Emerald Best Motel Edmonds

It was across the street from the auto dealer where I was buying a car from out of state. Check in with small tight entry and locking door gave me the instant feeling this was high-crime area. Bad, bad first impression.

Great value for the dollars. No frills. Everything we needed was there. Staff friendly and efficient.

Close to Free Way. This establishment using explorative practices, be on the look out for hidden fees and miss leading booking times. Weird check out times. I would not recommend for any travelers to stay there.

We enjoyed staying at EMERALD BEST MOTEL. It had everything we needed, the front desk and cleaning lady were very nice, and the price was reasonable. It seemed like there were some permanent residents who all appeared to be chill and we felt safe the entire stay. So happy we found this little gem. A breakfast place nearby would be nice. We popped into the Tea shop next door three nights. That place was great. But they do not open until 11 am. We didn't ask about an ice machine, but didn't notice one. It was warm this week and ice would have been nice. But we understand that is a bit of a rarity in the area.

The room was clean. It was in a reasonably quiet location. It has a full kitchen. Coffee maker in the room was provided. The motel clerk was behind a locked enclosed room. There was a large sign reminding patrons not to do illegal acts. It looked like it was in a sketchy neighborhood. There were patrons that clearly lived there full time. The bed was hard. The pillows felt like bricks. The towels were super thin. The only rooms available were on the second floor with no elevator. The grounds were not particularly clean. Outside our door on the grass was a car fender and a paint spray can.

Close proximity to the location we were headed to the next day. Dinning was close and many choices. The monthly residents living there were very nice. The toilet leaked at the base. The towel bar feel off when taking a towel from it. And the exhaust fan did not work well because the bath was sealed tight and could not draw any fresh air from the other room. Needs the bath door shortend to allow bath to fan to breathe.

i had my own food and prepared from home, otherwise i di not know any available food from the site when i open the fridge full of alcohol smell, some freeze alcohol in the freezer

I was very impressed with how clean the room was. This was definitely a very good experience. 1 star price for a five star quality room. You really can’t beat it! The guy at the front seat was very helpful, i will definitely visit them again from now on!!

I liked the hotel: the room had a pleasant scent, the bed linen was clean, and the room itself was tidy. The price was affordable. If I ever need to book a hotel room again, I will definitely choose this one.

Bed very hard stiff uncomfortable everything else was great

Safe, very clean, modern room, laundry onsite, nice staff, close to stores, restaurants and freeway. The room is priced good, but all the extra taxes makes what you’re truly paying not matching the value, however, it’s cheaper than most and a good place to stay.

Not much Can’t have guests over

Even without a kitchen, you have other restaurants near by too go somewhere else to eat.
