Clean My tv didn’t work. It stayed on the channel

When did your hotels stop room service? I’m on vacation and still needed to get my own towels and make my own bed. It’s called vacation, vacation where I pay to not work for a few days out of the year.

Location Had trouble accessing the room with the keycard upon arrival, and I had to go back to the front desk. The next day, the same thing happened: I had to go back to the front desk, and the gentleman kept telling me not to store the card near my cellphone, I tried to explain I didn't because my phone wasn't in my purse but he was adamant so I relented, it was late and I was tired.

Staff was friendly, rooms were a good size, comfy and clean. Definitely coming back

Easy to locate, well maintained, the bed was comfortable, good breakfast. There wasn’t a microwave in the breakfast section. I have trouble swallowing dry foods like waffles or muffins, so I use butter to moisten them. But the little pads of butter were refrigerated and hard. Even on a freshly cooked waffle they wouldn’t melt before the waffle cooled off. I had to go back to my room to use the microwave to get the butter melted.

I liked the size of the room. My wife liked the ability to make waffles for breakfast. The layout of the room bathroom door/entry, was strange and hard to maneuver with 2 people. Also, they have a couch in the King suite and it just faces a wall. You have to lay on the bed to watch the TV.

Room size was great for my sister and I Observed front desk staff talking to other guests and didn’t acknowledge our presence for a couple minutes however she immediately recognized the person standing behind us. We were not expecting how rude she spoke to us. I don’t want to say it is because we were a different race but I believe that is the case.

Location When we pulled out the sofa bed, the mattress cover had blood stains all over it and it was just very disgusting and smelled really bad

Lighting in room was dim.

Lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Location was great! The toilet in our room was almost falling apart!
