Stayed because of the reviews and honestly they were excellent. Super flexible and a real person feel. Not corporate but very human and on a level that was comforting. They werent intrusive and the stay was great. Nice issues, comfortable, large spacious rooms. Beautiful garden inside the lobby, even a simple breakfast was provide (not expected) and a beautiful park across the street with a lake. Great experience, great staff. Was not unpleased.

This was a disaster. Owner didn’t accept service dog because he didn’t believe she was a service dog. When I told him the tasks she was trained to do he actually laughed in my face and said that’s an emotional support animal. I tried to explain to him she’s legally trained and he still refused to accept her. He also called me selfish and other insults which I can’t type here. I cannot recommend this place to anyone especially if you are disabled.

hotel is being updated so there was some construction happening. Our room had recently had a new bed and credenza installed which were very nice. Bed was solid and comfortable. Counter and cabinets in the kitchenette were clean but dated. Bathroom was also clean but dated. Once those have been done the place will be very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. the bathroom and kitchenette areas were a bit dated but still completely functional

There wasn’t much of a breakfast in the lobby. We did however very much appreciate the complimentary coffee, apples, bananas & at the front desk, the delicious cookies. The location is very convenient & easy to find. Parking is also great. We noticed especially the impeccable, spotless outside areas. We also noticed a recent shipment of what appeared to be brand new furniture, so we’ll look forward to that in a future stay. We greatly appreciated the flooring (not carpet), the brand new towels & noticed the level of care taken by the owners to ensure a positive experience. You can see all the attention to detail & that the property is constantly being upgraded & improved. The immense plant displays are beyond impressive, along with the waterfall. This adds to healthy air quality environment & peacefulness. A few more food options in the lobby (if in fact it’s included in the room).

It’s an OK hotel. Somewhat remodeled but it shows its old bones. Not for people with strong sense of smell - the odor hit me by the elevator and was also quite strong in our room. It seems it was coming from bathroom vent - I don’t think it was from the restaurant which is part of the building, it was more old sewage type of smell. Not pleasant. Bad odor

Our stay at Hotel International was simply outstanding. The front desk staff and manager were fantastic in providing the best room and amenities to accommodate my wife’s disabilities. The room was overall the best room in which we have stayed in the last two plus weeks while on the road. I highly recommend Hotel International and we will attempt to stay there again. Plus, it represented great value for the dollars that we spent. Nothing—there was nothing to complain about or list.
