Room was spacious, well laid out for utility and clean. Parking was adequate, staff was courteous and engaging and breakfast was good as well.

Was not expecting there to be a fully functional kitchen! That was a great surprise

My room A/C wasn’t working and front desk send a security guard to check the system. Even after that it’s the same issue. They said we can’t do anything today and all the rooms were fully booked. If you don’t want to stay feel free to vacate.

Staff was friendly and helped navigate the area. It was an easy stay w/ all the easy access amenities. Our room was switched because there was a leak with the air conditioning unit.

Also the advertised 2 queens is actually 2 doubles

We hosted a 14 yr old birthday party. The room was huge, like an apartment. The pool and breakfast buffet was a hit. The room came with streaming service for music and movies. A kitchen and living room with a bedroom.

Great location with a target right next door and a short drive to the train station. Very large rooms with lots of space and easily fit our family of 5. Breakfast room was very large and had a great selection of hot and cold foods and drinks. Elevator is quick. Really exceeded our expectations and was affordable. Thanks

The pillows were too soft, and did not have a restful sleep. The body wash and shampoo were also not refilled during our stay. The breakfast was mediocre and lacked flavor, and the fruit did not seem fresh. Additionally, the bedroom drawers were difficult to open and often got stuck. Overall, there were several areas that could use improvement to make the stay more comfortable.

The only negative for me was the paid parking of $15 per night. If I knew about this charge I wouldn't have booked this hotel. Given how expensive this hotel is, adding a separate parking charge is not fair on customers. The hotel location is not close to transit, so I see no reason why that parking is in place. It is not in a location where people who are not staying in the hotel can just park and then leave to take transit, so this is simply a cash grab. I did my research while in Lynnwood and other hotels of equal quality don't charge for parking and even if they do it is for a lesser amount for guests. I will still give a 5 star because there is no option for 4.5 but I WONT STAY HERE AGAIN for as long as that parking is in place. I know I am just one customer and may not be anything to the hotel, but it will be great people know about this before booking this hotel. For anyone with a car staying up to 5 to 7 nights, 15 bucks per night adds up. My family and I enjoyed our stay anyway.

Didn't know we had to pay $16 a day for parking but maybe we should've researched it more

The hotel itself is good but we didn’t get the room we booked and the beds were not the most comfortable. Would only stay again if there wasn’t another option.

I'm handicap, 84 yrs olds & was assigned room #333, probably the farthest room from the lobby. I think the receptionist should've consider a closer room when I checked in. Everything else is perfect & I'm happy w/the appearance of the property.
