Room price very economic. Remodeled inside, but old and ugly outside and around.

The pictures on the hotel website are not what you’re going to see when you get there. Indoor pool was always closed. The breakfast was moved into the bar with two lights on to see what you were eating would not stay there again.

Someone hurt Vivian behind the front desk and I'm not sure who but she will have a giant attitude problem when you walk in the door. She's not helpful or nice, actually she's the opposite. No manager to be seen although there supposedly is one named Andy. The pictures of this place are 1000% deceiving. It's run down, in a sketchy ass neighborhood and a local told us it's where everyone goes to buy crack. I wish I was exaggerating about any of this but I'm not. Dirty room, 1" gap under the door, scary people chilling in the hallways. Entry doors don't lock and the breaker boxes are all out in the open with unlocked padlocks dangling from them. Hole in the shower tile wall. Need I say more?

The hotel was fine to stay in, we've stayed in much worse lol. I will say this though- the pictures online are definitely outdated! It was not a bad stay for the price we paid but from the pictures I definitely expected something different. The pictures of the pools were misleading- #1 its a double picture of the exact same inside pool and #2 they were outdated. The hot tub was out of service, a sign said it was shut down by the city. The breakfast was ok- but nothing like what I expected from the pictures. But it all tasted just fine regardless. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet wobbled lol. No towels outside for the pool even though the sign in the room said there would be. I couldn't get the wifi to work at all. I did not ask the clerks for assistance but when I chose the option, it didn't ask for a password and once connected didn't have service. The bathroom door was really sticky and door to the room, you had to push hard for it to close all the way. The fridge in the room was really cold! And I absolutely loved that I could crank the ac down! All in all it wasn't bad, but it just wasn't what I expected from the pictures posted on the site. In case this triggers you- it did look a little "sketch" on the outside and even saw a guy with his Hookah sitting outside LOL!

Melted hole in shower curtain, hole in bath towel, sticky carpet in room, black plastic garbage bags hung in sun room windows of “restaurant” giving the appearance from inside & outside as extremely forboding…indoor pool water cold, hot tub out of order, outdoor pool not opening until 10am despite posted hours was 8am…generally just “gross” feeling to everything. Bed, pillows, and linens were tolerable for one night.

I booked this location for the value and the initial ratings were decent, however the photos were highly misleading, this hotel was dark, dirty and needs repairs on multiple areas. The initial booking stated that they only had a few rooms left , implying that they were on high demand. Upon arrival there was probably less than 25% of the rooms booked. The only plus was I didn’t see any bugs, which was surprising given the conditions. The interior was so dark and the carpet, walls and windows were very dirty

Clean room, indoor pool and hot were nice
-
I made a reservation on my way to the location once arrived notice a obvious bed bug issue and management wouldn't refund so I didn't stay at the location and Expedia was no help in getting a refund.

I have Always stayed at Clarions and enjoyed it; NOT THIS TIME. Let's not forget the crackheads hanging out in the parking lot..
-
Hallway gross with dripping water from the ceiling. Hot tub was disgusting and unusable. Lots of sketchy folks around the property and hanging out on the walkway in front of guest rooms on the street side of the building. Gross

Cons: Extremely run down on the outside. They tried to update it with some new paint inside. The room itself was kind of run down, but it was still clean. It worked for me and my husband and dog (we had our teenage kids stay at their cousins). Although the a/c was loud, it provided white noise to help with sleep. I was very surprised that I was able to get decent sleep. There wasn’t a lot of noise.

Roaches at breakfast bar . Dirty sheets and mold in bathroom

Bad breakfast Room is clean AC is good Bed is comfortable

The room was mostly clean but the remainder of the property was in disrepair and dirty. Exterior doors were broken and did not close. Hallways were dirty and promised amenities were sub par including pool , breakfast, on-site dining option, etc.

List of things we found in our room: Light odor of weed Burn holes on sheets Blood on sheets Mold on ceiling in the shower One dead roach One live then quickly deceased roach Guest dryer not working ( they did help on this one and let me use their machine) Carpets did not seem to be very clean. I understand that I booked the cheapest option in this town but I do feel there are certain standards for every hotel. The pictures are very misleading.

Was not able to use the pool and hot tub. Too many kids. However, staff was very helpful!
