The remote didn't work, called front desk and twice someone had to reset it. At the end it didn't work and when it did it slow and no menu button. Simple said they should not have given us room that wasn't up to expectations.

We stayed here before going to Boeing for a tour. It was conveniently located but construction in the area made it a challenge to get to. I liked that is was next to an Old Spaghetti Factory as it made it easy to get my kids dinner.

Stayed for two days with kids. Nice breakfast. Kids loved it

Staff is very friendly but the hotel was short handed. 3 of 8 nights we had to pick up towels at the front desk and make our own beds. Not a big deal but is this not we pay for? Upon arriving our first room had a very pungent dirty wet dog aroma. The front desk lady agreed that the room smelled bad but assured us that they are a pet free facility. She moved us to another room which was a little better but still had the same wet dog scent just not as bad. Breakfast was pretty good for the type of breakfast it was. The surrounding area seemed nice, close to the mall and other shopping options. Was about 30 minutes from downtown with traffic. Overall the hotel is decent and I would recommend staying here.
