Great views

The staff were very nice and the room was clean. The bathroom sink was clogged, which was annoying. There was an active wasps nest on the window just outside the door. It didn't bother me, but it could be frightening to someone who's allergic to stings.

When my expert advice would be not to go to the polynesian, if you ever decide to go on vacation, it is the worst experience I've ever had in my life. It ruined a complete vacation for me in my life that was supposed to be in our honeymoon, but it was so bad we ended up having to get another hotel on her birthday to celebrate both her birthday and our wedding and our anniversary because it sucked so bad at that hotel. This staff is nice and everything else, but the hotel is nothing like it seems they will tell you that they have a lazy river in a hot tub and everything else. The lazy river is a pool, a kiddie pool with a shroom in it and the hot tub half works and has no bubbles and the pool. Was disgusting, so pleased to you all do not go to the polynesian you will only get bad results and your wife will cuss, you like mine did.

The staff did not help find our room Santa wild Chase got our room air-conditioning did not work. The refrigerator did not work. The room was filthy. It had roaches long black bugs with pinchers. There was no vacuum. They said the vacuum was broken. They give us a broom to sweep the carpet. We got stuck for 15 minutes on the elevator the pool and the inside pool and the hot tub was absolutely filthy was afraid for my children to swim. This was the worst place to stay at Myrtle Beach. We go to the beach and stay four times a year and I will never stay at this hotel again

The parking garage was great very clean the was very nice and on top of everything that was needed. Thank you very much.

Room on the beach! On the beach. As small and trashy as the property was, you’re on the beach! Wasn’t bad at all just don’t expect much from the property. Nor the guest. Redneck beach is fooo sure deal but the beach none the less. Aside a huge pipe on it. Won’t be going back but give been!

The staff were very nice. The bed was clean. The floors were filthy. There was one outlet for the tv, coffee maker and microwave. We had to plug and unplug the coffee maker and microwave every time we used them because there wasn’t enough outlets to keep them both plugged in. The problem was the outlet also. It was loose in the wall and moved and sparked every time you plugged or unplugged anything. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Message on the wall in the elevator to call the front desk if we needed anything. Problem was that the phone in the room didn’t have a phone line. It was useless. Had to use a code to get into the pool. Code wouldn’t work. I tried several times but could not get it opened. Another guest that was already inside the gate had to open it for me. Refrigerator worked good and the air conditioner worked good. Air conditioner was very loud. Cabinet that the refrigerator was in was old and wouldn’t stay shut, neither would the drawers in the cabinet. They provided parking was terrible. Not enough parking for all the guests. Had to walk a distance with all our luggage because there weren’t enough luggage carts. I believe I only saw 3 luggage carts. One of the carts was falling apart and has a flat tire. This place should be torn down and rebuilt. It is not safe. We left to return home early.

Parking here is scary the area isn’t the best but I guess for the price it makes sense. Its beach walkable so that was great and near the boardwalk so that was also nice. when it came to quiet hours there were people partying, smoking, and also having altercations it definitely got a bit scary after that so if you have little ones with you I wouldn’t book here just to save some money I would go spend a bit more money just to be in a safer area. It also smelled horrible just straight cigarettes and weed everywhere.

Room was clean added a additional night stay and got charged another $50 cleaning fee which i thought was robbery considering i already paid a $50 cleaning fee

Nothing we did not stay. We did not stay. We checked in and went to the room to check it out. We immediately went and told the staff we were not staying. This is more than outdated. The pictures do not match the actual look of the place. The atmosphere is also not family friendly.

The staff was awesome and walked out the door to the beach. Plus it's animal friendly. Could be cleaner and needs some updates but the pros are worth the price
