The room was clean. The sfaff was friendly and helpful.

View Well toilet was stopped up toilet seat falling off. Balcony door was very hard to open. Ac unit not working due to stopped up dirty and nasty airfilters.. ink

Furniture (tv stand, nightstands) handles were broken and dining chairs had visible tears, it made the room look old.

This is by far a thrird rate hotel with a horrible staff. Ask for a manager who is conveniently off for the weekend. The most busiest time of the week. Will be ripping you a new one on any review platform available.

Location

This is a very good location, the balcony overlooks the beach, however, we were unable to use the balcony very often due to units around us smoking THC products, even though the property has a "strict" no smoking policy. We complained to desk staff and security about this and were basically told there was nothing they could do about it. The unit had a lot of damage and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We spoke with management about this and his response was quite rudely to tell us, good luck finding somewhere else to stay. I want to be very clear, the young lady that we encountered working the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, given the circumstances she was under, Management, not so much. The unit was not very clean, the carpet did not look vacuumed, the table and counters were sticky. We did not have the "supplies" we were supposed to have, well, I mean, we had a roll of paper towels with 3 paper towels, a set of dishes with 2 plates and a bowl and one fork. The linens, may have been clean, it was hard to tell, they were quite stained.

The rooms were not as they were pictured on the site, we came down as a family and all stayed in multiple different rooms. One of the rooms the entire kitchen ceiling was covered in black mold, one room the ac didn't work right and the room we stayed in we took cold showers the first two days until we discovered that if you turned the shower knob to cold the water was hot and vice versa, when we checked in the oven was left on and very hot, the room smell very bad of mildew, we had to ask for a broom to be able to clean as there wasn't one in the room. The carpets need replaced they were pulling up and smelled musty, the mattress on the murphy bed was disgusting. Half of the items in the kids "splash pad" were broken. The slide in the kids area is so dangerous, I went down it with my baby and it drops straight down onto the concrete and I ended up talking a hard hit to the knee and left with a nasty cut from trying to keep my baby from getting hurt from the fast landing straight to concrete.i saw multiple children with scrapped knees from the slide. The location is great the rooms need a lot of work and they are not very clean. I had to spray everything down with Lysol and clean as soon as we got checked in.

It was dirty. The bed cover was dirty. The floor was sticky. Everything is old and run down.

This is my second time staying and we were in a far worse room than the first time. I can be less picky for a oceanfront room for a little over $100/night but the tiles around the bathroom floor literally falling off the wall, mold in the shower grout, pealing sealing a from water damage…..microwave didn’t spin because the wheel was broken so food did not heat up properly, washer didn’t work unless something was pushing down on the lid, were left with less than half a roll of toilet paper for a weeks stay and had to go down to the office to get more but left trash/dirty dishes they’ll charge additional cleaning fees is a little ridiculous for all that was very inconvenient to deal with.

Just the view. Rooms were dirty, had hair in the room it was not clean then got switched to another room it was still dirty , the guest before clothes were there, bed had stains on them, bathroom had hair everywhere just like the other room. It was very disgusting gave me the ick and gave us a bad taste will not be visiting again.

Online advertising was deceiving. The furniture were old and worn down. There was a leaking vent from the ceiling in the kitchen. The coffee machine was broken. No linen was left for the pull out bed. During the duration of our stay, not once did the cleaners come by to get the trash, change sheets, or leave new towels. We had to call the front desk multiple times to get things that we needed. They are hard to get a hold of even though there is apparent 24hr line to call. I will say that they did give us a partial refund after complaining at checkout
