Beds were very clean, the whole place smelled clean too. Very quiet, it was enjoyable.

Mediocre at best I’d say. Not the cleanest hotels. In the hall going to the main lobby was a horribly foul odor that we smelled all the days we were there. The thermostat knob in fridge was broken and front desk said it’d have to wait til tomorrow yet tomorrow never came. The bed and pillows were horrible, so much so we found another hotel for the duration of our stay and left on day 2.

The property was clean, the supposed continental breakfast was hilarious and I was informed when checking in that I had to leave a $50 deposit just in case anything happen and they would get it back to me within two weeks. (still waiting )Would’ve liked to have known that just because I could’ve gone to a better hotel that’s a sign

The hotel looks nice from the inside and out, and the rooms are very clean. However, the rooms, at least the one I stayed in had a TV that had to be unplugged to turn off and it had no volume control, so it was just loud. Due to the volume, I had to unplug it after a few minutes, so in essence, I had no TV. Also, the hairdryer in my bathroom did not work, making me have to leave with wet hair.

Vending machine took my money. Staff could not refund me. Breakfast was cold and stale

Clean room if staying for a short period. There really isn't a breakfast unless your a cereal person, but there is a Waffle House in walking distance. Great for a one night stay, just as a place to sleep short term.

Facilities and room very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable, quiet. Shower hot and pressure good. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Close to meeting venue. WiFi worked well for work done from room before meeting. Front desk staff friendly No coffee maker in room. Room on second floor and no elevator. Would be difficult for someone with mobility issues accessing stairs. Very small cups for coffee with breakfast esp with taking back to room. Would suggest bringing your own cup.

I've stayed in motels through 5-star resorts. My reviews are based on the class of hotel I'm staying at, on its own merits. My rating is a 3 star review based on other comparable, mid-range hotels. First impressions upon arrival is, the building and property looked pretty charming. Staff are attentive but you may have to wait several moments at the front desk. They did have great hospitality and, I was able to check-in early as a very generous courtesy. I passed on the breakfast based on other reviews so I can't review that. I may have missed it, but I didn't see an elevator, no big deal. The lobby staircase is aged, in a good way, and I enjoyed getting my steps in on it. If there was an elevator, I would have still used that staircase. The King Suite was not what I expected based on the online photos, and, let's just say I'm glad I brought my sanitizing wipes. Pretty basic room, wall unit ac, firm mattress. The room has been neglected in the cleaning department. Stains on walls, ceiling, lamp shades and the chair, sticky remote. The chair was disgustingly putrid with stains. Peeling paint in bathroom, rusty fixtures, missing paint on door jams. (I have photos). Seeing lack of cleaning on the highly visible obvious filth, made we question how any cleaning went. No barefoot for me. Bedding was however very clean, excellent pillows as were the towels. Very basic toiletries. Review based accordingly.
