The room advertised was NOTHING like what we experienced. The door lock looked as though it had been busted through multiple times. The air conditioner was on the floor. You had to go into the other person’s bedroom to go to the bathroom. You couldn’t lock yourself in safely. The attendant told me I had the option of getting a refund, which would take 7-10 and I’d have to find someplace else to stay or wait for maintenance to fix the door. But those were my options and he didn’t have another room to put me in so there’s that. The first red flag was that the elevator had wooden floors that had holes in them. I finally just checked out. I will be requesting a full refund. When we showed him the pictures of what we were expecting the attendant was very nonchalant and said oh yeah well anyway you can get a refund or you can stay. I was totally disgusted.

Hace the place manager kick us out because we ask for clean bed sheets the went off on my wife my 9 year old daughter was there san very unrespectful manager please people do not stay there there was bedbugs in the mattres

Room key card wouldn’t work Rooms was small not like pictured not very clean half of the stuff was broke tv and shower was broke or something wrong with it dirty furniture ripped do not recommend

You can tell rooms are renovated that's what fools you....Rooms are hot/AC terrible. Seen spider and Ants in room. You get what you pay for. Pool was nice and the location of what you have around you is cool

Not what the pictures showed. Don't take this one falling apart

Overall our stay was not all that bad. We had a great view of the beech and easy straightforward access without having to go way around any obstacles to get to the beech. The property was in fair condition, but you can tell it needs a lot of work. Our ac didn’t seem to be able to keep up so it was very warm in our room even overnight when you’d think the ac would be more capable, so we just bought a fan to help supplement the ac. For the price point you would expect to have a few issues and overall I’d say what we experienced was somewhat acceptable. During our stay there were lots of people that didn’t take anyone else into consideration as they chose to blast their music off the balcony pretty much all day while others were trying to relax in the pool area. There was also quite a bit of open air drug use that could be observed as well as smelled in the air at all times of the day and night. The property is within blocks of restaurants and fairly kingdom and most of the shops on the strip are also within walking distance as well. Overall I’d give the entire experience a three star rating as nothing was a “deal breaker” but nothing stuck out as a “wow” factor either. Just a halfway decent place shower and rest your head after a day out at the beech with a fairly inexpensive price point. If you are trying to get a place to stay where cost is a factor but you don’t need all the amenities I’d say it worked fine for us so go for it, but it’s definitely NOT the Hilton!

Room was not as advertised. Very old and out dated everything. Ripped furniture and very small bathrooms. Bed was falling apart the remotes didn’t work. Told front desk about the floor staying wet and they told us to leave the air on. Air in bedroom didn’t work as well. The view was the best thing about the property. There is no room service, breakfast or housekeeping. Had to get new towels from front desk everyday and when they ran out there was some on 1st floor but the lady at the towel area had an attitude. On top of that I paid a deposit and still was charged more at checkout. Definitely won’t be back. Just don’t fall for the pictures in the ad.

Air conditioner barely kept the room cool. The mag key cards stopped working 6x requiring us to go to office to get new cards. Vending machines only accept cash.

Pictures are deceving. The room was clean buy did not feel it. I guest you get what you pay for. The staff was very helpful and the location was good.

Room was dirty

The lift smelt of urine and cannabis. The toilet and taps were coming away from the base.

I think the only thing good about this hotel is the view from the balcony. The pictures on the Internet look nothing like the rooms. They did a very good job of deceiving. The property is not well maintained. It may be "clean" but it's still a dump. The rooms are not functional. There was mold on the ceiling. A roach in the bathroom. Not enough lighting. There was no iron or ironing board,so I called the front desk and he said we have irons and I asked how am I supposed to iron clothes without an ironing board? I won't be back.

La pase super bien la piscina y la playa estubo genial. La habitacion estaba limpia y con una maravillosa vista à la playa, lo único que solo estaba 1 Elevador en uso el otro no funcionaba. Me gusto mucho pero consider Que hay algunas cosas que necesitan remodeler por ejemplo el baño. Pienso volver a visitarlos. 9/10 good 👍
