It was very nice. Breakfast could be a little better and earlier. Our refrigerator in our room didn’t work. The gentleman came up a said he fixed it but it still didn’t work. I had to throw away our food that we had because it wasn’t working.

The location was good for what we needed and the staff were very friendly and nice! The room did not feel super clean and was not super comfortable. When we entered the room there was a bad odor.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Everything worked as it should and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Breakfast was a basic yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee and possibly something else. We had 3 queen sized doubles.

Nice and quiet motel. Clean room and has a fridge and a microwave (definitely a plus for the price of the room). Has a limited breakfast selection but at least it's complimentary! I'll definitely come back as it is close drive to Alderwood mall! ^_^

Location was good. Breakfast adequate. Breakfast could have been better, but value made it okay.

The cleanliness inside and out. I stayed there for a total of three weeks. At some point I asked to change rooms to upstairs because the occupants upstairs were walking around late night which disrupted my sleep. I was told that wasn't possible for whatever reason. The ceiling isn't insulated well enough so you could hear people walking around above you.

Best Lynnwood Inn is a regular motel, but it has indoor corridors (most rooms), good wifi, easy/free parking, and nice beds. There is food nearby. The free breakfast includes yogurt, toast, corn flakes, and a breakfast sandwich that can be heated in a microwave - no fruit, juice or pastries.

The room and property were clean and well-maintained. Felt very safe and comfortable there. The room was quiet and I slept well. The shower was fantastic. The breakfast was not very good.

Rooms were basic and somewhat dated but the rooms/sheets/towels were very clean. Breakfast is very limited but nice to grab decent coffee with fresh milk/cream.

The hotel was neat and tidy . The only issue was the noise of either a machine , or something slamming all night almost. Bed was comfy . Pretty basic but clean. Breakfast needs to improve . There wasn’t much options
