Decent, big room....nice comfortable bed and pillows. Nice sheets! No bugs! Great price

If you need a cheap room with bugs...it's pretty decent for the price

Clean room. Comfortable

Door did not lock and there was no dead bolt. Shower did not work. Lots of ants. Seemed to be a lot of people who lived in the hotel by the month. Good location and staff did let me check out a few hours later without paying any extra money.

Property and room need to deep cleaned. Bed was very comfortable but discovered one pillow case that had a strong perfume scent on it. Overall, I got what I paid for

Clean room. Our TV remote would only turn on and off the TV on the first night, but sometimes worked the second night - not a huge deal as we weren’t there to watch TV. The shower had great pressure, but the temperature controls were labeled or installed incorrectly because the shower temp was very cold with the handle turned to the H and very hot when turned to the C. Once we figured out the temps were switched, the shower was fine. Also don’t put key card close to any electric device (phone, vape, charging port) or it will reactivate it. Ideally would like to know that upon check-in, but staff was helpful and did pass that info along when my key stopped working. Would definitely stay again. Good for price and location.

Clean stay ..

We reserved a room for Bonnaroo and ended up pleasantly surprised! The rooms were newly renovated and smelled lovely. The patrons were friendly and so was the staff. Other than ants and some spiders in the room everything was perfect. We stay in Murfreesboro every year and this was one of the cheapest options! Will definitely be making this out Roo motel every year!

We were in town for a high school graduation and wanted a place to close to both, the graduation location and our family that live in Murfreesboro. We will definitely be back when visiting in the future.

Room was acceptable although wifi was very laggy, floors were dirty and parking was extremely cramped later in the evening.

The motel was clean and the rooms were spacious. It was definitely a good deal and we’ll return in the future.

The room needed to be cleaned better there were stains on the comforters. The floor in front of the bathroom vanity was sticky. I wish there had been a coffee pot in the room. But for the price, it was a nice bed to sleep in.

Dirty. Found a rat trap under the bed. The mattress was lumpy. The curtain looked like an old flag from a middle eastern country. No elevator. I had to haul everything up a rusty metal stair case
