For what i paid, it was the worse i ever had. I paid over $200 for a room, no lights, dirty, there was a leak, The room looks like a room where the place just strore stuff. 2 double beds, no coffe machine, neither towels. I talked to the staff the same night to change me from that room, they promise if we could stay that night they could change me the next day. when the next day came, they said that they were under staff that we could stay in that room or leave because they could not do anything about. Charge me all that money for one night from hell. I did not leave the first night because it was too late and it was hard to find a hotel Saturday nigh. I do not recomend this hotel to noone.

Upon arrival wee entered a room with the tv on and lights, no big deal but I figured out its because the roaches come out in the dark!!! the Ac was not working. I turned it down and jumped in shower. The shower would not drain. It was horrible. The bed sheets had sand in them so that told me they were not cleaned properly. I went to office and they offered to switch rooms. We were sent to the firt floor with two full beds, instead of the 1 king that I wanted. The AC worked and the shower drained in this one but there was black mold on the ceiling, the mini fride didnt work and no chairs on the balcony to even enjoy sitting outside. All the staff said was to call expedia for a refund :( Very dirty inside and outside. The ice machine in the lobby area was disgusting and I feel whoever gets ice from this machine will be sick! that is how nasty it was!!! The wifi would never connect either! The pillows have been machine washed and were all clumpy so literally couldnt use the pillows at all. This place deserves negative stars if possible. I highly recommend not wasting any money here. You will be dissapointed.

Room was ok needs to be more updated. Staff was ok not to helpful since the air conditioning wasn't working. There was a lot of complaints from other people. All they kept saying cause it was so hot outside. Yes it was hot bout not hot enough not to work. Beach view was good. Parking was good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Don’t waste your money or get fooled by the pictures online. The hotel room that we had was nothing like the pictures. We paid for an oceanfront suite. The air-conditioning unit in the main room was not working well, and so it was hot in there the whole time. The curtains were dirty. The couch had stains on it. There was a light without a lampshade. It smelled like weed throughout the entire property and all of the hotel room. Our room key quit working and we had to go get a new one. There is no housekeeping. There were cracks in the ceilings and walls. The best thing about the place was the high number of television channels and the pool. We will never stay there again. We were very disappointed.

This will be my second time staying here this summer. This is an older Motel; could use some updating but for me it was very comfortable.

The room was big and clean. The hallways and elevater was terrible.Dirty..Tha view was amazing and the pool was nice....

In this case if you are looking for a deal, this place may be cheap but it is not clean, (you definitely get what you pay for) smells like smoke, there are a lot of repairs that need to be handled. Staff is rude, argumentative and irritable. I would not walk in their parking lot at night alone, felt very unsafe.

It was a nice stay that was kid friendly. The water pressure was very low for shower.

Air conditioning not working, elvertor has rotten wood and zip ties holding the tile up carpets dirty and torn up whole place smelled of marijuana in the hallway and room did not look nothing like it advertised online worst experience ever and will never go back

Nothing was right about our stay. The rooms looked like a dump and were NOT clean at all. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures they have posted online. The only reason we stayed was because they refused to give us our money back. Save yourself the headache and your money PLEASE AVOID BOOKING THESE ROOMS!

The first room that I was in I got bite but a bed bug and had to move to another room that had roaches in it. The air conditioner didn't get cold.

The pictures for this hotel must have been when it was 1st built! It's very run down with one working elevator and that one was small and rundown as well! My room phone didn't work, no ice bucket and the A/C went out but they came and fixed it! My room couch was worn down and my microwave was in Spanish! The staff was really nice and helpful and maintenance came right away. The pool and the beach area are great!
