Noone at the desk for checkout

The woman at the front desk was so sweet. She boils eggs in the morning and provides on the go pastries, fruit, and coffee. The property itself was so much cleaner than the other motels around here. I didn't have to clean the bathroom myself before using it and that's a first,so thanks housekeeping - it does make a difference!!

Super clean and staff was so nice. Starbucks is right down the road, Walgreens next door. So many amenities in the area. Will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire property felt well cared for. We had a wonderful experience all the way around and would definitely stay here again!

One employee was awesome his name James, and the lady asian, sorry not sure i didn't ask for the name very rude, she got upset because i woke her up she said, customer service should be the number one thing for any business if you want people to return!!!! Overall it was okay, the problem factor was the lady with the attitude! Thats why i gave a bad review, it just takes one person, for us not to choose this hotel again. But James went out of his way to help when he didn't need to and was very polite and had good customer service with us. So, thank you for him, if not all this would have been different review!

The room smelled funny, the furniture was falling apart, the pillows and bed were uncomfortable.

The room was very clean. This hotel had the most comfortable bed of any hotel I have ever stayed. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and checkout process was really easy. I will consider staying here again.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The only small complaint I have is there were no blackout curtains over the blinds so light was shining in the room all night. The property is well maintained and the Woman running the place was very helpful and friendly.

Customer service was excellent. Miss Lina was extra friendly and accomodating.

When it says continental breakfast, I expected a continental breakfast not a hard boiled egg yogurt and a banana. I guess times have changed. The housekeeping came in. Do not clea the room, only took my personal towels that I brought.

Not a lot of good hotel options in Lynnwood, but I would avoid this place. This property is on par with the “no tell” hotels that you rent by the hour. Rooms are basic and had 1 plug in. Bathroom needs remodeling and while “clean” was just worn and faded. When we arrived, a police car was there checking out a vehicle. Not a good sign. After checking in, a man was shouting in the hallway and having an angry conversation with someone. The whole vibe of the place was sketchy and very low brow. In the middle of the night, a family had their child screaming up a storm in the hallway. Felt bad for the parents, but this is the kind of clientele that books this place. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and stay in Edmonds.

Clean room, very comfy beds, and great location. Basic breakfast items were a wonderful addition in the mornings. Thank you!
