The room was a perfect location to the beach. We watched Fireworks from the Pier right off our balcony. The room came with stove, fridge, pots and pans. For the price I couldn’t beat it! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again!

Staff are good everything else is below average.

Clean room, friendly staff, and good location We were unaware that beach renourishing project was being done right at this location. While I understand that the hotel cannot control that, it would have been nice to be made aware of it when we checked in.

This property is an older building and is dated but well maintained and very clean with an excellent view of the boardwalk and ocean. The staff are the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in over the years and we’ve stayed at a lot. Parking is free and there are plenty of spots but you may have to walk a bit if lots 1 and 2 are full. Holiday Sands is a great value and we will definitely come back.

Pools are super dingy. Over crowded as well, sucks having to walk to a whole other hotel just to swim outside pool.

Was so disappointed!! Me and my sister booked an ocean view room. We could not even get to the beach because of work being done in front of the hotel. We could not walk the half mile to get on the beach! We should have been told before hand before we reserved our room.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The view was beautiful. The hotel & room were both very old & in dire need of repairs & upgrades. It looks very rundown & not at all what we were expecting. We actually didn't stay. We stayed long enough to cancel our booking & find a new one. The staff was very kind & understanding. It felt dark, dank, & musty. The whole place needs to be upgraded & outfitted with modern fixtures etc.

The location was great. There was construction going on on the beach that I did not know about but other than that it was perfect. Beach construction that i didn't know about.

Location was good Manager and staff were rude. Bugs all over room. Dead palmetto found under a pillow. We asked for a new one and they claimed they didn’t have anymore.

It was on the beach and also things to do within walking distance. I love that I did not have to get in my car really for nothing. N/a

Everyone was nice and friendly. The building is very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Overall, wonderful place to stay at. I wouldn’t call it to dislike, but I wish the beds were a little more comfortable.

The place was not clean! Pools had rough cracks on the bottom that if not careful could cut your feet! Beds were cots with a piece of foam on them I woke up with back pain every morning we ended up leaving a day early because of the horrible experience I truly regret wasting money on this place!!

However I enjoyed my stay it wasn’t too pricy and I was right by the beach and about 15 mins walk from the actual board walk which was perfect. I partied almost every night. Thinking about coming back next month for my son’s birthday. I don’t think the rooms were dirty just the floors. It’s an outdated hotel but I that wasn’t a bothersome .

So close to the beach amazing and beautiful Hair on every towel floor was dirty and found a blueberry muffin on the floor and didn't use the microwave so freaking dirty

View and location was amazing. Pool, hot tub, and pizza spot in the hotel was also great. The staff was very nice and helped anytime I asked them. I think things could have been a little cleaner. I noticed dust over the vents and on fixtures that look like they have been there awhile. Also noticed some candy wrappers behind the end tables.
