Location Heavily stained carpet with unpleasant smell, quality of breakfast, broken safe with trash on site.

I booked here because I was under the impressing I would get a kitchenette. When I checked in, there was no kitchen. When I asked, I was moved to another room that had a 2 burner hot plate, mini fridge and microwave, which they cakes a kitchen. I was there a week and my room was only cleaned once. It was very disappointing.

The room was super clean, and the staff was respectful, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast area was also clean and well maintained. Overall, the hotel was in a great location, and the entire property was clean. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

Had a great stay. All the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast had a lot to choose from with lots of seating. Parking lot was well lit and had no problems finding a spot to park.

Good breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, juice, coffee etc. Good HVAC unit in the room. Window can be opened. Nice facilities. A bit far from many sightseeing places

the room is not cleaned during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn in Mundelein. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! Everyone at the front desk was super helpful. The fitness center was the only downside. It is very small and there are not a lot of options. The pool looked nice, but we did not have a chance to swim. The breakfast was good. We would stay there again!
