Rooms were really clean and spacious. The property is well located.

The hotel very clean and staff very friendly and-closer freeway and shopping. We gonna-stay here again when back here to see my son.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No room service

Location was vey good , room was nice Breakfast was a c- at best was told their supplies were a weak late no cream for coffee or tea no diet sugar no it’s for coffee which is a safety hazard if it go spilled on you no much to grab and go with ,I would suggest u leave the coffee or tea out for patrons all day or at least till 5 pm

No paper towels in the kitchen, nor did they have any utensils. Then, they had maintenance coming in to attend to cleaning the a/c vents, however, couldn’t say when that was happening. Not crazy about outside vendors coming in the room, although they are supposed to be accompanied by the hotel staff. No way to plan for it. Then, the front door of the hotel broke and was very heavy; I could hardly open it. The front door guy just watched me struggle with it. When I asked if the handicap button was broken or the door, he just told me to read the note on the door, which just said the door wasn’t working; speak to the front desk! This was the unfriendly guy who checked us in. So, unfriendly and not helpful. Will NOT be returning and I think a refund is due for no breakfast and lack of kitchen supplies.

Kitchen, low noise, comfortable bed

They have a kitchen and the kitchen ware available. Construction going on locked all side entrance only one way in and out.

Close to attractions and shopping

Ok so the room wasn’t bad ! Location wasn’t bad ! Right off freeway !!!! So very easy to get right back on and keep traveling ! A short distance to light rail . Bed was comfy , room was clean , bathroom was good . Water pressure was just ok ! But the one thing that was a big issue was the smell out side the hotel . Omgosh it stuck soooooo bad . Like to the point of wanting to puke . I had to send my kid and friend into hotel so they wouldn’t get sick . I was able to stand it and unload the vehicle but the smell was horrible and it’s only outside in parking area not inside hotel . It smelt like sewer or fish . Just very gross . But other than that we would honestly stay again . The employees were nice as well . We checked in late and left very early so can’t say how breakfast or anything else was .

Sometimes we can find a muffin and is between the time they served the breakfast. We stayed for almost a month an no body came to clean our room once, and we asked at the front desk about the service but nothing happened. Unfortunately we have had to staying for a couple days more and still no body showed up up to clean.?

excessive noise above my room from a second floor guest. I complained the very first morning. Nothing changed. When I went to the front desk again I was told there " is a third person that they didn't know about staying in the room who has autism and paces all night long. I was not offered a different room. I checked out at 1 pm . I was charged for another day. I requested a refund from the front desk and in writing to extended stay and have heard nothing. I deserve a refund.

Very nice and clean rooms Room was so cold when first entered

The facilities are quite run down. I remember these hotels being much nicer. This one has stayed the same as 20 years ago

Friendly staff Dirty rooms, outdated hotel

Entire floor including our room smelled like dogs. Laundry was unusable due to bad smell. No one brought kitchen items to the room as advertised. People need to go down to the reception and get kitchen items and towels and carry them to their rooms.

Breakfast is no good, mire like snacks. That i reserved a clean room and got a room that is old and next on the list for renovation.

Great location for this part of my trip, handy to restaurants. A bit tired, needs some updating. Bed was so-so. The hotel should devote more than a hallway space to breakfast and it should be a warm breakfast.
