The place felt unsafe due the the clientel loitering around the hotel and what appeared to be a sex worker around the front of the hotel. Upon entering the room we were immediately hit with a pungent odor of mold and humidity. The room felt damp and humid. The ceiling of the bathroom was covered in mold, the picture frame and most disgusting of all the mattress. The sheets reaked of mold and felt wet. The room looked like it was barely cleaned or maintained. We went to the front to ask for a different room and upon entering that room we were absolutely grossed out by what was a disgusting room as well. There was what appeared to by a dried substance of some sort (looked almost like throw up) on the side of the bed frame and the sheets smelled dirty. When we turned on the air, not only did it not appear to cool down the room but it made a extremely loud banging noise that would not stop. We decided to go to the front desk and request a refund because the state of this hotel was quite frankly disgusting. She said she could not and could only give us another room. We asked her to call her manager for a refund she said he was sleeping. We insisted and he refused as well.

Filthy room. Filthy floors. Filthy property, garbage everywhere. Did not feel safe here. Mold in corners of bathroom. Shower curtain coming off the wall, tv didn’t work. Bugs. If we had not just driven 10 hours we would have left. I can believe Wyndham put their name on this hotel. Do NOT stay here!!!

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean.

The staff was amazing, however, there was a leaky toilet and faucet that constantly dripped. The office staff had to come in and tweak the HDMI cable on the TV to make it work.

Didn't bother us as we prefer the cold but for someone else. Plenty of parking, breakfast was limited to the normal waffles, bagels, toast, juices, and coffee. Pool looked clean but we didn't get to test it out. Would definitely stay again if need be.

I was very dissapointed with the property, it had a lot of nefarious activities all the time; regarding the staff, very rude and non complimentary. The front desk required a $100 cash deposit, which I was very vocal against but dismissed for any effort to verse my displeasure. At check out, the associate told me I forfit my deposit for having a military service dog which was acknowledged at check in with support staff. The room had a few lights out and refridgerator cooling adjustment knob was missing and staff told me the cold fridge was unavailable.

Rooms smelt of strong mildew. Front desk manager Jenny extremely rude. The owner Marc was a decent guy took him some hours to come to the property and address the situation but when arrived was understanding and gave us a few different room options to look at to switch into. Every room smelt of mildew some worse than others. Was supposed to receive a partial refund never did. Unfortunately every other place in this area was booked so had no other options and didn’t realize before booking that this place is a motel there are no Hotels in the area we stayed. 10/10 would not recommend especially if you have respiratory issues they desperately need to take out the rugs and replace. And the manager Jenny 100% should not be allowed to work in customer service

The absolute WORST hotel experience ever! Besides Jason at the front desk he was just doing his job very helpful. We purchased a king room through Expedia, checked in went out when we came back we noticed our tv was broken the bathroom light went out while I was taking a shower the ac wouldn’t stay on (it was on “high”) the next morning my gf was in the shower as I’m getting ready I notice blood on the floor we go and ask to be put in another room moves us to another room go to get in and the key doesn’t work, go back down to get moved again they gave us another room, we walk in and instantly were hit in the face with what smelt like drugs it made us so sick we had to exit the room after being in there 5mins. Go BACK DOWN they give us ANOTHER ROOM..this room had a hole in the ceiling and blood on the curtains black mold in the shower and on the curtains, go BACK downstairs and ask if anyone is checking these rooms two have blood one smells like a drug house and it wasn’t weed. So we finally just ask them to refund us because we’re leaving at this point we’ve spent 4hrs switching rooms on our second day arriving in town. Two of the rooms the phone lines were cut making it impossible to make a call out. They ended up refusing the refund & we still went to and checked into another hotel the same day! We do NOT recommend this place. We have reported them to every legal place possible!

Clean room, fresh linens, A/C was noisier than need be and bathroom needs more ventilation… not bad for the price

No where to put shampoo and soap in shower. No shelf or ledge. Also TV remote didn’t work properly. Had to have staff come and reset a few times.
-
We just rolled with it- but if you are not laidback- this is might not be for you.
-
If you in the hotel business, invest in a freaking carpet shampooed, or call in the professionals! This happened the day before we were scheduled to leave, or I never would have allowed my family to stay here!

So dont expect dishes to come with the kitchenette. You can tell they are trying to clean up the place but still lots of work. Also you cannot take breakfast back to your room unless you want a $20 feet? Not sure I understand this rule. Pool was nice.

The room was clean, but the bed had a big dip in it, and the other bed was very uncomfortable. There was only waffles for breakfast, my husband hates them, so that cost us breakfast somewhere else. When we talked to the front desk, she did nothing and mumbled something under her breath.

It was right off of Major road. Great stay. Enjoy the company.. we'll definitely use again
