Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-North/Lynnwood

Front desk guy was very rude and laughed at us when our Door dash didn’t show up and was probably ly one of the top 10 worst customer service experiences I have had but at least the front desk gal when we checked out was nice.(the only nice employee we encountered). The light above our vanity just flickered the whole time and blinds broken and didn’t close in the bedroom or the living room. The housekeepers probably didn’t realize that I could understand their language and were talking very mean about all the guests as they were walking by and being very racist. I won’t ever stay here again!!!!!

I would for sure stay again! The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My kids love staying at hotels with pools which was one of the deciding factors for us. The water in the pool was cool but kids can swim until 10pm and adults can use the facilities 24/7! There was also a fitness room, nice outdoor patio seating and the continental breakfast had several options.

Should have at least 1 extra toilet paper roll

Sink was clogged when we arrived and was not fixed. Room was dirty with dried soda and food on ground.

Rx clean and spesious Room, sheets are so confortable, no sny smell Like a Brain new, iron, I gave went so Many hotela ABD I always have Issue with sheetsand odmor, breakfast , lobby and stuff excelent. Lutke inconvinuent elevator walking long, and i thing inorovemt carpets in hall Way needs to be update

The location is in the heart of Lynnwood. There is a Whole Foods market within walking distance. The hotel is next door to Nordstrom Rack. The freeways are very close and the town of Edmonds is 10-15 minutes away by car. The housekeeping staff need to check the door to see if any pets are loose before entering. They are priceless family members.

The room was very cozy and spacious, 2 king beds are very comfortable. I would love to stay here again in the future

Plenty of space and nice layout in the suite. The sound of people in the floor above until 4 am

Continental breakfast was great. The rooms were clean, accessible to freeway, plenty of places to eat, supermarket close by.

Very pleasant stay. Extremely clean and will stay again.

Clean rooms and decent breakfast

Hotel was clean and well equiped. Room was large and air conditioning good. Walls are thin so we could hear lots of noise from upstairs and the corridor. Location of the hotel is ok, 30min walk to Lynnwood station to access the city, so best uber it to the station. Overall a good hotel, would use again if in Seattle

Scrambled eggs could be better. Coffee was very good. Our room had an odor like plastics smell and possibly a cigarette odor, can’t be sure.

Drove straight north after landing in Seattle. On our way to the North Cascades. Tricky to find due to road construction but was a lovely place. Enjoyed the hot tub the next morning before we started on our 15 day trip. Good breakfast. Great start!

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at!

Recently hotel staff, service, and cleanliness has taken a sharp decline in most hotel's. Not here the property was immaculate, hotel staff was amazing and the amenities where great. I had an air b&b booked and could not access it leaving me and my family stranded, booked two rooms here on short notice and luckily They let me have an early check in for one. I was stranded without a place for my family to stay and the staff was very understanding and helpful, ty Gael. Knowing very little about the hotel amenities when booked I was very pleased with the facility and staff. Everything a quality hotel should be and more. They have a top notch BBQ area that made Family time extra special, and the enclosed pool and hot tub added to it. They saved our family trip for my daughter's college graduation that Air b&b almost destroyed. Ty Not all the hot tub jets worked, very minor issue
