The ev charging station didn’t accommodate cars that weren’t Tesla!!

They look to be doing some remodeling. I didn’t like that our floor had a gap under the door that one of the rooms had a toilet paper holder missing. I also didn’t like that we rented two rooms and they’re not even on the same floor so we’re split as a family. I understand other people booking things maybe just call and ask us so we could be prepared for that.

Room was spotless. Breakfast options were very good. Did not use the pool but it looked like it was also in great conditions. Very happy with the stay!

I quick stop and early check out. Staff was friendly, room and bed was comfortably. Have stayed here several times passing through.

This is our go to hotel when we visit family in Kentucky. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. It is extremely clean, mattresses are comfortable, and coffee is great!

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and close to Cattleman’s! Great stay!

Great staff. The shower door leaked and the light blocking shade would only go up halfway making the room dark.

Room was old and dirty. Found hair in our bed, a used keurig cup and toilet hasn't been touched. Elevator not working and staff didn't seem to care. Breakfast by 8:45am was picked over and was told by staff they weren't restocking.

Decently remodeled, comfortable beds, cleanliness was okay, breakfast pretty much not stocked by 9am, staff was friendly, both ice machines were broken, work out room was nice.

The room was clean and the staff was great. The bathroom could use some work. The caulking was black in the shower. The lights were dim. The bathroom floor was dirty.

Very clean, well maintained hotel. It’s close to lots of restaurants and right off the interstate.

The room was not IHG STANDARD Clean.. I would know as I am a former General Manager of Hilton Property, and prior IHG Front Office Manager of this brand.. floor was filthy, bathroom shower door leaked under the bottom of the door and poured water all over the bathroom floor, cleaned it up with a clean towel and the towel wiped up all the dirt left on the bathroom floor that the towel was discolored with dirt and filth.. walking barefoot in the actual room I had to wipe my feet off of the dirt just to put my socks on. Other than.. the room was fine. There was no way.. the room inspector is doing their job properly before call the room out clean and IHG satisfactory! Very disappointed.
