The staff were friendly, and they allowed me to take a small to-go breakfast. The room lighting was somewhat dim, and the room served its purpose as a place to stay for the night. I would rate the facility higher, but the curtains had a lot of stains of unknown origin.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience at this hotel. Before I checked in I was charged my deposit around the time of checkin, which was a bit confusing considering I hadn’t made it to hotel yet. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm. Once I got to the hotel and to my room there was evidence of water damage around the property. There were places where paint was peeling and the room was not cleaned thoroughly. I stayed from Saturday until Monday and never got housekeeping. Additionally there was a light bulb out that I’m assuming wasn’t addressed with the last guest(s). Additionally, this property said there were laundry services but it was one washer and one dryer for the whole facility which made it difficult to actually wash. When I went downstairs to ask if there were more machines on property, the security guard said no, and directed me to a laundry mat a couple doors down. I booked this hotel partially because I needed laundry facilities before the next leg of my trip. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend and would not stay at this property again unless they made major upgrades. Evening front desk clerk was really nice. And the overnight security guard was nice as well.

Temp in room was inconsistent, but ok. Bed was nice and comfortable. Sheets were not noisy. Hair Dryer didn't work. All seemed clean.

The room was cleaned and updated. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Clean room. AC worked great. Check-in was fast and hostess was friendly. Breakfast was hot. I always stay here when I visit family in Murfreesboro.

Room size was great for my sister and I Observed front desk staff talking to other guests and didn’t acknowledge our presence for a couple minutes however she immediately recognized the person standing behind us. We were not expecting how rude she spoke to us. I don’t want to say it is because we were a different race but I believe that is the case.
