The beds and linens was clean but the furniture was falling apart. There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The stove in the kitchen was nasty and all the carpet was nasty. The balcony had carpet on it was so bad I couldn’t set outside for the nasty smell that came from it. The pools didn’t look good at all never got in one. Never will stay there again. The only reason I stayed was because the 2nd Ave pier was beside of it where my husband could fish.

Overall the property was okay, however, there were roaches in the room and they never fixed the lights over the mirror in the bathroom after making several complaints.

My son and I enjoyed our stay & was more impressed with the rooms. Just need to do an upgrade in the stoves. Also need to have someone on pool duty/cleaning the area at least 3 times a day.

It was a ok stay for the price and location. The cleaning could of been more better like detail cleaning attention. Great ocean front views. But it was cool I would stay again if it's the right is price.

Rooms and bedding were clean and all furniture was in good shape. Our kitchen was clean and supplied with basic dishes (cups, bowls, saucers/plates, fry pans and a small pot) and silverware including a can opener. They supplied dish-soap and a drying rack as well. We were on the 9th floor. The balcony was small, but more than large enough for 2 people to sit and enjoy the sunrise. You have a direct ocean view with no large structures in-between you and the ocean. The whirlpool in our bathroom had a couple of clear cigarette burn smudges, but it was immaculately clean and nothing unpleasant came out of any of the jets when used. Staff was very friendly and we had no issues getting extra towels, blankets or toiletries. Ocean is literally a 3 minute walk from the pool area/back door. We did have to use the overflow parking several times, but it is located quite close to the hotel and easy to assess.

The hotel is on the boardwalk. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops.

Stayed in the small building the house keeping their is absolutely disgusting they can do a whole lot better the floor looked someone dumped oil in the floor when we walked in called the front desk to see if they could clean they said they would make note for the housekeeper never seen no body all week long so plumb nasty

Staff were all kind and courteous. When passing the housekeeper lady a few times she always smiled and asked if we needed anything. She even gave my daughter a vending machine toy. The room was not the cleanest. The appliances are well aged. Lots of things are rusty and not well maintained. The bathroom door would not shut. There is no exhaust fan in it either. There were only a couple of receptacles in the room and one did not work at all. Lighting is terrible unless the sun comes out and the curtains are able to be pulled back. When we first arrived, the floor had puddles of water from I am guessing moisture. We tried drying it multiple times, but it was still wet. The only updated appliance in the 2000’s would be the television. We were not there for the appliances though. Parking is tight on the one side. Better on the other, but not many spots. They have overflow parking across the street. No breakfast here and nothing within walking distance so plan accordingly. Access to the beach is right out the door, so can’t complain there. Easy walking distances to the pier and the Boardwalk. All in all, if you just need a head to lay on and don’t want to overpay for a nice beachfront hotel, this place would be fine. Just don’t expect to use appliances unless other rooms were better than ours.

The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in ages; they had someone else's hair on them. The room hadn't been swept, and the furniture was filthy.

The check in process was very easy. The 2 people at the front desk answered all of our questions and more ! The room were clean , anytime we needed more towels or clean anything they were provided. The view from the hotel to the beach was breathtaking taking. I Recommend!

Pleasant

The location for this property was in a decent location on the boardwalk and beach. The property itself was very run down and needs work. Our initial room was in bad shape with multiple issues. Since we were booked for 3 nights, Mitzi at the front desk was very helpful and managed to move us to an upgraded room for the 2nd and 3rd nights.

Clean I like because I got fridge and stove I can cook and we got plates and silverware My card key doesn’t work properly and parking space is not enough is limited and I have to park far away from hotel

Great location and friendly cleaning staff Lack of maintenance! The toilet was not bolted down and let sewer gasses in the room. The bathroom had a plunger in it that needed to be used. Half of the room lights did not work. Front desk basically ignored my complaint saying we booked on Booking.com and all issues need to be addressed through them. The front desk did not make a note of the complaint making later resolution with the manager difficult and ultimately unsatisfactory.

The room was dirty when I got there so I had to clean it. But the staff and the pool and hot tub were amazing! It's definitely worth the price.

The price was affordable and it was in a great location. It's a little dated and there were some minor repairs that needed to be taken care of when we arrived and they were promptly attended to. The views from the balcony made up for everything.
