Price of laundry supplies was excesive

Fortunately, our time was spent away from the room. It was a place to have shower, rest, and sleep.

The staff said the walls were thin but I didn't hear anything! The staff are the nicest out of all the motels/hotels we have been too and we're homeless so we have been staying in motels for almost a year so I can confidently say they have the nicest staff! I didn't like that they didn't serve the coffee all day because it's absolutely delicious!!!! Serious note my only "complaint" is the bathroom is a little tiny but honestly NOT a deal breaker!

Horrible horrible horrible times a trillion. I went to the front desk to ask if we could have a late check out and the guy said yeah no problem just pay us for the late check out when you leave and I said 1:00 would be perfect he said no problem then we get knocked on our door and they're telling us we have to leave or we have to pay for a whole day they were basically forcing us out the door but that's not what we were told hours before that it was so loud there I couldn't sleep for 2 days and honestly I'm still pretty pissed off about the whole situation in other words do not stay there for the love of God it's terrible

The beds were hard and the bathroom had been poorly cleaned. There is barely any water pressure in the shower. We did not get a hair dryer which was listed in the amenities provided. They also charged my card at the end of the stay even though I paid in advance through expedia.

Breakfast Nothing

The staff were awesome, the room and kitchen were also good really didn't use it that much. The whole stay was very nice

It is dirty

Rooms were really clean and spacious. The property is well located.

The hotel very clean and staff very friendly and-closer freeway and shopping. We gonna-stay here again when back here to see my son.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location was vey good , room was nice Breakfast was a c- at best was told their supplies were a weak late no cream for coffee or tea no diet sugar no it’s for coffee which is a safety hazard if it go spilled on you no much to grab and go with ,I would suggest u leave the coffee or tea out for patrons all day or at least till 5 pm

No paper towels in the kitchen, nor did they have any utensils. Then, they had maintenance coming in to attend to cleaning the a/c vents, however, couldn’t say when that was happening. Not crazy about outside vendors coming in the room, although they are supposed to be accompanied by the hotel staff. No way to plan for it. Then, the front door of the hotel broke and was very heavy; I could hardly open it. The front door guy just watched me struggle with it. When I asked if the handicap button was broken or the door, he just told me to read the note on the door, which just said the door wasn’t working; speak to the front desk! This was the unfriendly guy who checked us in. So, unfriendly and not helpful. Will NOT be returning and I think a refund is due for no breakfast and lack of kitchen supplies.
