Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-North/Lynnwood

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Love water and coffee & tea station available all day. Location was superb. Next to shops and a walking distance to Wholefood. The only two things I think can be improved were 1) laundry facilities (one machine was broken and two dryers did not work well) and 2) the coffee machine in the room (made one cup of coffee and we have to wait a bit before we can make another cup.)

A clean room and a safe parking area with amenities are located near supermarkets and gas stations.

Very good stay at this hotel.

We booked this place specifically because of the pool, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available when we checked in. Everyone was disappointed, and the front desk offered only a refund. It was already the evening, and we were only staying for one night. How could they expect us to find another place then? We wish they’d let us know sooner so we could look for an alternative hotel.

I liked the suite we were in. They need more dishes and pans available to use. The beds were a little hard but overall we enjoyed the stay there. Good breakfast!

The Beds ! Cleanliness behind the doors, especially in the bathroom, behind the beds, underneath the refrigerator door, as well as in the hotel hallways and stairwell.

We were here for a 3-night stay. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean. I requested a room on the top floor which was accommodated and heard little to no noise our entire stay. Very relaxing and peaceful. We had daily housekeeping which was wonderful. A lot of hotels since COVID did away with the daily housekeeping. The breakfast was good. Hot breakfast and the hot items rotated daily (omelets, scrambled eggs, egg whites, sausage, and ham is what I saw being served). Daily items included oatmeal with toppings, waffles with toppings, bagels, muffins, cereals, yogurt, fruits, and biscuits and gravy. There wasn’t a lot of parking out front but several well-lit spots around the building with entry points (w/room key) all around. We loved our stay and will stay here again in the future.

This is one of the best hotels I ever been to. Place is clean and staffs are friendly. For the price we pay and the service we got, I highly recommend this hotel.

We did need our floor mopped, but beyond that we had a fantastic stay!!!!!

The property was well maintained. Breakfast was adequate and was very cleanly. The bed was very squeaky and kept waking each other up when we had nightly movement.

The staff were warm and friendly, housekeeping was attentive to your needs and overall the hotel was clean

Room had a few eccentricities—no lock on the sliding door to the bath room, didn’t seem to be a fan in the bathroom either so things stayed very steamy. Keycard malfunctioned. Not 100% clean and shampoo was nearly empty. Nice facilities though and friendly helpful staff!

Check-in was very challenging due to a computer system problem. The staff did their best in the circumstances, but because of the computer problems our check-in was a very poor experience.
