There was mold in the bathroom So the person gave us another room, which also had mold. So we could not stay The girl was not helpful after that said manager would be there the next day! We left and found different hotel! My husband and I are allergic to Mold and I had a procedure at the hospital in the morning, so after procedure we called asked for the manger, and he never called us back!! I want my money back since we had to leave, because of mold!

The bed was comfortable and the area was close to everything There were drug deals happening all around the facility. The rooms smelled terrible. I complained in the messenger exchange about the rooms and the smell and not once did I get a response from staff. We went through an entire bottle of room spray and still it was bar. Room 115 had blood on the AC unit. Room 113 had flies and the toilet didn’t flush properly.

Staff was magnificent, cleaning crew was as well, enjoyed staying there

Very poor condition property for the area. Don’t get fooled. Run from this one.

Location It was dirty, smelled, and I was made to feel uncomfortable.

Budget friendly. No coffee pot, carpet is disgustingly dirty. there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The whole family came home with sinus, respiratory issues. Would not recommend until they get the mold under control.

The room had no pillows and the bathroom support bars in the bathtub came off in hand. Very uncomfortable bed with feeling of lumps and spring feeling.

Worst mattress ever. Bodies left craters in it that were difficult to roll out of. Toilet was not secured to the wall. Loud clunk when sitting on it. Woke others. Felt unstable

Don’t try to grab a bite on the go they are quite aggressive about not taking any food from breakfast outside the lobby.

They have an ATM next to the check in counter that has a $2 fee. On top of that, we opened the mini fridge and a cockroach was in it. This hotel is not in a good location as well, with homeless people and heavy traffic. We will not be staying here again, but at least the lady working was extremely nice and understanding of my frustrations. There are better value hotels around, look at those instead.
