cracking hotel perfect option for a trip to Seattle

Stayed for two days with kids. Nice breakfast. Kids loved it

Staff is very friendly but the hotel was short handed. 3 of 8 nights we had to pick up towels at the front desk and make our own beds. Not a big deal but is this not we pay for? Upon arriving our first room had a very pungent dirty wet dog aroma. The front desk lady agreed that the room smelled bad but assured us that they are a pet free facility. She moved us to another room which was a little better but still had the same wet dog scent just not as bad. Breakfast was pretty good for the type of breakfast it was. The surrounding area seemed nice, close to the mall and other shopping options. Was about 30 minutes from downtown with traffic. Overall the hotel is decent and I would recommend staying here.

In addition, I found the food selection to be very limited, and the lobby area often felt crowded. Considering the size of the hotel and the fact that there is only one small elevator, the high volume of guests made moving around the property less convenient. Another concern was the strong chemical odor throughout the hotel when I first arrived. The smell was so intense that it irritated my throat, leading me to believe that a harsh cleaning product had recently been used. The most significant issue, however, was the lack of a restful night's sleep. The refrigerator in my room produced a loud, continuous noise that sounded like an old engine struggling to run. In addition, there was persistent noise coming from the hallway, which I believe was generated by the ice machine. The combination of these disturbances made it extremely difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, due to the issues with the lobby design, limited amenities, strong chemical odor, and excessive noise, my experience was far from enjoyable.

The pool was dirty

My family and I stayed for 4 nights. On check in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and included hot and cold options, plenty of space in the lobby to eat, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We used the gym and pool and both were clean and enjoyable. The room was clean and both the room and bathroom were of a good size. It was unusually warmer weather during our stay but our room temperature stay comfortable (AC worked great). The location was convenient to local restaurants and grocery stores and close drive to the link. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

I stayed here for one night during a work trip. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. They had parking available for my box truck, which was very convenient. The breakfast was also excellent and offered a good selection of options.

Breakfast was great. Good sized room Bathroom/shower room in pool was dangerously slippery and soaking wet, a constant puddle and hazard for small kids.

Easy check in, recommended

We have stayed here many times and are never disappointed. BUT wozzer the new coffee station is fabulous. Used to be urns of coffee now are machines that give a fresh grind every time. Delicious and fitting to a seattle stay. Breakfast was great too.. love the ice water always available in the lobby! Staff is so friendly and accomodating

The breakfast was reasonable and offer a good variety of options , but the room we stayed was a bit filthy and smelly. We didn’t complain to the staff because we know we didn’t stay in a 5 stars hotel.
