Todo todo cumple mis expectativas ya son 6 veces que me hospedo ahí mismo y lo seguiré haciendo primero Dios .

Just the air conditioner wasn't working at the living room but instead of that was great 👍

This is too old and everything is broken

The room was pretty clean I’d recommend bringing house slippers to switch out of day shoes the room we got was on the curve of the building but we were still able to see the beach the staff was a little frustrating the lady who was walking the floor kept rushing us out the door knocking and calling and it wasn’t even 12

I was not cleaning the hotel air-conditioning was bad and the hotel has mould thank you.

Beach view was amazing but kitchen stuff needs to be updated a lot of missing cooking tools and oven is not functioning the cleaner everyday is very helpful

I loved everything about this property I didn’t have any problems my room was great the staff was friendly and helpful

Balcony was ok

Staff were great. Loved the beach view. Elevators, pool area, balcony’s and outside area need to be cleaned better. Walls in the rooms need to be patched up and painted and hallways need to be cleaned throughout the day. Beds were squeaky but not too bad.

Great Beach view! Room wasn’t that great. First and last time visiting this hotel.

Dirty. No paper towels. Cockroaches. No cold water. Overpriced for what you get. Beach was all dirty and pipes on it.

Room was not clean. Fridge broken. Prostitutes walking the halls. Pools standing room only. Pictures misleading.

We have enjoyed our oceanfront suite. It was a beautiful view for the price, love the pools, hot tub and how convenient it is to get to the beach . Beds are comfortable, only issues really is the signal for the phones aren’t the greatest in the rooms and the cabinet in the bathroom had hair in it from someone else. The housekeeping is great & overall we really enjoyed the stay. Will be back 😊

There were plenty of chairs around pools and the one grill onsite was nice, but had huge lines to use it.

Also no restaurant or bar not even outside but close to many. Room was clean but dated needs upgrade. Cleaning ladies were very nice and were always cleaning.

I wasnt pleased with my visit at all due to roaches in our room. The rooms were clean but at night, they were in the kitchen area and slowly came into the bedroom. Was very disappointed by that especially all the money that was spent for my birthday vacation. Im not sure if that is a problem there or the people that rented the room before us. At check out they were disappointed to hear of that and came to a solution and thanked me for my stay. I honestly think it was just that room but still disappointed.

This was our 5th time I think staying here and it has been great everytime.
