Royal Palace Inn & Suites

A lot of the hotels check in is at 3 or 4pm, and this hotel was at 4pm. We arrived at 230, we asked to check in early since the room was available, to use the parking and pool. The person that attended us said yes but we would need to pay an extra $35.00. We just left and went to the outlets.

On are last are last day stay we were getting everything gathered to leave nd my daughter went to use the restroom and the roof started pouring water on my daughter after a few mins the roof came in onto the bathroom floor hotel staff didnt seen to concerned with it acted like it was no big deal

Nothing Had reservation for 2 people and a service dog. She turned us down.!

Location The room 220 rented 7-8/8/2026 smelled high of Marijuana, a/c is very loud, bath and shower heads needs to change

Not bad for the money

While this hotel is family-owned and operated, the experience simply does not justify the high price point. The property is quite dated, which is understandable, but the overall quality was low. We encountered several concerning issues, including bed sheets with holes resembling cigarette burns and stained towels. These inconveniences failed to meet basic expectations for the cost.

They made up lies to keep the deposit

I likenthe location and the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing stay for me and my friend. I would love to stay again. The bed was a bit firm for me but after long days on the beach I slept no problem. One of the lights in the room sort of worked but you had to tap the light to getbit working. Might of been a faulty wire but over all 9/10 stay.

You pay to be close to the beach. My family had our reservation canceled last minute after a 15hr drive. We needed a one night stay for the 5 of us so we chose this property based off pictures and rooms. When we checked in the staff was nice and gave us an extra parking pass that was great. But the room itself was dirty. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled. But before even arriving to the room we had passed several people sitting on the stairs in their pajama’s just kind of hanging out and wouldn’t move for us to get to our room. The interior of the room needs to be uodatet and the AC was in the kitchen and we needed to run it full blast to get to our room and the walls looked like they had been painted over several times. If you have no other options I guess this would suffice. Looking back I would have rather driven 30 mins away for a cleaner 2 Queen Bed room for obvious reason. Lesson learned

It was clean everywhere. Great A/C. Great internet. The married couple that run it are super great and helpful. My card stopped working a couple times and I went to see the guy and he helped me with it no problem. They are always on the property at least one of them. They just really care about their property and it shows!
