This place had charm despite not looking like it’s been updated since the 80s. Nice views of the mountain and appreciate there is a restaurant and bar on site.

My stay was good The pool was excellent played a few games In The arcade. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was good. Not really feeling their version of a western omelette But everything else was good. Some staff members need to learn how to talk to people. But if you can over look that little matter. Then you’ll be ok. I would stay again. Me and my family had so much fun.

No microwave in room. Very low toilet. No vending machines or hotel "store".
-
Hotel is old dirty and is in a desperate need of a renovation. I would never stay here again.
-
I would definitely stay there again, but on balcony side only.

This is my second time booking. It was great. Safe. Nice parking. Pool was fun. Reasonable price.

The hotel itself felt very run down. There was tape on the wall that appeared to have what looked like blood on it, which was very concerning. The pool and gym areas were actually nice, and the bar and dining area had a beautiful view of the mountains, although the space itself felt outdated. Overall, the hotel had a poor and uncomfortable feel. The biggest positive was that the staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely want to help, but the condition and cleanliness of the room made my stay very unpleasant.

The Mountain View was amazing! The hallway smells musty. Elevator is slow.

Restaurant was smelly and dingy. Rooms are ok but outdated. Staff was terrible except the nice lady who worked nights. Wouldn’t go again.

I stayed here the weekend of the NASCAR races. It’s nice and big. We had to move our room for an air-conditioning issue and it was no problem. We ate at the hotel and had a delicious meal. The outdoor pool was being cleaned and the indoor pool I guess was being cleaned because it was full of soapy stuff so that didn’t work out, but I would stay here again. Everything was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful.

Perfect location for the weekend. Hotel is a little dated, but clean and staff was incredibly nice. Kids liked the indoor pool since it was a little cooler out. Will stay again!

Positives were the bed and the shower was excellent.

Great place

None of the elevator buttons had marking on them. The gym equipment was not functional. I will say the outdoor pool area was lovely. But it was too cold for us to use it during our stay. Also there was no breakfast offered even though that’s a perk mentioned on the website.

I actually loved the lay out of the room was definitely unique. The staff were great and the bar staff were excellent with their services. I definitely will be back.

The staff was good. The entrance and outdoor pool was very nice. The room was outdated. Tub was worn out. TV wasn’t working. Room smelled musty. Holes in the wall. Closet door was broken. Breakfast was substandard. Indoor pool area needs a major upgrade. Jacuzzi was sealed closed. Overall, less than what I expected.

We stayed here for a weekend. Place was lovely. The pond was so serene and you could see fish swim. Ducks. The pool was nice. I preferred the indoor heated pool. The room had a kiureg coffee maker which is fantastic. However it lacked a microwave. The on-site restaurant was very expensive. Staff was super nice and helpful. Elevators were not great. And only 1 ice machine for the whole place. Overall I give a 4/5 🌟 because i was mostly pleased with the stay.
