Clean, comfortable beds, pleasant staff That the pool didn’t stay open later.

Location, price and dog friendly Tv went out with storms a lot, smelled old, deadbolt didn’t latch, walls not very soundproof.

The pool AND hot tub are open from 9:30AM - 9:30PM. I have seen comments but this property has new owners and they want your business, therefore they have fixed the issues.

The room had a bad smell and we had the front desk girl get us some air freshener, the bed was horrible to sleep on, the room was in need of an update. The room upstairs had kids running back and forth till 10:30 at night. When we went in for breakfast at 9ish there was 2 pieces of bacon and no eggs left, the tables were dirty. Not a good experience for us won’t be staying there again.

I left a lengthy review during the online checkout expressing my disappointment with the state of the room. It was late when we got in and we just needed a hot bath and a bed. Room was gross. Seems like towels, soaps and coffee bar stuff were all that were touched between guests other than re making the bed, which I’m not sure even had new sheets /bedding. All mirrors dirty, definitely not cleaned, bathroom sink and counter dirty, red spots around the sink, dirt and tiny hairs next to the toiletries on the counter, jet tub was the worst of all. We got the room to soak in the tub after a long week of camping and climbing at RRG and even after I stepped in and cleaned it myself the best I could, I still didn’t feel good about getting in for an actual soak. Little hairs all the bathroom, tub, floor etc. pubic hairs. Dirt. MOLD, visible mold around the drain, jets and handles for the jet tub. Don’t think it was wiped out, let alone cleaned. Floors not vacuumed at all, visible dirt and dried who knows what all over. AC unit worked but was physically falling apart. (Not to mentioned the second floor hallway was hot and humid the whole time?) Cigarettes burns in the sheets. Dead bugs in several spots. Couldn’t locate the remote until I went to turn the light out and found it between the bedside table and the wall next to a used tissue from the previous guest. Like this is the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and that includes $40-$50 motels. Only this cost me $120.

Was what it was… 3rd floor smelled like bologna… did have issues checking in… said they didn’t have a room that was confirmed.. then when hotels.com called they said they didn’t… outdated rooms.. pool was good for kids… no microwave in the room

Convenient to the interstate and restaurants. The beds were HARD!

Bed was comfy Our cable television didn't work.\nThe room stunk like urine , we Paid for tone two nights and only stayed one because of a family emergency, we tried to contact them and see if we could get our money back for the 2nd day or just reserve a for another day.And they wouldn't do it, I do not recommend this hotel, and i wont be staying there again

Did not go down for breakfast. We went to family's for meals There wasn't any pictures on the walls. There were just one solid bright color line maybe 3 feet wide that went across the room. One room was yellow and I think the other room was green.

The staff was great ,the room was clean,needed an extra chair. The room should have been cleaned everyday. No coffee after the first day. All in all I would give 4 out of 5 .

Air conditioning was not working in either room I tried. Ended up leaving

The mattress seemed to be broken down, and the shower hard ware is out dated. Didn't get a shower that morning. MOVED on to another Hotel.
