Overall nice stay and I would stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was great it could have been better could’ve had scrambled eggs sausage biscuits would have been better

Our room was large and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. We will stay here again when traveling to Florida.

Property was clean and the room was comfortable Shower in my room didn’t work properly. The water was hot or cold not in between.

We stayed at three hotels on this street due to a ball tournament and this was by far the best one! Clean, updated and friendly staff.

It appeared newer. It was clean and quiet.

Stayed there for indoor pool listed on hotels.com website. It was closed. This hotel was remodeled which was fine but obviously went with the cheapest contractors. Poor tile work. Bad Caulking. The tub flexed when using the shower. Paint on the trim. Staff was nice. The pool being closed was a huge negative. I would have just saved my money and stayed somewhere else.

Quick and easy to get into

The staff was friendly but the desk seemed to be unattended. They did assist when you needed extra coffee and etc. The noise of the construction. Not just a little construction it’s was a major renovation. I did not realize this when booked and I paid full price for the room.

Very clean and friendly staff. Mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but was okay for a 2 day stay.

It was convenient to where we needed to be. Sheets and pillowcases were stained and dirty looking. Fourth floor under construction so noise beginning at 7-7:30 am, even on Sunday! No ice machines or vending machines available. Had to use the facility across/ next door for breakfast.

Breakfast was served next door in another hotel Room wasn't ready at 3 pm and staff wasn't friendly about it when I pressed the issue I was given a king suite instead of 2 queens even though my reservation said 2 adults and 2 kids and a queen room. Then I was told there weren't any other rooms to switch me to and staff didn't seem to care about the mistake.

Nothing Had to ask for enough towels .Had to go to another facilitie to get breakfast for the children . Wasnt explained about the security deposit until showed up on my bank. When asked was told it was booking .com fault. Then next hotel explained it to us

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The phone in the room was broken. No wash rags in the room. We were not told in advance that hotel was undergoing a renovation. No signage to identify the hotel. The breakfast was not available on house. We had to go next door to the Holiday Inn Express for a very minimal breakfast. Very disappointing.

Staff was friendly Only one set of towels in the room and not wash cloths. Tried to call down to the front desk and the phone didn't work (I believe this is against the law to not have a working phone in a hotel room). Went down to get more towels and only received one wash cloth along with the bath towels. Sink didn't drain well as it took a couple of minutes for the water to completely drain. Plug on the desk lamp didn't work. No ready available plugs on the center stand between the two beds (had to unplug the lamp). One of the key cards didn't work. Breakfast was next door at the "sister property" and had to walk in the rain to eat and then return to the hotel.

Refrigerator was broken in the room and they already knew about it and ice machine was broken

Really liked the location. Close to all major stores and restaurants. Although it’s still under renovation, the rooms seemed like we walked back into time. Outdated everything. Floors were not vacuumed and crumbs and stains were on the couches and bed. The towels were also stained. The pictures online did not seem like the same place.
