BREAKFAST HORRIBLE ROOM SERVICE BASURA WATER PARK GREAT ! They charge me extra fee and they do now know why . Unorganized

De verdad que muy buena atención 👌 👍 es recomendable al 100% si te quedas en el hotel tienes la entrada al parque acuatico cerrado gratis, PERO PARA ENTRAR AL PARQUE ACUATICO ABIERTO ESO SE PAGA APARTE XQ TIENE DOS PARQUES ACUATICO EL CERRADO QUE ESTA DONDE ESTA EL RESORT Y EL ABIERTO ESTA COMO A 4 MINUTOS PERO MUY BUENO TODO

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time however the housekeeping could be better. The rooms need renovation as our bathroom shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall causing the floor to be soaked every time the shower was used. The food was so so as 2 restaurants were temporarily closed while we were staying on property. It seemed to be understaffed but all in all the staff that was there was very polite and helpful. We will definitely return in the future and hopefully some rooms will be renovated or better maintained.

The kitchen had only one fork. This place was over priced and over rated. Worst resort ever!

Family friendly

I liked that our suite had a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms and the connecting room also had a bathroom...2 living rooms and a balcony as well as a mini fridge in the other room. This made it very helpful and convenient We had two infants and 8 adults ...there was plenty of space for everyone and we had a great time.My favorite was the outdoor waterpark...Food was a bit expensive and and didn't taste that good so ....the full size kitchen was helpful .

Ran out of towels day one. I asked the cleaning staff for a towel 2 times and was told they would bring some to my room, and they never came . The fridge was leaking water onto the carpet . I reported it to the front desk . They didn’t even ask me for my room; they said, “We will have someone take a look at it.” Spoiler alert: NO ONE checked the fridge . I stood for 4 days, and no one cleaned the room . That’s just disgusting . I had to buy a hand broom and cleaning supplies at the dollar store to clean on the 3rd day because the promise of coming to clean wasn’t kept by the hotel staff . Overall, it felt like there was a lack of oversight or just plain up terrible management . I’m a regular visitor of the Pocono Mountains; I come up every summer . This is my second time in Camelback, and my experience is completely different from my first. I check out a day early because I needed a getaway from my getaway, unfortunately.

For me, I stayed at this hotel for two days. The room was dirty, the bedding was very old, and there was a bad smell, even though the surroundings outside are absolutely beautiful. The hotel just needs to be clean and have more natural, cheerful colors instead of depressing colors, old and worn-out bedding, and then charging guests for things they didn’t even do, such as cleaning. I stayed for two days and never asked them to clean my room, yet they charged me $100 and another $33, claiming it was for a movie. I didn’t watch a single movie, and in the end they refunded that charge to me. Some of the employees there also don’t know how to treat guests properly; they just yell and get angry. They really need to improve their staff and teach them how to deal with visitors. Guests are paying their money; they are not staying there for free. . I even found an Cockroach in the microwave. Anyway, for me, this was my first time staying there and it will be my last.

Staff were OK not as helpful as I had wanted them to be when questions were asked. Some didn’t know the exact answer to questions. The room wasn’t as up-to-date as I hoped it would be for the price I paid despite the indoor water park entry. The sink had a drain issue such as clogging and stopping up during usage which made some of us brush our teeth in the tub. The sofa pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable, leaving pain in my body. All I felt was the springs in the mattress as if it were a boxspring. I didn’t utilize any of the on ground restaurant or food options, but just to get a simple drink or beverage from the vending machine. I had to go to the fourth floor or higher because the vending machine didn’t work on my floor. Overall, I didn’t enjoy the room as much, the main attraction is the water park. The good from the stay was I was able to get shuttled to the outdoor water park which I felt should be included in the price for the hotel and Aquatopia stay. I would definitely return for a day to the outdoor camel beach park.
