Clean room, fresh linens, A/C was noisier than need be and bathroom needs more ventilation… not bad for the price

No where to put shampoo and soap in shower. No shelf or ledge. Also TV remote didn’t work properly. Had to have staff come and reset a few times.

We just rolled with it- but if you are not laidback- this is might not be for you.

If you in the hotel business, invest in a freaking carpet shampooed, or call in the professionals! This happened the day before we were scheduled to leave, or I never would have allowed my family to stay here!

So dont expect dishes to come with the kitchenette. You can tell they are trying to clean up the place but still lots of work. Also you cannot take breakfast back to your room unless you want a $20 feet? Not sure I understand this rule. Pool was nice.

The room was clean, but the bed had a big dip in it, and the other bed was very uncomfortable. There was only waffles for breakfast, my husband hates them, so that cost us breakfast somewhere else. When we talked to the front desk, she did nothing and mumbled something under her breath.

It was right off of Major road. Great stay. Enjoy the company.. we'll definitely use again

Dirty rooms and broken furniture. Free breakfast including white bread , bagels , and cereal. If you wanted to take it outside to eat there was a $20 dollar fee .

Went down for breakfast and came back to the room and the key cards stopped working. Went down to the desk to get the key cards reactivated and the one person on staff that was working was cleaning the pool. Had to wait like 10 minutes

Not bad, what I expected for the price.

Staff - The man who checked me in was cordial and responsive. The woman who took care of the breakfast bar was cordial and helped with a smile. At check out the young woman was rude, refused to identify herself and refused to give a receipt. She was rude to several of the clients in our group checking out on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

Stay was overall okay, however, if you live within a 60 mile radius they try to charge you an extra $100 for your stay. The breakfast selection was also select cards. No bacon, eggs, sausage, anything. The main thing that got to me though was the extra $100 up front. If I wanted to spend $335 on a hotel room for a weekend I would've booked a MUCH nicer hotel.

Nothing Dirty/ mold and the carpet felt wet

Needs to be maintained better. No elevator - so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs after a long travel day. Good price, but wouldn’t stay again

AC didn't work properly. TV remote didn't work properl. Free breakfast was all empty carbs, juice, and coffee. No protein and no fruit. Would not stay here again, and very disappointed that hotels.com is even offering this property on its site.

Very clean, comfortable rooms.

It was a horrible stay they scammed me out of my money and the appliances didn't even work... TV remote didn't work ... sink was messed up .... microwave didn't work ..... stove top didn't work .... and on top of that they took $50 from me!! Most terrible experience in my life i would not recommend to anyone that was supposed to be a great time for my wife's birthday celebration instead they made it hell , they get a 5 star for that ...And i got the protection plan and most of the things in our room didn't work!

This experience was bad. The property has been remodeled, but the rooms smell musky and like mildew. Will never stay at this property again. Stay away if you are even considering this place for a stay.
