Hyatt Place Murfreesboro

GREAT stay! Loved the service, property, and amenities!

When we checked in we were given a room on the first floor next to the pool which was crowded and noisy. We asked for another room and was given one on the 2nd floor away from the pool and it was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom door had an opaque glass panel that allowed light to pass through. Not ideal in the middle of the night. We didn’t use the pool but many people did. We did try breakfast but weren’t impressed with the hot food. Staff were excellent and the location was good.

I was happy that the ice machine was close to my room and the soda machine too, both machines were out of order, had to go down to 2nd or 4th floor to get ice or sodas.

The staff were very friendly and quick. Room was clean and well furnished. The temperature was a little hard to adjust and the handle on shower door was loose but those were minor things.

However, last year I did stay at this Hyatt Place and enjoyed it very much. My main complaint is with Expedia

We loved how spacious our room was, and how dark it was all night long! It was super nice. Only negative comment would be about the breakfast—the food wasn’t very good, but the staff was super nice!

Staff was very nice!

The hotel was clean , staff was friendly and helpful . Breakfast was okay- we did have a child with a severe nut allergy and there was no card out identifying the types of muffins. Number one complaint about the policy at the hotel : allowing NO food or drink on the pool deck - could understand around the pool itself or in the pool however there are beautiful chairs and tables and a covered patio - it would have been wonderful to have been able to sit outside and watch the kids swim

I came down for a 2 day stay for a baby shower The surrounding area has so many options as far as food and shopping . The room was very clean and the property also . The staff was very friendly from front desk to breakfast attendants to bar staff . Breakfast bar has options and was replenished as soon as staff seen it needed to be . The drinks at the bar were of good quality and the bartender was very friendly , and drinks weren’t too expensive . The pool was relaxing and warm and got the job done .
