Holiday Inn Express & Suites Murfreesboro West by IHG

Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express…biscuits & gravy, 2 kinds of omelets, sausages, bacon and various fruits/cereal/pancake/breads. So lots to choose from and very good. Was surprised that there was not a coffeemaker in our room…we stay quite a bit and ALWAYS there is a coffeemaker! Only 1 plastic cup between the 2 of us. Comfortable and clean…only complaint is that the bed is so high! We find that in several HIE properties.

The breakfast was very good,everything nice and clean everywhere,the room was great,I like the idea of the soap,lotion,shampoo and conditioner containers.will book again in a future.

Rooms clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool cleanliness left a little to be desired-asked if they had a pool net we could use to clean it out and they did not.

Someone came in our room when we left to go out for dinner and stole my prescription medicine. At first the manager was helpful and said he would pull the log to our room to see who accessed it. He told me to come back in 1 hour. When I got back he refused to give me the log even though he told me that he would and that I didnt need to police there to get a copy of it. Im assuming he pulled it and seen someone did in fact come in my room and decided he better not give me a copy of it! He was very nice up until he had checked the log and his whole demeanor changed. I believe he thought he wasnt going to find anything but of course he did!

This was a last-minute booking, as our original hotel's pool was out of service and we canceled that reservation. This Holiday Inn Express offered what we needed and can always expect from them: a larger room, great breakfast options, and a pool. :)

The hotel was excellent. Clean, bright, comfortable and the staff was very friendly, polite and welcoming.

While my initial impression was that the hotel had a very clean lobby and the room appeared clean, we had unpacked, left for dinner and came back to the largest cockroach I have ever seen scurrying under the refrigerator. The front desk attendendet quickly came to the room, moved the refrigerator around and the roach ran out and she was able to kill it, saying it was huge. She acknowledged that this can happen on the 1st floor and that they were full for the night and could not move us. Because my daughter had an early game and it was already late we reluctantly stayed but slept with the lights and TV on in hopes to deter any more from coming in the room.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Everyone was lovely, friendly service, attentive and welcoming. The property was comfortable, clean and delicious breakfast daily. Highly recommend.

Stay was for 3 nights, only complaint was had to keep asking for towels, wash clothes, etc daily..

Great place to stay. Right near everything. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Trader Joe's across the street. Lots of things to do in the area. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!!

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The kids liked the breakfast. The only downfall was the shower. The shower head did not have much pressure and the conditioner was empty. The pumps for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were hard to use. You can tell they are cheap and don’t pump well.

Nice new hotel. In an area that is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying in this area.
