Not very clean Will not stay there again

Online advertising was deceiving. The furniture were old and worn down. There was a leaking vent from the ceiling in the kitchen. The coffee machine was broken. No linen was left for the pull out bed. During the duration of our stay, not once did the cleaners come by to get the trash, change sheets, or leave new towels. We had to call the front desk multiple times to get things that we needed. They are hard to get a hold of even though there is apparent 24hr line to call. I will say that they did give us a partial refund after complaining at checkout

I give this hotel a 9/10. Check in was quick and smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some furniture and equipment were a little out dated but useable. The location is good. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Family Kingdom and 10/15 minute walk to the Boardwalk.

I like staying here but they told us we had to wash our wash cloths and towels each use and the dryer wouldn’t even handle dry the stuff no housekeeper all weekend long and they change us for them cleaning the room that’s bull . But other than that I like staying there .

Gentlemen at the front desk was amazingly helpful let us check in early after a 14 hour drive. The room and view were awesome best room I’ve ever stayed at. Great vacation at Myrtle Beach thanks to Ocean One Resoort!

Room was clean and nice

The location on the beach and the ocean view are amazing, the hot tubs and pools were great, love the washer and dryer in the hotel they’re a huge convenience, balcony is also a huge plus Property needs updates: peeling paint, fridge leaked, doors stuck

Pool and outdoor facilities were clean and very enjoyable! Staff was great and elevators were fast. The room was dirty and we had to clean and sanitize when we got there. There were stains on the walls and dirty sheets on the Murphy bed. The cabinets were falling apart and there was hardly any silverware. The microwave was filthy.

I like that the property was beachfront. The property is old,the furniture was dated and damaged, the carpet in the hallway smelled, the dryer didn’t work, not to mention the television in the bedroom didn’t work.

The room was filthy. Not cleaned at all. The refrigerator was not working. The sheets were stained. There was food stuck on bedroom walls!! We did not stay at the facility. Not even one night. Oceans One Resort is a hard NOOOO!

The indoor outdoor pool and I had Ocean view. The kitchen was nice. Everything was clean. Late check in and no accommodation

The wash and dryer, jacuzzi tub and shower head was not working. The floors were not cleaned, the bathroom had mold and built up urine on the base of the toilet and the stove had caked up grease on it. What I walked into was not worth 1400 of what I was charged. I called for housekeeping 3 times when I first came and no one came. The room was terrible, if this place is going to charge that kind of money, the room should be worth that, not resemble a cheap motel. Only thing that was enjoyable was the balcony view which was cleaner than the whole room.

Dirty

The view and space in the apartment suite Furniture needs some updating and through out the building but nothing too bad in my opinion.

I liked that the property was on the beach and it had a balcony. I did not like the old decor. And if you turned the air off the room was sweating. Paint was peeling and carpet was super old.

Cleanliness, beach accessibility, close to attractions Nothing

Everything went well with the visit. My Family had a great time and space was adequate! The facilities were clean and nice. The location was perfect for our stay and the staff were freindly. The King Bed was a bit hard; I left you a baking pan and broom. The vacuum did not seem to pick up much. You have no Air filter in place. The one on someone previously removed from the unit was completely covered in debris and sitting on the floor of the closet. The air temperature was sufficient. Just thought you should know. You also need an inventory of silverware. You only had two forks.

The beach view, and the water pressure . Mold all over the ceilings, all over the tub, all around the leaking air vents. extremely dirty to the point I had to go purchase bleach spray and clean myself. It was obvious they did not clean anything. We pulled down the murphy bed and it was freshly slept in. Covered in hair, pillow had visible makeup on it. We couldn’t even bare to cook and eat in that kitchen so more money spent. The hot tubs work when they want to, the pools need cleaned out pretty bad. Lazy river floats need inflated. The luggage carts are a fight to move. Banana peels found sitting on the plant on our deck area. The office building was always closed. I didn’t get instructions on what was needed done at the time of checkout. The beds were noisy, and so worn down and uncomfortable. I have many more photos but can’t upload them. Dishes were horrible, microwave filthy, bathroom filthy, vents and doors completely caked in dust, bathtub broken. Mattresses had mold on them!!!!
