I was pleasantly surprised how well kept and clean the hotel was. It is in a very great location close to I5. They had issues with the hot breakfast but still served the cold items, even making little to go meals to grab quick. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. No hot breakfast as stated. Pool and spa were closed with no advance notification. This is Aug. 18-20 th and it was 80 degrees. Had to ask for fresh towels and remove the trash from rooms ourselves. Room attendants didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand our request for new towels.

The breakfast wasn’t what we expected. Thought it was going to be continental breakfast. The bedsheets weren’t clean, they still had stains.

The location was really good the room was clean Beds were really hard. Continental breakfast was one of main reasons we stayed here. But it lacked luster. Instead of a Continental breakfast they served a begal raisin bread and a fruit cup in a Styrofoam container. No meat no eggs no waffle . We don't eat Bengals and dry bread for breakfast . So we ended up going out to breakfast both mornings. Very disappointing....

Excellent customer service was on top of everything. The 2nd shift front desk person was great (sorry didn't get her name) took care if everyrhing for us ..the breakfast was decent except the bacon was paper thin but the sausage was good and they had a decent variety. The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub The tv remote did not work not because it was broken was just very confusing and when traveling with kids..it is nice to unwind and watch tv in the evening..lighting wasnt great either would have been nice to have a light in the hallway, but the bathroom lught worked

My room was great and the only thing that I had an issue with was that sink. The drain seemed to be a bit clogged. The water pooled on the bowl and drained very slowly. I didn't partake on the coffee within the room because the coffee in the lobby was available all day. The people at reception were very nice and helpful. I will keep on coming back if I find good offers to stay at this hotel.
