Waterpark and rooms are clean and staff are friendly

Pool are in good condition. Life guards are attentive. Staff are nice and accomodating. The room we stayed in is clean and very comfortable. During my check-in it was a bit hectic. Although being that its a holiday made it that way.

Room was not ready for 3 hrs after we have reached there. The staff told us that they dropped the ball on this and asked us to wait longer. We canceled on the spot and resort refunded the full amount.

It was cozy, comfortable. It was not very clean. The waterpark especially. The rooms were hit and miss. Beds were clean, but behind the tv and dresser was garbage from the last guest that was never cleaned up. The sofa pull out bed was broke we were unable to use it.

I love the room I love the resort . I didn't like that.You didn't have enough areas for the door and the fact that you don't have a doggy park, but a gate that's locked off.Where they could run around and have a good time just as well as an adult.Maybe a doggy pool, just more entertainment for your pets.Because the price you have to pay for them to go there.I mean, why can't they have fun as well

Beautiful resort, fun activities, very friendly and kind employees. The food was insanely expensive. And mediocre. The beds were not comfortable. Rooms could use a little sprucing up.

The only good thing was the lady that checked us in they were hand prints on my bed and it was extremely gross, very bad service. tried to get breakfast and had incredibly rude staff
