Nice place to stay

Clean room and friendly staff

Kudos to the frontline staff especially Danielle, she helped me over the phone when I had booking issues. Everything got sorted out perfectly just over the phone.

Good location

My one thing that put weird sorta awkward thing was the bathroom was only closed off from the main room by a barn sliding door. There were massive gaps, no privacy really, kinda awkward 😂

This is certainly not a bad property, but I doubt I would stay there again. The facility is very clean, and it looks relatively new with nice decor items (in the rooms and throughout the public spaces). Why then my hesitation? Some of the staff members were not helpful; and after frustration the next day other staff members could fix the problems that were "not possible" the day before. Also, I found the bed overly soft—some would like it, I'm sure, but I had a hard time sleeping there. And although the rooms have individual temperature controls, I could never get the room to feel comfortable. But the two biggest problems were these. First, there is an insane amount of clorine permeating the air in the indoor pool area. Hard to stay in there, as it felt like a poison gas attack. And perhaps worse still, the hotel is very close to Interstate-5, and whatever soundproofing there is proved woefully insufficient. This was a big factor in my inability to get a good night's sleep.

Everything was beautifully stocked and presented

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. They an awesome breakfast buffet and a bar and grill in the afternoon-evening. Very pleasant.

Great clean room. The staff was wonderful! The hotel was in walking distance to the lightrail.

We stayed after a family member had surgery and the staff was extra supportive and generous, helpful and compassionate.

Entire hotel was spotless and well maintained. Our room was clean, smelled fresh and bed was quite comfy! Everything looked new. The shower is fantastic and the rooms are quiet.

We were not told that the breakfast was going to cost us until we finished and they brought us the bill.

We stayed here on our way to Vancouver BC. The hotel was close enough to spend a day in Seattle and return for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They even texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. The room was large enough for 3 adults to comfortably stay. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. 5 stars does not do it just. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and had breakfast. Food was excellent. Grounds were clean. We felt safe. Would highly recommend. We checked out and headed to Vancouver but ended up driving back to stay one more night. Thank you for making our stay the best!!

The staff here are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was a great deal and so good. The entire hotel is a 5 plus. A great place to stay if visiting Seattle or Vancouver BC. We stayed 3 nights and would highly recommend.

Liked the option of ordering breakfast or doing the buffet. We ordered. Everyone here was stellar! Such nice staff. Parking lot seemed a bit cramped but seems pretty safe and they said they don’t have a lot of issues. Rooms are nice, pool and hot tub were great. Get a west side room if you’re sensitive to noise. Freeway and frontage road can be loud.

Perfect. Clean, feels fresh, attentive staff, the morning breakfast was delicious, and the location is convenient. Highly recommend.

Overall good stay and I’d stay again just would be helpful to have clarity about servicing.

We had to book this last minute because our other hotel was a complete disgusting disaster. The staff here was incredibly helpful, efficient, friendly. I can't say enough good things about them. Even the woman that served us in the bar/restaurant was fantastic. Thank you!
