most of the time. Standard king Room was fine, best part - bed, mattress and linens. Restaurant food was good quality and presentation, but way overpriced for the area - $80+ breakfast for two, $30 for two 12 oz cans of local beer by the pool... Staff is trying their best to prevent little problems from becoming major aggravations. There is work to be done, common sense to be used for this place to reach the stars they are looking up to. We wish Swiftwater all the best!!!

Air conditioning very noisy and coffe is not good

On a separate note, we didn't try the food at Olivet because it seemed too expensive and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. First morning we tried breakfast at the Hickory Valley Farm restaurant but didn't like it because it was too oily. Thereafter we had breakfast at the Pioneer Diner and loved it. Also, the Pocono cheesecake factory is a must try. The Pocono brewery however is meh and can be skipped.

Really liked everything except they need to provide more lounge chairs around the pool and not let people put their towels on the chairs at 7 am and then leave for 2 hours so no one else can enjoy the pool. I honestly wont stay here again because of that.

Lounge room did not have enough food or snacks throughout my stay elevator was down. It was limited supply of towels in room and none at the pool.5-10 the pool area was supposed to be adults only but the parents didn’t care and keep the kids there very modern hotel and clean but activities staff and hospitality was very poor

Had a wonderful stay at the Swiftwater. Staff was friendly and the room was beautiful. Will definitely be back

They didn’t clean our room properly (no hand towels) and when we called downstairs to ask for some they told us someone would be coming right up but no one ever came. The food menu in our room was the one from last fall, so it was useless. The food choices are very limited and of course quite expensive ($22 for Caesar salad). However the pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed it and the fire pit and all the outside seating. The exercise room was a little sparse but good enough for one person. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit very much and would give it another try.

I stayed there with my husband for a getaway, the staff were so welcoming and catering to our needs the hotel was very clean, I loved the restaurant inside the hotel, the pool was very clean and overall I was very happy with my experience here, I definitely will recommend Swiftwaters to my family and friends. I also will be coming back in the future

the rooms were clean and staff were helpful when asked for something pertaining to room. I highly recommend the Swiftwater. as a place to be.

This hotel is beautiful, very clean, wonderful staff and fantastic restaurants.

The ambiance was just amazing. The bar poolside the fire pit it was all breathtaking. I cannot wait to go back!

From the minute we walked in all staff were very polite and always willing to assist in anything we needed. Beautiful property and very clean inside and out. Loved to the poolside service and wait staff were always very helpful and friendly. 5 stars!
