Oceans One Resort

The wash and dryer, jacuzzi tub and shower head was not working. The floors were not cleaned, the bathroom had mold and built up urine on the base of the toilet and the stove had caked up grease on it. What I walked into was not worth 1400 of what I was charged. I called for housekeeping 3 times when I first came and no one came. The room was terrible, if this place is going to charge that kind of money, the room should be worth that, not resemble a cheap motel. Only thing that was enjoyable was the balcony view which was cleaner than the whole room.

We ended up having to cancel our reservation with this property after getting the code to go into our room. Upon walking into our two bedroom, two bath condo, we noticed immediate ripped furniture, crumbs on the coffee table, and actual dirt spots on the walls. I was very unhappy with the room and refused to spend this much money this room for my vacation. The desk clerk was considerate and understanding and did not give me a problem with my refund. The building on the outside looks clean, however, when going inside, even starting in the hallways, you can tell that major maintenance and cleaning is needed.

The room was disgusting I had to buy Lysol wipes to clean before we could get comfortable and start enjoying ourselves. We arrived early 10am and had to wait all day to wait for our room because it was being cleaned but was still dirty and dusty.

The best part of the facility is the pool area, location on the beach and distance to attractions. Parking is also across the street.

My family and I stayed there for almost a week. When we walked into the room the air smelt stagnant. My husband checked the air filter and the filter was put in August 8, 2025 which made the room have poor air quality as well. The room with the two beds in it our children stayed in the bed closer to the opposite side of the room our daughter cut her leg on due to the metal bed frame being broken and sticking out and their tv was broken. Their bathroom was okay. The master bedroom was in good shape besides the closet door handles being broken and the door handles to the bedroom being broken as well. That bathroom was okay as well. Now on to the kitchen oh boy the kitchen: the dish washer sucks we had to wash the same load almost 3 times to get silverware cleaned. The freezer worked but it was leaking down into refrigerator and the ice maker didn’t work as well. The refrigerator top shelf was full of water! We put a towel up there and in 2 hours it was completely soaked. When you pulled out the bottom draw water came flowing out from underneath like crazy. Their was two coffee pots in the room and none of them worked. The ceiling had bad paint coming from it. The sprinkler heads are way to far gone! To were if a fire broke out we would be screwed. ( Husband works for a fire protection company. ) The pulled out sofa wasn’t in good of a shape as well looked like it has been in there for 5 years. The t.v entertainment center was so dusty. One of the dinning room chairs was broken.

I feel as tho they should have showed concern. And even offered us a different room since there were so many issues with our current room. Very poor customer service skills.

We had 5 people and were expecting the Murphy bed to be used however they don't supply sheets plus the Murphy bed had mold on it (dont book if you have more than 4 people). One chose to sleep on the couch instead The beds were OK comfort wise but didnt feel rested sleeping. The pillows weren't the best though. The coffee and dinner tables were sticky and needed a good cleaning before we could actually use them. The washing machine left a blue residue on our clothes and had to run a second wash to clean it off. The tub had hair and was dirty By the end of our stay the room was cleaner when we left it than it was recieved Now that the bads have been laid out, here are the pluses The view from the balcony was great on the 10th floor to the ocean. Being on the beach it was nice and the pool and lazy river was well used. It was a 10 minute walk to the start of the boardwalk and another 15 minutes before you get to the main part of the boardwalk. Not a huge issue as we enjoyed our walks. If your not into walking this location may not be for you. I rate this at a 2.5 stars but pushed it to 3 due to the limit

The room 1007 was in bad shape !!

Beautiful 180 degree view of the ocean. Friendly staff. Condo was moderate on the clean. It is dated. But the stove and oven worked. Oven dial needs replaced to see the degrees which would be an easy fix. Kitchen outlet didn’t work just needs reset. Air conditioner worked great! W/dryer great. Bring own dish towel. Forks and plates. As these are limited. Supplied with toilet paper and trash bags which was good. Trash bin in same floor. No ice machine so bring ice. Pools were great. Hot tub hot. Small lazy river. Tubes limited. My only real complaint was instead of two beds per room as indicated we had 1 king size bed and the other room had two queens. We were to have 8 people. One didn’t come so 2 adults and a child slept in the king. Beds comfortable. Plenty of pillows. No extra blankets. Plenty of towel and wash powder tabs provide but bring extra. Some amenities shampoo and soap supplied Beach access great. Do have to manage less busy times to use elevators or you will be waiting. Parking convenient but is across the street

Hands-down, the nastiest worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The room need to be renovation, the entire room.

I have stayed at Oceans One 1 time every year. It has always been 4 stars. This trip I give it a 1 star. The mattress was hard or wore out. No water pressure in the sink. Washer and dryer didn’t work towels had a lot of lent. When we checked in, there was a stack of dirty towels in the bathroom floor. They were supposed to bring us clean towels and we received a stack of hand towels.

Staff was very helpful room wasn’t very cleaned other guest from previous stay things were still there wasn’t any dish soap or wash clothes but they wanted dishes cleaned

No electric for two days, room wasn’t cleaned at all during stay.

The refrigerator wasn’t working. All the appliances was taped up. They don’t supply anything unless it was already in the room while checking in. You have to wash your towels and rags but they didn’t supply the detergent. Housekeeping was nowhere to be found. Wouldn’t recommend, could probably find something better.

I didn’t like nothing about this particular hotel they put me on the highest floor claiming no more rooms was available. Room was awful mold on the walls seen no cleaning staff.
