As others noted, the rooms smell awful! There were spiders in the tub. The sofa stinks. The AC is loud! There is no way to lessen the noise. The carpets in the hallway need to be vacuumed. The laundry room needs to be cleaned. There were lint balls, old lost clothes and used dryer sheets on the floor. The pool was cloudy. It looked filthy. The hot tub jets didn't work and the water was cloudy. We didn't even bother using it. The breakfast was ok. The best thing about it were the staff. The restaurant food was delicious and the servers at the bar were awesome. Would I stay here again. NOPE.

The breakfast is phenomenal! We enjoyed drinks/dinner the evening before, meeting up with my nephew and his wife. We will definitely be back!

Pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable.

Definately be a referral for future travels

Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was yummy, Staff was so nice and friendly, front desk staff Jessyca is great! We enjoyed our room. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend 10/10. I seen so many families, sports teams from different states stay there and a few we were on the elevator together mention just how nice the hotel is. I appreciate your staff making it easy to check in and out, providing clean room and great service.

My room 313 the sink has a crack through the entire surface. The hide a bed couch in the main room is very badly stained. To the point it should be replaced. I needed to rest on lay down for a few hours , then I left the room. And drove home back 4 hours. The worst room I ever stayed in at a embassy suites.

Great breakfast, as you’d expect from Embassy Suites. Staff was friendly throughout my stay.

Everyone was wonderful. My stay was comfortable and the hotel was clean and well kept

Property location was probably the best thing about this hotel. The rooms were fairly dated. The seating was uncomfortable. I had to call maintenance to address the air conditioning, because it was not cooling properly. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There is construction ongoing, so everything was torn apart and just didn't look great. If you are staying in this area, I would shop around a bit before booking at this hotel. If I ever return to the Seattle area, I will be avoiding this hotel.

Nice room

Good selection of foods Omelette station is nice The sofa bed mattress was substandard My son and his wife had to take the cushions and sleep on the floor For $300 a night you guys need to do better I would have been better off somewhere where I could rent two rooms for the night for the same total cost

Need more places to hang towels / wash cloths in the bathroom!!
-
The staff was up to the room in about 5 minutes and it took 5 minutes to find and fix the problem. Might suggest that a drop dead date (June 1) all units get that switched over.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in with our family. Breakfast and Happy Hours were great.
-
Breakfast is good, nearby to downtown, plenty of parking and nice staff!
-
The breakfast continues to be a strong asset. The hotel is showing its age with worn carpet; scuffed up furniture; mediocre lighting.
-
People, place and food!! Clean and safe!

Love the extra room. Love the cook to order omelette. The staff was amazing. Always helpful and respectful and smiling. Honestly I was happy there.
