Black mold in the bathroom broken tiles in the bathroom. The air-conditioning barley worked. The elevator felt like it was going to break barley works the indoor pool has tiles falling off.

Awful. Dirty, old, smelled, carpet worn, most things were broken. There was literally a bucket in the hallway catching water from a leak in the ceiling. Decided to not even try the shower, so grossed out and disappointed. Also advertised microfridge and there was no microwave.

Upon checkin the front counter was rude in letting us know check in was in an hour..very sharp and rude . We said no problem , we will just grab a bite to eat while we wait. The response was You want to eat now?? As if it was an absurd question to ask at 3pm , after we have been driving for 3 hrs.

my 2nd year staying here. little outdated but you get what you paid for. they have indoor and outdoor pool and plenty of towels and check in was easy. only one elevator works but there’s only 4 floors so i don’t mind taking the stairs. nice and quiet got plenty of sleep and hot water in the shower.

El baño de la habitación no se encontraba del todo limpio, la carpeta en la habitación se encontraba sucia y con mal olor.

-The pools. Outside pool was way below level and my daughter wound up skimming the leaves. There were never towels. The entire visit. -The building . The entire building was outdated and rundown. Shingles missing from the roof and the stairs had duct tape. -The rooms. Our room did not have a functioning TV and the bathroom light flickered on and off all night (haunted, maybe? We have videos). -The people. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. They made a questionable stay so much better.

Definitely , one of my favorite places to stay when i'm in the poconos

Easy going staff, clean room, good price for amenities offered.

Good location, helpful team. But hotel itself needs construction. Everything super old.

Beds were comfortable

The place overall is filthy. Buckets line the halls filled of leaking water. My room view was incredible, so long as I looked straight ahead. If I looked down there was a landfill of broken glass, roofing shingles, broken wheelbarrows. Tires. I was truly shocked they’d book a room above all that mess. Stains all over the beds, pillows, lampshades, walls, curtains and carpets. My 2 year old was playing with a lint roller and he rolled the carpet…I almost cried when I saw what he picked up. The rooms don’t have microwaves, but it stated on the site they did. The fitness center was anything but. Half of the equipment is rusted and doesn’t work. The sauna is old and crusty, the whirlpool at the indoor pool doesn’t work, the arcade eats your tokens and the prizes actually have dirt and dust all over them. They’ve likely been in those claw machines since 1973. The staff overall is friendly. Although the hotel itself is something right out of the Shinning. I kept expecting to see a couple of creepy twins at the end of the hallway. The place itself has a lot of potential, and it’s in an incredible location, but it’s dilapidated and it seems the owners aren’t too worried about it. Overall I was highly disappointed with the hotel. I paid almost $400 for 3nts and it wasn’t worth half of that. I’ve stayed at nicer Motel’s. It rained half the time we were there and I didn’t feel comfortable using the pool facilities based of everything else I saw. Save your money, book a different place.

Been here many times. Its usually our go to. Overall a good place.

The property and its amenities were dated and not well maintained: trash scattered throughout the outside entrance, landscaping and lobby/entrance decor not kept up, bathroom and room furnishings were outdated. Although the shower provided sufficient hot water, the faucet leaked the whole time the shower head was on. The outdoor pool and patio area were functional, but needed some attention with curb appeal. This is the same for the indoor pool and game room. Only one ice machine was available for the property- only located on the fourth floor. Not quite “resort” amenities. This place is fine for an inexpensive stay in the area, but I would hardly consider it a resort as it is named. Overall, it is fine if you’re not looking for a resort-style stay, but simply a place to stay for a short time and explore the surrounding area.

We were told we couldn’t drink the water because it might make us sick. There was no complementary bottled water. The sofa sleeper was hard and I could feel the springs. It was covered only with a flat sheet and no blanket to be found. I did find a coverlet in the closet. Housekeeping never came. We spent two nights there, but I expected at least clean towels for the second day.

The hotel is in need of many basic repairs.
