Best Western Plus Poconos Hotel

Easy location in between the mountains. Nothing

The breakfast was great for the price. Property could have been updated even more. Lighting and decor was a bit too dark.

This was my second time staying here and it’s a pretty good stay. The only problem we had was the AC wasn’t cold enough but that’s a minor issue. Other than that the room was good. It was clean and smelled clean. Bathroom was clean. There was a break in the base of the tub like standing I could feel a huge crack which was covered with a white mat but it didn’t affect us. I would stay again if I’m in the poconos area.

Older hotel , great staff - clean rooms - no coffee in the rooms , but complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. Steve checked us in and was so friendly

The staff was friendly, we received early check in, appreciate that. The breakfast was good. The beds were very small and uncomfortable, the room was small. There was no coffee machine in the room (but there was one near the office).

So great! Stood here for 4days 3 nights and we were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and everything was clean. The highlights were, that we were on the 2nd floor and all the amenities were right there for us. From the pool, the gym and even the breakfast room. We also had access to park right outside our window and walk out from our floor as if we were on the 1st. Then next highlight had to have been breakfast. It was a full spread that was well stocked and the attendant Jen was soo kind and welcoming. She was extremely helpful at breakfast that it made the whole experience effortless. She was the best staff experience we have seen in a long time. 5 stars for sure.

Love breakfast, but would prefer til 10am. Location great, short distance to everywhere we went. Pool room warm but not heated water. Need for housekeeping to drop extra towels if guests stay more than one night.

Habitación limpia y funcional, el desayuno tiene suficientes opciones, el único detalle es que el acceso a las habitaciones no tenía elevador y con maletas es algo molesto.

Very good

I had stayed at another Best Western Plus the previous night and gave that property a five-star review, so I was especially disappointed to find this location so dated. It was adequate for a one-night stay, but I would not choose it for multiple nights. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and free parking was appreciated. The front desk employee who checked me in could have been friendlier.
