It was good because we booked somewhere else and that hotel cancled our reservation. So The Hilton was good and very convenient for a last minute on the spot booking. The only thing I have to give notice to future bookers is, The Elevator system, prepare to wait for long periods especially when people are checking out, the elevators get packed really fast. And also prepare to pay a $25 a day Valet or $15 a day parking, with a long walk. The Valet is very convenient, but sometimes wait times can be up to 20 minutes. Other than that, it was a great and comfortable stay.

Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Balcony was great. Great location. Only disappointment was that it’s an oceanfront hotel, and they don’t provide any beach-related amenities. Hotel beach towels are supposed to be used only in the pool area (which is in a tight and stuffy space), even though the property is right on the beach. They also don’t provide beach chairs or umbrellas for their guests, which doesn’t make sense for a beach resort.

The Staff was great!!!!! David at the front desk was great and nice all the staffs. The breakfast was ok over all rooms was nice beach walk was perfect ..Will stay again A++++ Valet was a little pricey but its ok I guess.

Location Staff wasnt friendly, room was overpriced , elevator waits were extremly long I took the stairs my entire stay & that was inconvienent especially carrying bags , pool slides out of order , breakfast waits , bathroom fan/vent didnt work so when you showered it was extremly hot. There were out of towels so I had to purchase my own outaide of hotel. Had to pay for a lounge chair on the beach when my room was already extremly overpriced.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and attractions. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We look forward to coming back on our next trip!

The room was clean and had a perfect view of the beach. The staff were polite and helpful. I loved being able to communicate via text. We asked for an accessible room (intentionally) Our shower was wheel chair accessible ( not a problem) but the design did make the entire bathroom floor dangerously slippery.

Needed more staff at the bar/restaurant the staff was always behind and looked rushed and panicky and we waited a long time for our food and the kitchen staff dropped it off at our table but pizza with no plates then our waitress came by 20 min later and said I’m sorry about no plates kind of a bummer though

Room was clean, staff was nice, but pool was dirty and my fish tacos hand hair in it, but the manager was polite and gave me something else and that was good.

Property is in excellent location close to everything but Elevators busy. I checked in Thursday and room service didn't clean room and it was past 4 pm on Sat eve.. I asked for more towels .. its 3 star hotel so service could be better.. but hotel is overall good.

The whole thing Cleaning the room one day my room has skipped and I have to call customer service to send the housekeeping

I love that it was ocean front and very clean and that you need your room key to get into the hotel after hours and to go up the elevator to your room The only thing I didn’t like was that as you pull up to unload your luggage it was a cluster jam. And it was a cluster jam also leaving out. It was a little weird going to the 3rd floor to check in and it not being on the first floor. It would be nice to have a better system in place if your checking in and you go on the elevator to the 3 floor to check in but don’t have a key card to go up on the elevator then you have to wait on somebody to let you up on the elevator. And could have had better toilet paper
