Unsafe area, didn’t even stay there due to feeling unsafe

Decent cheap place to stay. Clean. Disappointed because hotel worker did not mention breakfast times at check-in. It's 6am to 9am which needs to change across all hotels. Not everyone wants to wake up at the crack of dawn to waddle downstairs for food. Some of us are on vacation and want to sleep in. Great place to stay if visiting the Stones River battlefield; only a few minutes drive away from this hotel. Would stay here again.

The reviews were very deceiving. While the bed itself was clean, the rest of the hotel and room was not. Old food and crumbs, hair, and 2 cockroaches in our room. The side keycard door leading to the outside did not shut, allowing access to anyone. The elevator needs a major update. The carpets in the hall were not vacuumed and covered in stain. It was also very hot and humid throughout the building. Would NOT stop here again.

Room had been smoked in. Hope they got the posted $250 cleaning fee. Room sink holding on by one screw maybe. TV turned on but no signal from source. Onsite 'restaurant' only open for breakfast. Extremely dimly lit in there. Hiding something? Poorest excuse for a buffet ever witnessed. Other than that ...

Room was clean outdoors was not clean Hotel is showing it's age outdoor pool was not maintained jacuzzi was not operating

Our room looked like it was still under renovation. We had peeling wallpaper, an exposed outlet in a cabinet, a TV & a mini fridge that didn't work. Our room door was difficult to open. You could hear all the outdoor noise (other guests, traffic, etc). We stayed in TN on our drive from MO to FL. Coming back, we stayed at Super 8 in Clarksville. It was a similar price, but it was closer to home. I don't recommend this Clarion.

Disgusting hotel, smell of the room was stale smoke. Guests smoking weed in the hallways. Door key didn’t work on the entry doors- I got locked out a few times and had to hope for the best.
-
Room was clean but beware that there is a night club connected to the lobby and it is were breakfast is served. Which was definitely an interesting experience for our family.
-
It was clean and very nice

I have stayed at many motels in Murfreesboro over the years, but when I discovered the Clarion, it's the one I've chosen the past 4 trips and will continue to choose. I have no complaints about anything, and the price is very affordable.

That place is as rough as a night in jail. Wouldn’t recommend. Very sketchy. Only positive is I didn’t see any bugs
-
No issues at all. Just wonderful
-
Very quiet peaceful place to stay

They had a pool outside that looked very clean. Room was super clean and nice but the property. They should be ashamed of the inside. That hot tub will get you infected by the looks of it! Pool inside look unfiltered. Work needs to be done but they are trying.

Lady at the front desk was kind, and explained where to locate our room. After checking in, we drove around to where our room was located and found that the door to enter the building was surrounded by an ankle deep lake in the parking lot, that we had to tredge thru multiple times to carry our things in from the car. It was pretty disgusting. Our key cards worked on and off, sometimes locking us out of the building and our room. The room itself looked decently clean. The bathroom tub didn’t drain quickly so you stood in water if you took a shower longer than 5 minutes. The pool area was honestly strange, it looked totally different than the photos…with carpet surrounding the entire area, which looked as if it hadn’t been shampooed in years. Stray clothes were scattered about the floor. We did not end up swimming. Breakfast in the morning was abysmal. Really nasty stuff, most of what we grabbed ended up thrown out. My friends staying in a different room said people were standing outside their doors smoking cigarettes all night which made their room smell like smoke. Overall the room was ok to sleep in, but everything else was sub-par.

The hot tub was not working properly, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. The desk staff continued to claim it worked fine, but it never did.

It was convenient to everything we needed to do there! It felt dirty!
-
The allowed little kids to vape and curse and talk smack to my kids and ke and did nothing about it

Big and clean! Breakfast was good!
