Loved everything except the emplyee didnt talk n they cud of smiled n spoke to us jus they cud doo betta

Room was not clean. Saw roaches before we left. Ceiling had peeling paint. But pool was good and location is good. For the price I guess you get what you get.

The great thing is you are in a beach front room with a beautiful view. The hotel its self is not the best but definitely not the worst its affordable the parking is a pain and it could definitely be clear that being said no bug and clean beds with helpful staff

i didn’t see any in the room, but saw several cockroaches on the balcony and in the stairways…pools were nice. indoor pool was always crowded and the smell of chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes just sitting in there. not terrible though, except being scared of roaches in the room

I enjoyed my stay need to maintain the smell and clean the rooms more better. And the parking is over crowded but I would recommend this hotel to everyone its a great place to stay on the beach front😁 thanks

Staff was excellent rooms a bit outdated but for the price was expected only issue I had was only one stove burner worked and the top level parking was hard to get in and out of but other then that it was a place to rest your head at night kids loved both pools and the hot tub but overall rooms were clean

Room needed more cleaning, shower curtain had buggers, baseboards were dirty, the outside smelled like garbage, due to the garbage container was open and inside the parking garage, overall, property needs improvement.

Every time we when out all you smelled was weed. Employees need to be out side more looking up at balconys to make people leave that's smoking weed.. online picture need to be replaced with how rooms really look like old and in need of updates.

The only complaint I have is the bathroom was peeling

We always check to make sure there aren’t any bed bugs and things are cleanly when we go out of town. We checked the beds here and on all of the bed covers there was either black mold or BED BUG residue. We looked it up on Google and it looks very similar to the pics online. We told the staff and the front desk guy laughed at my husband and told him that’s not bedbugs. They told us someone would check and we would at least get half our money back. Someone text me this morning said they were negative for bed bugs. If I could post the pics everyone reading would be grossed out! We haven’t received any money bk, not even half! We spent close to $500 and then another $500 on a new location. It took us an additional 3 hrs to find somewhere to stay. Even if this was only mildew, it’s still gross! They never even came to our room. We don’t even have proof an exterminator came. Guess we just take their world for it?? lol highly doubtful considering they weren’t even friendly before the bedbug situation. Most run down hotel I’ve ever been to!

Had to pay cleaning fee when we checked in wouldn't have been a problem but the bathtub had hair in it so don't think it was cleaned. So if they charge each person a cleaning fee they should actually clean. The front office was great

This Hotel is very dated. Not very clean. Elevator didn't work, Thanks to a young man who helped us with our luggage! Parking was great. taff was very helpful. Balcony was Ocean front but we only had a saamll view of the ocean.

Rooms need upgrades

The owner should be ashamed to let people stay in these rooms. The room we stayed in was disgusting. No effort put in to actually clean. The whole property needs a remodel.

Place was very dirty and run down. The room hadn’t been renovated in probably 40 years. Won’t be back.
