Chateau Resort & Conference Center

The photos advertised are not what the hotel looks like. There’s no air conditioning in the lobby and the main hallway to the rooms is dark with paint splotches everywhere. The rug was coming up in our room and the bed sheets had pills in it. I wouldn’t return here again unless it was the only place available. While staff was friendly, the place is completely unkept.

Staff were really nice place needs some update but overall it was a nice stay.

The outdoor space was beautiful!! The various decks were roomy and overlooking the lake. There is also a waterfall contributing to the calming feel along with the lake. The outdoorSwimming pool was large and accommodating. Lounge chairs were provided, but there weren't any cushions and a bit uncomfortable on the plastic. We would recommend staying here!!!! Plus it's very close to Camelback activities!!!

Whoever stated that this property amenities were nice that the property was nice and updated …they lied!!! check-in was easy. The attendant was very nice. However, the property itself disgusting is served this purpose…. If someone is used to outdated old and something looking like a motel, then I guess this would be for you…. This is supposed to be a resort and supposed to have nice amenities. This place was disgusting.. smelled like mold.. I have nothing further to provide, but the fact that I would never come back here again.!!!

Place is.not what it says, rooms on site are not correct, very out of date, dirty,foul smell when u enter

Definitely a great place to visit with your family. And Beautiful view of Camel Back Mountain.

Rooms and hallways could use an upgrade. Broken video games in the game room. Staff were pleasant. For 1 night it was fine.

This hotel should not even be in Expedia and they should review their standimg and utterly disappointing this hotel should be condemned, unsafe and unclean environment. Do not book here.

The property needs an update. It served our pose and was an okay value.

Everything was very dated and rundown, almost like a scary movie. The outside was presentable, The restaurant was good.

Terrible. Not one single machine in the old gym is working. No clean towels around the tiny indoor pool available. Unfriendly and unaccommodating staff. Sad rooms with parking view. No room service.

Check-in went smoothly mostly because of Iyesha. She welcomed me with a smile. She has excellent social skills when welcoming me to the hotel. She was also at the desk when I checked out of your hotel. She is a great asset to The Chateau Resort in Tannersville PA.

A little tired but perfectly comfortable. We need hotels like this that aren't exorbitant prices!

The location was nice and the property has a beautiful exterior. The surroundings were peaceful and scenic. The property was very outdated and smelled old and damp. The room keys kept deactivating for no reason, and the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. There was a bucket collecting water from a leak on the first floor, the toilet was loose, and the ice machines did not work. The worst part was finding a dead cockroach underneath the blanket on the bed. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were very disappointing.
