Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

The property was in a decent location, the beach was clean. The elevators in check out day can be a little hectic. The water in the shower doesn’t drain very fast while using it.

This was my first stay and I will use this hotel again.

Very clean and spacious king oceanfront room was perfect. Hotel was very accommodating and clean. Breakfast was awesome and complimentary which was a buffet for a king. Close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

The view and the access to the beach was five stars the morning. Breakfast was OK. Little bit weak cleanliness was very poor outside. Tables on the balcony had dead outside cockroaches and the tables were not cleaned to sit outside with breakfast. Hotel gym was very poor.

Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. Beds were rock hard

Exceptional

Excellent experience! The staff was so friendly. The amenities were perfect for my 3 son’s ages (baby, 3.5 and 5.5). The water park was so fun for them! The beach-view is beautiful!! Very clean rooms! Stunning boardwalk with too

Superb

The Balcony View was amazing and the Breakfast Buffet was Delicious and the Room was Clean. Highly recommend this Hotel

Great property. Had a great stay!

Location was excellent and priced great! The breakfast wasn’t the best and there were bugs on the balcony so we couldn’t sit outside at night

This is an annual location for us! Love it!

Superb

Room had roaches. Was charged for someone's else's meal and had to call to have it removed. Valet service was great!

Very nice hotel. Great location. Super clean. Blew away the Marriott that we stayed at. Will 10/10 come back in the summer time.

Close to the beach, kids had a place to have fun, most of the employees were so nice! I really didn’t like that I wasn’t told that this hotel uses a panic alerts bottom under the table for employees when I called they said they didn’t know about it! I sent a message and they said is a panic alert for their employees to be honest it’s a Bluetooth and anyone could be hearing! That and the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable the extra blanket had a yellow stop on it! I changed it the next day! And the shower the water it’s so low that it take a while to take a shower!

Exceptional

I liked the indoor water activities and the availability of staff in this area. The checkout staff was very pleasant as well as the valet. I didn't like that the room was not facing the water and all we could see was buildings and walls. The check-in staff was not pleasant at all. The employee didn't want to explain to me why she was charging my card $150.

Room was clean. Great breakfast. Easy access to the beach.

Would stay again lovely room and views
