It was like night & day compared to the first third-party villa that we booked. The staff were so helpful making sure we had somewhere to stay after the villa scam even on a busy week! N/A

If you're planning on cooking anything make sure to bring you're own pots and pan. I always travel with mine so I was good. The smoke detector kept on going off for no reason. Only two out of three elevators work so it can take up to ten plus minutes to get one. I personally did not like the fact that familys can hold table and chairs by the pool all day. Other than that the location was great for the beach.

Room was spacious, comfortable beds, kitchen lacked some basic utensils ie: measuring cups/spoons, knife sharpener and scissors, pools were nice, only 2 of 3 elevators were working all week which depending on the time of day was an inconvenience, beach service outside of the hotel was superb, despite some of the inconveniences the location was great and would definitely recommend!

Dislike: needs maintenance, most items don't work (gym, hairdryer, TV, coffee machine, microwave, some of the elevators....), wifi was horrible, room service was not responsive, place needs renovations.

Since we arrived at the hotel the personnel were very friendly and kind, the view was wonderful , my kids enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. Definitely enjoyed the hospitality of sandy beach hotel and we will come back again. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay! I would warn people of the store across the street the general grocery they are scamming pricing for convenience! But We loved the condo had a few issues with the doors not locking the front door and one of the sliding doors would not lock. Maintenance was great he heard us talking about it and immediately went into action to help! Tall skinny guy with dreads wish I got his name 5 stars for him alone! The beach was great access pools and hot tubs clean! Elevators clean ac worked and they were fast!

Absolutely beautiful . Washer and dryer was an amazing feature The elevators were extremely slow and one was not even working . We were on the 19th floor . And I would prefer the lazy river outside in the sunshine

The property was too old but very clean The property is too old. My reservation was supposed to be in a renovated one but the one we stayed was old old old very old
