Everything was nice and clean. The front desk associates were very nice and friendly. The rooms in this hotel actually had enough lighting and electrical outlets. Most hotels do not provide enough lighting or electrical outlets so this was a huge plus for me to have so many options. I will definitely stay at another Hyatt. I didn't eat the breakfast but I was traveling with a large party and they all had the breakfast. They were not impressed with the food options or the taste.

Clean room. Good location.

Breakfast was disappointing. Looked nice but everything was lukewarm at best. Had to put waffles in the bagel toaster to get warm enough to melt some butter. They do change the menu daily though. Shower pressure was almost too much, borderline painful. Door to our room slammed so quick and hard I let the front desk know it is a safety hazard, could easily crush fingers.

The staff were excellent. Especially the breakfast staff and their menu.

The tap water tasted really bad. Also, there was a strange odor in the breakfast area. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and never had this issues, so maybe there was just wrong that day.

The bed was comfortable with good bedding, like the sofa and desk. Liked the design of the shower. Breakfast was good and liked real plates and utensils. Overall very pleased with accommodations.

I would likely stay here again when visiting family.

The lobby area and bar was great with the tvs! Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean! Would definitely book again as we have family in the area!

My room was extremely clean and comfortable. This will be my home away from home when I’m in the Murfreesboro area.
