We were very much impressed with our stay at this hotel…. The price was reasonable, facility was kept clean, the rooms were VERY CLEAN, sheets, towels & everything was up to standard👌. This hotel also do have a good staffing team, Thanks to Nick for checking us in on a timely & informative manner & there was also another young man who seems like he dose maintenance & other stuff around the hotel, we didn’t get his name but he was very helpful & welcoming also💯… We will definitely visit this hotel again.

It was clean and decent would stay again

For the price I believe it was worth the stay. A bit outdated but clean enough for me to feel comfortable. However the coffee pot was dirty from previous guests im sure it was a small detail that was missed by housekeeper. Elevator was convenient a bit sketchy and it took forever, but useful enough that I didn’t have to make several trips up and down stairs. It’s located walking distance to the beach and several restaurants near by. Will definitely return.

I wouldn't recommend anybody staying at Quil Inn & Suites. There's nothing good about it. The building is RUN down to have 7 floors and only one elevator that's slow as hell. No A.C. in the whole building or the elevator. Room keys don't work half the time. Balcony door doesn't stay lock and the rates are ridiculous. Charging between 6-$700 for 3 days. Need to be demolished. This was my first and my last stay there. Never again!!!!!

Attached will be an actual video of me getting stuck in their elevator. The hotel is nasty. I checked out without staying the second night of my trip after seeing the biggest roach of my life.

The room was clean and the bathroom was nice and clean. Lots of drug activity in the parking lot. It’s not so bad through the week, weekends are bad and especially at night! The man running the front desk needs security please!!

The pictures online are completely different then in person it looks like a run down hotel the room was hotter then ever.. seen roaches the lights didn’t even work properly the elevator was so torn down my poor daughter got stuck because the door didn’t open tried to use to the room phone to call the office so I didn’t have to run down 6 flights of stairs the phone was broken carpet looked like something my great great gma would use in her house it looked dingy af just wasn’t a very welcoming environment we couldn’t even check in till 4 came at 4 and we still couldn’t check in because they had to wait for managers approval

Clean room

We specifically booked two fully equipped rooms with kitchens because we planned to prepare our own meals during our vacation. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that we had been assigned two standard rooms with no kitchen at all. The rooms did not match the description or amenities advertised on Booking.com. There was no kitchen, no coffee maker, no cooking equipment, no towels, and the rooms contained only the beds. The problems did not end there. During our stay, the elevator suddenly malfunctioned and trapped us inside for approximately 10 minutes without proper ventilation. Those were terrifying moments. We had no idea when we would be rescued, and the lack of fresh air caused significant panic and anxiety, especially because two elderly members of our family were with us. A functioning and safe elevator is a basic expectation at any accommodation, and this incident made us fear for our safety. In addition, we found numerous unacceptable conditions throughout the property: ● Defective elevator door. ● Bathroom door locks that did not work properly. My dad is an elderly man who slipped in the bathroom, it could has been a serious accident ● Shower with no anti-slip protection, creating a serious fall hazard. ● Old, damaged, and poorly maintained furniture. ● Damp carpets. ● Damp bed linens. ● No towels provided despite being an essential amenity. We immediately informed the property management about all of these issues, expecting a prompt solution. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance or acceptable alternative was offered. Because the accommodation was unsafe, uncomfortable, and completely different from what we had booked, we had no choice but to leave the following morning.
