Ocean Plaza Motel

It was an okay place to stay for price but very out dated and some of the staff isn’t the most friendly people.

Did have to ask for extra towels and coffee, otherwise it was a good stay.

Clean room and pools. Helpful staff.

It directly on the boardwalk. The indoor pool was great. The room are outdated. There only one elevator for a six story building. The room was dirty, look like they just clean what they knew you could see but we find candy and stuff from previous residents. He and there you would see roach crawling.

On the beach, staff was great! Food and shops was a little further I imagine!

It was close to the ocean. The bed was comfortable. It was very worn down, needs to be fixed up. The water vending machine was not working. We had to check out early in the morning and there was nobody in the office. They are mailing out $100 cash deposit in the form a check.

Room had lots of towels helpful at the beach location couldnt have been better they let mea check in 2 hrs early couldn't expect much more from a hotel at this price

The kitchenette room was so spacious and just walking in felt refreshing because the ac was on when we arrived in from the heat check in didn’t take long and neither did check out I have to say the reviews worried me but I guess they’ve really stepped it up since then I didn’t like the elevator personally but I’m pregnant and had to wait longer than I would have liked for it because there’s only one elevator and it was old…like very old and hot inside of it .

Loved the convenience of how close to the beach you are and to all the stores. The kitchenette was the perfect size. The AC was perfectly icy cold! The water pressure in the shower was very minimal so if you have little to no hair then it is just fine

It was right on the beach,friendly people and staff,the beds was really comfortable

We booked an ocean view with a balcony and did not get one. We also asked to be next to the people we were traveling with.Due to medical issues and we were on totally different floors.

Our room was ocean front 2 queen beds.The view was great.The room was very out dated.Our key gave us trouble every time we tried it.The furniture was BAD.They should not have junky furniture in a room that cost over 100 a night.The drawers in the dresser were crap and un usable.The bed seemed clean and comfortable. The pillows were old and need replaced.No access to beach after 10 pm as they lock the pool doors.You have to walk all the way around which is inconvenient. Overall it was descent but they need to do some work on the decor.oh and parking was horrible.Stove burners were messed up as well.Pool was not cleaned daily it was dirty.

The staff was wonderful and friendly

Would not recommend if you have an ESA animal they do not care if you have paperwork from doctor saying that animal is to be aloud anywhere the handler goes. Ended up having to switch hotels to a sister hotel next door and was charged an additional 210 dollars. If we had not drove 12hrs and was tired we would have eat the cost and went home

It was stated that it’s under property policies. It wasn’t listed there. The front person finally found it somewhere else. She then told me to go the hotel next door and use there ATM. I did because I didn’t have a choice b/c I don’t carry cash. The service fee for the ATM was over $5.00. The whole thing seemed shady because Booking had already confirmed my payment and all was taken care of. The underground parking lot was very dark and a bit scary. Please install more light all around the building, especially the parking garage.

Clean, had everything we needed, right on the ocean, code to everything, quiet

okay for the price, we didn't research well. this is a non-smoking property. but it was easy to go out the pool and stand on the beach. no real complaints, nice kitchenette, and not very noisy.
