We loved the beach view and the amount of space/ beds in the suite. We also thought the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room + furniture is a bit outdated and can definitely use renovations. There were tons of biting flies by the pool area and also couldn't sit on the balcony without bugs everywhere.

The room was dirty ceiling paint was peeling off the bathroom door was coming apart hair in the bathroom where it wasn't cleaned well

Awesome staff,very helpful and nice. Hotel rooms are very affordable and had a great view of the ocean and on the boardwalk. We can't find a better hotel then holiday sands north!

Nice Budget friendly hotel. Staff was friendly and excellent 5 stars to the crew. Building could have been a little cleaner but was not nasty. I would recommend this to my friends and family and I will stay again myself soon.

Location very close to the beach, all attractions, The sunrises, and walks in the evenings on the boardwalk we had beautiful weather. Nothing it was an beautiful and relaxing getaway for my birthday

Our stay was disappointing, so we checked out a day early. No questions from staff on why we were leaving, No make up day dates or refund. The hot tub was nasty, water was brown. The pool water was clear.

I can't pick what we liked most!! It met our needs! Great parking, easy access, really nice desk people, we got to check in early that day. as soon as we saw the room we loved it!! So clean, beautiful King bed, clean bathroom, lots of towels, and best of all...large coffee pot!! Not those little one cups kinds!! Clean balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. Between two piers, walk area,4th ave entrance, lounge chairs, pool hot tub, all clean!!! Uuummmm...... I got nothing to complain about!
