There were multiple activities and food options on site There is ZERO air flow or ventilation in the bunk area of the room, the sink is in the hall rather than the bathroom. There is only ONE set of elevators no where near the vast majority of rooms. The indoor water park area is beyond hot. We've been to multiple indoor water parks and none with this unnecessarily hot. It was so uncomfortable that my teens were done after 45 mins. Even the water was uncomfortable. The mountain coaster was down along with other attractions. Online attractions were offered that were jot available until weeks later. No one in the hotel seemed to know what was going on and kept sending me from place to place when trying to book attractions. And at the attractions no one was friendly or helpful. The shower drain was not draining and it took over an hour and a half to get someone, at nearly 10p and when he came he had an attitude like we bothered him woth our request to unclog the shower.

Cons: the hotel staff ranges between "can't be bothered" to "will talk your ear off" with zero in between. We got locked out of our room coming back from dinner after a mix up with the door latch - it took 6 people and a security expert to come fix the problem and it took over two hours. Our kids went to bed super late and we didn't even get an apology. Our son also had an accident in bed and we requested a change of sheets from literally seven different people over the course of the day - housekeeping never showed up to our room. When we asked again around 8 pm we were told they weren't even there anymore! And their AI text system doesn't work at all. When we were leaving, we were then bugged by housekeeping who finally showed up to get out of our room 20 minutes before check out. Overall a very meh stay for the price. If we do come back to the area, we'll stay at another hotel and just come back for the water park during the day. It's not worth it.

I asked several times for a balcony chair in which I was not given one. I saw other balconies having two chairs on it. I stayed two nights. I wasn’t aware that one of the restaurants were closed that we were looking forward to go to that. I could sit nicely outside with my dog. I didn’t know that there was no more rock, climbing a lot has changed in the past year. that was my fourth or fifth time staying at the hotel and it is my last time.

Great arcade Indoor water park a little small. Only issue during our stay was that the power in the room went off for about 30 min.

The client services The dressers were damaged. The hallway carpets need to be replaced—everything is very worn out—and the pool water smells too strongly of chlorine. But that’s just my opinion.

The customer service was very low

Dirty. Literally everywhere. Room smelled of wet dog. Trash all over water park. The tables where you eat in the water park all dirty. The only clean ones were the expensive cabana tables. Lamp in room hanging off. Broken lock door. Need i keep going? Bar area closed. Bumper car area closed.

Our staying at this resort was nice very fun clean room nice staff also there were a lot of activities

Room was not clean very dusty and found leftover food in tv stand. Also very misleading I was told outdoor park is included in our stay went all the way over there and found out it was not included so we had to pay. Would have been nice to know cause we thought it was included like the indoor park. No towels so we had to buy some there when I could have just brought some with me had I know. Very long line during check in.

Room not pleasent smell and rugs not ollok much clean.

The whole place needs a deep cleaning. The waterpark is gross and dirty. The water is thick and dirty. There was not many sit down food options. The king/bunk bed room is not very big. They crammed 4 bunks into a tiny space that has no ventilation so it was very hot at night.
