good！

From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The entire property was beautiful and well-maintained, and our room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our anniversary getaway. The restaurant, the service, the atmosphere, and every little detail exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the heated pool — such a relaxing and enjoyable experience, especially as part of our anniversary celebration. We had an unforgettable time and made some wonderful memories together. A huge thank you to the entire Swiftwater Resort team for making our anniversary so special! We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories. We will definitely be back!

Went downstairs for breakfast ordered shrimp and grits waited 35 minutes for my food to come out the server said it took a long time to prepare my order that wasn’t true. Maybe she forgot to put it in. People came sat down and ate and left before I was served.

Staff, decor - love all the details. Very beautiful space. The bed and pillows. The pillows were really hard and bed couldn’t get comfortable.

We enjoyed hanging out at the "pit", amazing fire pit each evening and talking with other guests.

We had the king-size bedroom very nice very classy feel to the room. You do have everything you need. Great service at their downstairs restaurant. The staff very friendly and attentive, beautiful decor We also enjoy the saltwater heated pool, and they do have waitress service so you can enjoy a nice drink or snack. I must say we were super impressed by the quality of staff here. Everyone friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Can't think of anything

Very clean. Staff very helpful.

If you are looking for a relaxing environment this is your place. They say children are allowed but the vibe is an adult only vibe so I wouldn’t suggest staying with children. There is also a $500 hold placed on your card which seems like a lot but overall experience was so wonderful, I am not even going to complain about the $500.

The Swiftwater was the cleanest hotel I ever been to. The room decora was well done topped off with white robes and slippers with a totally relaxing vibe and calmness. The staff was very pleasent and professional. The indoor-outdoor heated salt water pool was all you needed to just chill out with a drink. The high end restaurant did not have basic breakfast choices like pancakes and waffles, etc. I would have enjoyed more if there was a little jazz or R&B music played by the fire pit or poolside.

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff

It was an extremely enjoyable stay. The room was great and the restaurant located inside the hotel made delicious food.

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Live music on weekends. Good drinks. I did think the breakfast was expensive for what was served but there’s other options in the area if that’s a concern. The heated pool and poolside service was phenomenal.
