The room was clean and the hotel had nice breakfast and nice pools. Kids are not allowed to swim in hot tub under 5 they make you get out. there was additional resort fee (15$ a day) and parking fee (27$) a day and valet parking only. so consider those factors as well as (100$ deposit) when you first arrive. The over all stay was great but wasn’t aware of all the extra fees

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was okay. When I asked about pork free breakfast meat options I was told they didn’t have any today, but I found out they did have chicken sausage earlier. It felt very much like brush off when I asked. So, when someone else in my party explained yes they did have it that annoyed me a bit. I feel almost ashamed to ask sometimes, but I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. It’s almost like there’s no consideration for that anymore. If you have three meat options for breakfast is it too much to ask that at least one be something other than pork. I asked for towels when I saw someone with towels. The young woman flatly told me no I couldn’t have any. I had to ask follow-up questions to find out how to get some more. The valet car situation was absolutely horrible. The checkin took forever and they mixed up two peoples cars with completely random other guest. $25 a night and I had them look at me like I was trying to steal my own car when I said that’s not my car. They were “nice’”about it. It wasn’t the staff on site’s fault when we returned to get the cars but man they were terrible. Cars in the road waiting to be checked in backing up traffic. People spending 30 minutes in the loading zone loading cars. It left a lot to be desired. Now those were the bad things. The good things are why I’d come back here. Yes with all that said I’d come back. The food was good. The amenities are great! Beach access, pools were nice and the kids loved it.

Breakfast was great. That’s where is stops. It was impossible to get our room cleaned. We had to tell front desk we needed our room cleaned and Was told it’s every other day. Also, why didn’t they tell us when we booked our hotel they were gonna be doing beach renourishment right outside the hotel. This is why we spent almost $4000 to have beach front. Not to walk almost a mile to find clean beach water. Very pissed off

We've been staying here for years. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, good valet services, and housekeeping needs to improve.
-
The only problem I had was having to pay to park
-

The bad: The staff esp the one whose name begins with K at front desk is miserable. Doesn’t want to be bothered. Seemed like I was pulling her teeth when mentioning anything. Not personable at all! Housecleaning is atrocious! Got there Friday left early Monday and they hadn’t done a thing. When I did request them from Front desk was assured they would help take care of the room. When housecleaner arrived she said it was too late and she didn’t have time to do anything her exact words!!! She said I could make your bed if you like—this was 2 days in on a Sunday. I said nope don’t bother. But she made it a point to give me her card and let me know where I could leave her tip!!! I said to myself for what!?!?!? I could not believe the audacity. Myrtle Beach as a whole is a dump stay away. This experience at the hotel for me only solidified my case to never come back!

I had a great stay. The wifi and TV can be better. And need free parking.

The location was great They didn't warn customers of the construction on the beach it was an eyesore and the beach water was full of debris. You had to walk a few blocks down to fully enjoy the beach . The staff doesn't pick up your trash . I had to request my trash be picked up. They don't vacuum, my daughter got stuck with a piece of glass in the hotel room on the floor the first night

I did not like that my four day stay did not include cleaning the room.

Loved the pool area and indoor water park, also breakfast buffet was amazing.

The pools and the staff were the best thing about the facility! The rooms need a bit of work. We had a room that had staples coming out of the carpet and ended up poking thru my foot when I stepped on it accidentally. The staff was kind enough to switch out rooms but the new room had the loudest air conditioning unit ever. We didn’t get much sleep that night as my 1 year old kept waking up every time the A/C came on. The bathrooms need some work. The walk in showers make the whole bathroom floor flood when someone is taking a shower even when careful. The detachable shower heads are super Wonky and make it incredibly dangerous getting out the shower cause of how slippery everything is.

Upon entering our room, we discovered a cockroach. When I immediately reported this to the front desk, I was shocked to be told that they could not move us to another room. Instead, I was informed that they would send someone to spray the room and was even told that this solution had “worked before.” As a parent traveling with two small children, I find it completely unacceptable to be expected to remain in a hotel room while harsh pest-control chemicals are being sprayed. The health and safety of my children should not be compromised because of a pest infestation. A maintenance employee later arrived and removed the visible cockroach, which appeared to be coming from an air vent. However, removing one insect does not address the obvious concern: where did it come from, and how many others are hiding behind walls, vents, or other areas of the room? The fact that one was visible suggests a larger problem. We paid a premium price expecting the quality, cleanliness, and standards associated with the Hilton brand. Instead, we were left dealing with a pest issue, an inadequate response from hotel staff, and concerns about exposing our children to chemicals simply to make the room usable. This experience significantly impacted

-
The view was great access to the beach was easy and convenient , stores and restaurants were easy access also can’t wait to go back
-
They had everything at the location: food, bar, pool and beach. The room was worn down and not as clean as expected

Location and breakfast was good Large Palmetto bugs in the room. My two daughters sleep on the sofa bed and had bite marks i think it was a result of bed bugs. The housekeeper was very rude. When she came to clean she was upset we were still in the room and proceeded to sweep the bathroom while I was still in there. Sweeping sand and dirt all over my feet and legs. Very unprofessional.
