Everything was amazing

I booked a balcony /whirlpool/fireplace suite and made a reservation at the Fireside restaurant for our special dinner. The waterpark is included in the booking. Parking is not and a steep $25/ night. The self check in was easy. Not intuitive but easy enough. Everything loads on a wristband. Key, credit card, room number. Our room was clean and nice. Whirlpool was easy and worked. Needed a step though. Getting in and out was an adventure. Balcony ended up being a patio which was meh, ok. Better than nothing. The waterpark was warm and fun. We had a couple drinks there as well. Hang on to your pocketbook. Draft beers start at $10. Our biggest disappointment was last minute the restaurant canceled our reservation and was closed for two days. No explanation of why, though our assumption was lack of business, even though the resort was busy. No offer of dinner elsewhere or a comp of some sort. That left us with a sub-par pizza for our celebration dinner, part of the reason I booked at a resort with fine dining option. Not happy. So not 5 stars.

Flooring was ripped up and then added pieces of carpet with duct tape. The toilet paper was thinner than my patience for the amount of extra money you have to spend while staying there. With the amount of money that they make off of the different stores and activities there should be no issues with the floors. Magiquest also broke down at one point. The phone in my room was broken and falling apart. My kids did have fun but I’ve stayed at motels that were nicer than this and cheaper! Put your money into the actual hotel and maybe I’d consider coming back ever!

I wish the volume on Luna story was abit louder...the kids couldn't hear much and we were half walk sitting...

We had a great stay at Great Wolf Lodge! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the fireplace was a huge hit with the kids—we all loved how cozy it made the room. The water park and activities kept the kids entertained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Such a fun family getaway with lots of great memories. We’d definitely come back!

Air conditioner was very loud. Had 2 teens staying in our room. Only had one double bed and they had to sleep in bunk beds even though the reservation was for 1 adult and 2 teens. Should have had another double bed so they could sleep good.
