South Seas Ocean Front

The best way to describe the hotel is “a dump.” The room was clean, but there were no hangers in the closet, 2 threadbare towels, no hairdryer and no cups. The Wi-Fi did not work and when asked about the ice machine we were told it did not work either. The carpet in the steps and hallway looked as though it had not been vacuumed in years. The lights in the room and bathroom had bulbs missing. The office with the coffee machine did not open until 10am well past when available at other motels. The hotel was described as ocean front, but it was a block away without even a sliver of view. The only positive was that the employees were super nice and tried to help.

BAD DOORS LOCKS HALLS SMELLS REALLY BAD, NOT TO MENTION STAIRS FOOD CAT ON HALLS AND CATS EVERY WHERE . NO HOUSEKEEPING TO REPLACE DIRTY TOWELS.

2. Staffs are good. 3. Entering ground floor lobby has very bad order, like a zoo. 4. Too much old building, not painted. You can't take photo of building. 5. Excellent Ocean view. 6. Well and enough parking area. 7. Trolleys for taking all luggage to room, self service. 8. Has elevator. 9. Outdoor Swimming pool dirty, indoor was closed. 10. No microwave, oven was too much dirty. 11. Large refrigerator. 12. Not enough lighting, only 1 light in 1 room. 12. Your ocean view photo will reflect a unpainted grill and dirty balcony. 13. Only shampoo given, towels are old. 14. Not fully cleaned floor. 15. Thanks for check-in one hour early upon requesting. 16. Just beside the beach.

Indoor pool stayed closed. Air conditioning and remote in the room did not work. Tub didn't drain. Very dirty and smell of cat urine all over the property.

It is not that great and needs improvement

Hotel was dirty but the room was clean. Balcony was filthy and the air conditioning from the floor above was leaking onto it. Hallway smelled like urine and mildew. Will not be staying there again.

Our first room had a broken fridge and door, the second one had a broken lock, so we couldn’t get in. The third one was better, but the floors were sandy. There was even sand in the beds. The white towels were full of brown marks. Expedia charged us $220 Expedia dollars for this room for 1 night (on top of the actual price). Definitely not worth $300 per night.

Disgusting, stinks like urine, dirty, the floors super dirty, hot in the rooms. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. To say that I never stayed, once I walked in the hall, and then the room, we left. I would NOT stay. I could not believe that such a touristy area this place should be on point and its not!

Great people always same attitude

The hotel room smelled. There was no lock on the balcony door. We had no hot water.

I had a mix up with my hotel stay so I had to book this hotel at least I thought was a hotel turns out it’s a motel. We got to the room and the beds weren’t made. The air wasn’t working the bathroom wasn’t clean roaches and the patio couldn’t open it’s a dump. They moved me to another room and it just as worst they called in some people to clean but the lien was still nasty. I ask for at least half my money back but haven’t received it yet. The price was same as my place at the crown reef that hotel. Com messed up.then had oven front couldn’t see because the bushes and don’t even ask about the smell and people live in the place too. The pool not working they need to shut down this place

our first room we had wasn’t clean at all, so they moved us to a ocean front room, you could see the ocean unless you had the doors open because of how dirty the windows were, the washcloths had a unknown substance on them, and the water didn’t work. it wouldn’t be my first choice of stay but if i had nothing other options i would.

The room was very clean, bed was extra soft. Nice location.

The staff was great but the room wasn’t up to par. there was pubic hair in the towels,floors weren’t swept,lights didn’t work neither did the water, the sheets weren’t clean and kitchen sink had earbuds in it. but overall beautiful view and very nice staff.

Bed broke in the middle of the night!! Lol...j7st skeptical and moved on
