The Swiftwater

The swift water is a top notch place. Rooms are gorgeous. Stayed in a club level room and access to the club with a lifesaver. Beautiful breakfast every morning hors d’oeuvres twice a day, including sushi, alcohol unlimited soda, beer, wine, water juice you name it they had it snacks galore well worth it. Excellent air conditioning beautiful TV view the pool outstanding lounge, chairs waitress service. It’s like being on a cruise with all the amenities, which is rare in the Poconos ate at the restaurant on site the Olivet and it was impeccable. Service was flawless. I can’t say enough about this property. It was well worth it beautiful relaxing, classy clean. I’ll be back.

We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean and had beautiful space. The pool was fantastic. We had dinner at the Olivet on the first floor of the hotel and it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Towel issues Room fridge and bathroom vent broken

Modern and groomed. Everything was wonderful. No iron in room. Traveling and clothes in suitcase need to be ironed.

Amazing place, modern with a country home feel. Amazing location. Would love if the food/snack options in the lounge were expanded a bit. Also would amazing if they had an onsite spa. Will definitely stay again.

Everyone friendly and helpful For the price that we paid should include breakfast. Also we went as family and they changed our room because of 21 years policy, my son is 14 years old. So we weren't able to stay hotel room that we booked.

Was amazing staff everyone was extremely nice hotel room was extremely beautiful. The bed my cover smelled like they weren’t fresh. The pillows were a little dull.

Good quality furnishings The AC works non-stop; I can't stop it from the room, and the sound that comes through day and night is awful. Makes it unbearable to sleep or rest. They have a very fancy outdoor pool but no sun - the architect clearly did not consider the fact that the pool will have sun only on a very small part of the pool and even in that very small part only for a few hours. Bad food in a fancy restaurant is also a big no-no!!!

The room was spacious and nice. The pool area was much smaller than advertised. The hotel is literally in a parking lot on the side of the road next to abandoned restaurants, etc. we upgraded to concierge level but the concierge lounge was meh at best. Bagged wine, a few beers, and pringles.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic food, our concierge Jonathan was terrific. Staff was amazing.
