The food at the timbers table buffet is absolutely disgusting and 80% of the staff in there have serious attitude’s. We also got the food package, which gave us the refillable soda cups, and when our son went to fill the soda cup, it said that he had reached his limit on the first day of being there. When we arrived we were charged for incidentals on our card- then on the day of check out they added another $100 incidentals charge because we were technically there for “3 days”- not once was this discussed with us. We checked in Monday afternoon-stayed two nights and checked out Wednesday morning at 9 am. This place is nothing but a money grab. Disappointed in our experience is an understatement. We will never give them our money again.

Property needs floor cleaning over the entire park area some parts of floor are slippery, bathrooms very slippery due to wet floor, need some materials for wet floor so it won’t cause accidents. Room is not noise proof too much noise on ground floor. Overall good amenities

Waterpark obviously very good. Room was dirty and amenities in room were limited. Any extras would have cost more. We paid alot more for a suite and beds were really small, room felt very basic

We had an amazing stay. So much to do at any time of day. Staff was very helpful and kind. The only down side was some of the refill stations being broke and not very many of them. The refillable cups almost became a hassle because of how many halls and floors you had to travel to fill them. Same for the microwaves. One small microwave for our entire wing was unhelpful.
