Las habitaciones sucias y con mal olor, y fumaban tuve que pedir que nos cambiaran, la segunda olía menos a cigarrillo pero estaba sucia igual, el aire viejo tambien en mal estado, no lo recomiendo, el área del desayuno el bajo que tenía no me dejo ni desayunar no lo tome igual sucia esa área. Asco dio todas las área hasta insegura me sentí desde el Parqueo, y todo en general .

There was a big wet spot on the floor leading from the little balcony and out towards the bed, the jacuzzi filled with water but the jets didn’t work and there were dirt spots on the blanket. We used our own blankets so that was fine. The staff was helpful though!

The place needs mayor upgrade. The rooms didn't smell well. The tub n toilet were dirty. The rug look like the water came in. The breakfast was just eggs n oatmeal. Cold cereal n fruit.

The pool needs maintenance with cleaning and clean water. The lights in the rooms needs to checked and smoke detectors needs to be replaced or checked for any issues. The door and the bathroom need to be checked and properly expected. Bug exterminator needs to spray in the rooms and properly expected around the perimeter of the facility.

Looked like someone had dyed their hair pink in our room. The tub and shower curtain had residue on it. There was also a dirty sock under the table that was not ours.

The room was full of bedbugs and when we complain the manager didn't even bother to go look. He just said there's nothing I can do about it. He refused to give us our money back when we said we didn't want to stay there with out children.

Nice place it’s family friendly. It was raining 🌧️ when I visited however the view along with the rain drops made it very pleasant 👍

Stains on all the bedding, the shower was disgusting. Carpet nasty. T.v was blurry. Sink was nasty. Pool was ok. The room smelled horrible. Ironing board was gross. I stood for 20 mins and checked out. Wasn't asked why my stay was so short. Wasn't offered a refund. Was told to talk to a manager and they would give me their best room on my next stay.... I don't want to stay there again.

There was hair in the bathtub, overflowing trash outside the hotel room, the tv did not work. I gave it 1 star because the guy at the desk was nice and hospitable.
