Atlantic crest inn and suites

I seriously should have read the reviews.. this hotel was absolutely terrible and nasty. No housekeeping, no room service, no breakfast. Only one elevator available that takes FOREVER to come, and by time it does, you have a crowd of people waiting on it too. They keep the heaters on in the hallway. The staff are not friendly and barely want to help you with anything. Drunks hanging around the property. Now for the room… I stayed in 406 this past week and noticed mold in the bedroom and bathroom. Everything is rusted. Only one lamp works in the bedroom. The TV in the bed room displays only one thing and prevents you from watching. The floors are scratched up terribly. The walls are all old and need sanding. I’m telling you now, the ocean view does NOT make up for the room. I was upset the entire week because it was my son’s birthday and this completely ruined it. I hated having to go back to the hotel. There are bugs from a large gap under the door too. My son and I found the room to be so nasty, we slept on top of the bedding. This hotel needs to be shut down. DO NOT COME HERE EVEN IF YOURE ON A BUDGET.

Mold in room no one came to see about the issue. Pool had too much sand in it. Dirty elevators wet floors. Never again

Property was not anywhere as clean as pictured and looks like has not been properly maintained for a while. Broken elevator, leaks, squishy carpet, exposed wiring in rooms… Not very kid friendly whole place smells like weed. If you’re looking for a cheap spot right on the beach that’s the best thing it had going for it.

Clean room

Soon as I opened the door to my room it was hot in there as well ...not sure due to older model air conditioning....the bedroom air conditioner worked so we kept that door closed. The 2nd day it was an order in the front part of the Suite. Not sure if its because the air conditioner was pulling hot air from the balcony....the view was nice & the price was decent but im willing to pay more for an air conditioning room

This was our first vacation in 6 years. The hotel was dated but had enough space for my kids and two friends.

Won't be going back to the hotel but thanks for the stay it's not worth the the money 💯

It is immediately apparent that this is an old hotel. One that is not very well kept. It had one working elevator that made horrible noises. Housekeeping was pleasant and friendly but they only come around at the end of your visit. You are responsible for asking for clean towels and bagging your dirty linen and garbage and taking it down by the elevator to be picked up. The furniture consisting of a small couch, small table with two chairs was very shabby and worn. Our door to the balcony pulled to but did not latch at all. There was no phone in the room and two of the three outlets in the sitting room did not work. There was what looked like black mold on the ceiling in the bedroom and sitting area. A large patch of bare plaster covered a place on the sitting room wall. It was rough and unpainted. The air conditioner, two tv's and mini fridge did work. The mattress was comfortable and more importantly, bagged. Do not take the pics on Expedia at face value. They are technically correct but are like taking a selfie and using a filter.

THE HOTEL WAS DIRTY INSIDE OUT, VERY POOR CONDITIONS, HAD ROACHES!! I ADVISE YOU TO TAKE THIS HOTEL OFF YOUR SITE.. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO REPORT THEM. 1000 DOLLARS FOR A AWFUL HOTEL. THE REVIEWS HAD TO BE FAKE. I EMAILED EXPEDIA AND STILL NO RESPONSE.

It was an okay visit

Canceled my reservation after paying in full. The guy in the front was not helpful, and acted like I bothered him for asking about my 2nd night.

This place looks NOTHING like the pictures. It is nasty and dirty and everything is outdated. The elevator is on its last leg and the other elevator does not work. The tub was dirty and had mold and did not drain. I wouldn’t stay here again ever in life.

Nothing like the pictures and very false advertisement. Completely dirty structure falling apart. Would not recommend to anyone. The only thing working well was the air. Bathroom door wouldnt even shut properly and dont put anything in the mini fridge freezes everything in it.

Clean room

Very good

I liked staying here due to the view and the beds were soft and large. The staff up front were super nice but the cleaning ladies were a bit rude. Overall cheap and clean place to stay for the weekend. The property it self looks a little old and not well taken care of but it’s clean and cheap so worth the price.
