Bermuda Sands on the Boardwalk

Elevator, beachfront location, No kitchenette, parking was up to two blocks away, hard to unload and reload vehicle.

Everything, in the beach, great pool, walking distance from other places Parking, I ended up with a parking ticket

There was bo breakfast available. I was a smoking hotel and nowhere mentioned that it is. All the furniture were broken, including microwave. The bedsheets were worn out and carpets were stained everywhere

Our experience at this property was awful from start to finish. After traveling all day with three children, we arrived expecting to check in, only to be told that our reservation had been cancelled. No one had contacted us beforehand, and my card works perfectly fine. We were told the card had been declined and they were fully booked. There was never a declined transaction showing on my end and I received no communication that there was an issue with the reservation. We were essentially stranded with three kids after traveling all day, and the staff at reception was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when we tried to figure out what had happened. While we were there, we also witnessed three other people arrive whose reservations had apparently been cancelled as well. That made it seem like this was not an isolated incident. The property itself was also disappointing. Parking was extremely difficult to find, and the property was not clean. We even heard another guest asking for a refund because there were holes in the wall in their room. The combination of poor communication, cancelled reservations, rude customer service, cleanliness issues, and parking problems made this one of the worst lodging experiences we have ever had. I would strongly recommend confirming your reservation directly with the property before traveling, because apparently having a reservation is no guarantee that you will actually have a room when yo

It’s nice for the price and to have ocean view, but we had to go get our own towels, toilet paper etc daily and no service to clean your room. I borrowed the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the room myself.

My daughter loved the pools Got a ocean view with balcony but was on first floor and couldn’t see anything.

Location and price. The maids were very very nice. And the morning staff were super friendly. Waiter stains from the walls, and it smelled horrible of cigarettes. All rooms are smoking, had to switch rooms due to how bad the smell was as if it was hot boxed with cigarette smoke. And the second room was better but still smelled. Won’t be staying here again.

Found bugs in the room, pool was not clean. Staff was slow. Parking was awful.

Right on beach. Close to everything. Parking was horrible. Bed had springs that poked you everytime you moved. Pillow was so flat you had to fold it and it was still horrible. Went and bought my own pillow. All pools were cold and had alot of sand in them.

The staff was really nice. Our neighbors were smoking in their rooms and children were screaming constantly late at night. This was not a normal level of children screaming.
