Bermuda Sands on the Boardwalk

Check in is way to late. Rooms looked better on internet than they were. I had 2 rooms 1 had no ice buckets & 1 had no ashtray so we traded this item. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels etc. 4 in one room needs clean towels everyday. Ice conditioner leaked in 1 room and refrigerator leaked in the other. Said 2 pools & 1 kid pool, all were kid pools. Advertisement is completely different than the rooms.

No elevator would be nice to know. We came at 3:30p nope check in at 4p ,returned took 40 minutes to get the room cause everyone was lazy and going home.

It was noise all night the rooms wasn’t cleaned that good

Bathroom door in the room looked like a dog had been chewing on it, booked efficiency room it had a mini fridge and no sink, late letting us check in then the room was still not ready, no sheets were placed on the beds had to go request sheets. I’ve stayed here multiple times in past this time was not great. Made the best of it and enjoyed my vacation

The room was clean the rug in the room really did need a good vacuuming and cleaning. Staff were friendly and courteous with clients. The beach view was not exactly what I wanted because they was machines on the beach and I think they should’ve offered a deductible for the room since you couldn’t get to the beach because the cruise down there were working rebuilding the beach. This is family, friendly with kids not so much couples or seniors the hotel was loud at night.

Just wish the hottub and pool was open later

I didn’t get checked into my room until 4:20pm when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00am. There was no where to sit or park to wait for a room. There was 20 people jammed into the little lobby to check in at the same time. It took over a hour to get my hotel key because of the line.

The whole atmosphere and vibes are amazing!! The view from our suite was incredible

Cheap no private beach no parking

Beach view is excellent. Close to many attractions. In seriousness need of an update. My grandkids said it looks like the 80’s. Not sure how they knew that.

Location on the beach, but as room and bed awful. The room was as small as a jail cell.

We were right on the beach walk out of room and straight on to beach. Walking to restaurants. Shower head was terrible no pressure. Staff that checked us in was more worried about facetiming then checking us in never hung up whole time. Room needs alot of tlc and upgrades, from shower head, beds, molding falling off wall. Ac was not working properly. There was a Methany that was flying high right outside hotel and OD so that was fun. And some ladies had a "swinging door" one night. So many men in and out

The room was cleaned just a little high for the price has not been updated since the '60s. Probably the main problem I had was the mattress. It was horrible

Overall stay was great! Enjoyed!
