The non-smoking rooms definitely smelled like people had previously smoked in them and unsuccessfully tried to cover it up.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was hard. Did not sleep.

Very clean rooms and nice host

Chose to stay here because it had pretty good reviews and we really needed a place to sleep. The room was awful as far as cleaning goes. We could care less if it's brand new, but the lack of cleaning was disturbing. Couch filthy with stains, who knows what on the dust ruffles, dust, dirt (whatever else) everywhere on the carpets. We slept here and didn't say a word to staff cause what would they have done. Here's just a few pictures. Again, something being brand newly renovated isn't what we care about, but lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. Please do better. It can't be that hard to at least, bare minimum, vacuum the carpets and wash dust ruffles.

Would make the suggestion that work really needs to to done on the breakfast being offered and prep and care needs to be taken on what is actually being served.

This was depressing! Depressing room, old, moldy, fruit flies, stinks like Pot, stinks like they are trying to cover something up. Breakfast was a no go. They had a waffle machine and buscuits and gravy, the gravy was milk in a crock pot.

Walls are paper thin could not get good sleep due to couple next to us in other room talking very loud. Bed was uncomfortable was very firm. Normally would not complain about a hotel breakfast but waffles tasted spoiled and were inedible. Just needed a place to stay on our way back from Florida and will never be staying again.
