This place is a gem. Great location, close to the light rail, movie theater, and grocery store. Free self parking and staff are amazing!

It would be helpful if the incidentals deposit was returned in a more timely fashion.

Room was good had some damage behind the bathroom door and some black mold in the shower area. It had the roll in shower I needed, came with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, iron and ironing board, and 2 burners for cooking. They also supplied a box of pots and dishes. Beds were ok needed to be careful transferring, because they shifted around. My stay wasn't long, but it was pleasant enough. I am pretty satisfied for the most part.

We brought some of our own cooking utensils and pan but room had even more than what was listed on amenities. The kitchenette -under the sink area had a dish tray, they offered us two kitchen towels and a smaller wash towel, coffee and the sugar pack, coffee maker. The refrigerator was both a freezer and refrig. I noticed the freezer door was slightly loose, reported this and the office helped me I'd this so I would not be charged for any matter related to that. Dining table was strong and a perfect size with comfortable chairs. The kitchen area space also had two large drawers for those that need to store stuff and two shelf's to put some of your stuff on i.e. food containers or your own plates etc. The bathroom was perfect. You do get a soap for the shower and one for your bathroom sink. Plenty of towels, larger than other smaller hotels. Sleeping area, next to bed, you had a cell phone recharging plug, TV area good space and shelves on both sides of tv area for storing smaller luggage, backpacks etc. Entry way I loved here as they offered a secured large entry way carpet space. Great for when it's rainy or placing your shoes on for sure. Closet was great too. Thank you! Returning.

~The location is stunning ~The hand towels were soft The bad: ~Uneven and pitted sidewalks ~Door locks that don’t work ~Damp dingy rooms. ~Loud AC ~An “extended stay” hotel with zero drawers in the room and 4 hangers ~poor lighting in the rooms ~lamp that kept shorting out ~I cleaned someone else’s hair off the floor ~bathtub was filthy with no coating so it felt like sandpaper on your feet. ~zero water pressure and unless your shorter than 5’4” the shower is to short I would truly not recommend staying here. It is outrageously overpriced for what you get. I felt like we were shoved at the back of the hotel with the other Canadians. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The rooms look NOTHING like what is pictured. No amenities.

It was very comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very close to the light rail. I would definitely stay again!

Hazardous to respiratory health.

The staff was unprofessional. Due to system malfunction at the motel the clerk tried to cancel my paid reservation because he didn’t want to manually input information. There are hidden fees and deposits that were not mentioned. While trying to file a complaint about service the clerk refused to give management contact information. I went on my way to my cancer treatment and it was not worth it at all. We never stay in this location again.

Its fair on Cleanliness Parking is good

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I haven't received a refund of my 50.00 deposit after one month, in spite of leaving the room clean and tidy., and no hot water for my shower. I would not stay here again due to not getting my deposit back.That's a deal breaker.Havdnt received my deposit back after one month

We stayed 6 days and needed better wifi boost throught property and to our room. It works at the office. We were bored because this location had no pool and with no consistent working wifi and spotty wifi for our phones in the room to relax was terrible!!! We asked first day for tv service to be fixed. It wasnt and no credit was offered to replace what we paid for and never recieved!!! Floors made out socks filthy in room. And sidewalks and building outside need a good pressure wash. Our window would not open or crack open on mian floor by stairs either. Vents for air conditioners also smell like mold.

I made this reservation 9 months in advance for the World Cup. It was confirmed. We drove two days to get there and they lost the reservation. They claimed Expedia never sent them the reservation even though Expedia clearly had the reservation numbers and told them over the phone with us on the phone with them. They did not check properly and we were left out in the cold. Expedia made it right by getting us a room in a hotel in Kirkland.

This place was fine. Staff (Morgan) very helpful. The only extras we would have appreciated was shampoo and conditioner, not just 2 little soaps and 2 pillows per person instead of 1. I suppose I'm quibbling - We were very comfortable and = the 12 minute walk to the light rail made getting to downtown so easy.

The hotel is overall great place to stay at, nothing special or fancy, just good value for the price.

The room was good for the price, staff helpful, free parking and easy access. The room had an odd smell when I arrived, but since it looked clean overall, I did not make a fuss. Maybe room fresheners would be helpful. The outside could be power washed to look more presentable since it looked a bit unkept. Sadly I forgot my toiletry bag and there was no shampoo, bodywash or conditioner available in the room. There were two small bars of soap- one for the sink and one for the bath. Over all, I would recommend the stay.
