The lobby was clean and offered good amenities. The room itself was clean and I did not experience any issues!

Wait, they advertised a non-smoking room, it smelled HEAVILY like smoke, a guest with asthma had to leave, and they still kept the money? Worst experience ever don’t let the pictures fool you or the entrance pictures where you check in. Beyond that it was disgusting. I would think twice before booking here. If I could give zero stars, I would. The room was advertised as non-smoking but absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. My daughter has asthma, so we had no choice but to leave immediately. I understand the property has a no-refund policy, but this wasn’t a change of plans or preference. We could not stay for health reasons. The walkway also smelled like cat urine, people were outside smoking and coughing, and the property felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Therefore another room at this establishment was out of the question. I contacted Expedia, but the hotel still refused to refund the $60+ we paid for a room we couldn’t even use. They are a money hungry establishment that doesn’t care about anything but taking the money buyer beware!!!!

Stopped here overnight with my Labrador as we were moving cross-country. Property is conveniently right off the highway, and was quiet. Safe stop for a solo female on a road trip (plus my dog was free!)

Nothing The manager was rude and we left and didn’t stay. They refused service to my service animal and when I told him it was illegal. He stated that no it doesn’t matter. He also told us it would be 100$ deposit when booking said it was 40. We booked a handicapped room he stated that they don’t have handicap rooms

They accommodated challenged people. The desk attendant was fluent in English. However, the staff could not communicate well.

Hassan the check in clerk was the best part of my stay. He's very kind and pleasantly a good human being. He talked to me like a Human not a Customer and that meant more to me than anything. The bed was comfortable but walls and floor dirty and shower stall needs repair. Tub and Toilet are badly affected with mold. Floor in bathroom smelled like urine. I bought cleaner with me so I cleaned and disconnected it myself along with the tub and toilet. Could be a better maintained property but people that have or had a hard life life or hang there makes it not a welcome back for me. AC was noisy but I slept with headphones on all night. I don't complain much so I didn't bother anyone as long as the bed and TV were ok.

It was right off the highway, near many places to eat, close to stores, and had new washers and dryers. The staff was excellent. While the room was clean the bathroom shower needed to have the issue of water coming out onto the floor while running addressed.
