Not sure why I paid a resort fee when they didn’t have anything for a resort also booked a Ocean view and got a side view

I got a single king bed and the room was nice and cozy. The room looks and smells clean, the AC unit keeps the room comfortably cool, the bed was very soft with nice pillows, and the shower was simple and clean. The coffee machine works and makes a decent sized pot for sipping throughout the day. The cable TV is nice. The wifi is fast and reliable. No signs of pest issues. The rate is very affordable during peak season and it's right on the beach. There are many small restaurants within a mile and it's nice to wake up and walk to a place for breakfast. This hotel is a nice budget option. If you're going to Myrtle Beach for vacation, you generally don't need a super fancy hotel. You just need a clean comfortable place to rest, shower, and charge your devices. Choose this budget option so you have more money for all the fun attractions and good food. My only minor complaint is not having many wall outlets to plug in my devices or use the coffee machine. I ended up moving the coffee machine next to the sink to plug it in. And thankfully, I remembered to pack an outlet extender to give me two extra spots to plug in chargers. But this is just a mild inconvenience that has workarounds. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It's a good deal.

The housekeeper that we had on the 5th floor was awesome! The location on the beach was great . They have an indoor pool, hot tub and an outdoor pool. The pool is open from 9am-10pm. The water pressure in the shower was great! The only complaint that I have is the air conditioning and kitchen sink. The sink is so small. The air conditioning is awful. The air conditioner is low on the floor beside the bed. That bed gets air but the air can’t get over the bed to get to the other bed or the other side of the room. I had to buy a fan to blow on the other bed. Other than that, we had a great stay. We stayed for 2 weeks.

Beds was comfy and nice view from the balcony. Didn’t like that the elevator took forever. Elevators were HOT and STUFFY. Outdoor pool could been cleaner. My room, the balcony door was hard to open, had to use all your strength to open it. Water pressure was low in the sink but shower head was booming, felt good after a shower. Light fixture in the room was outdated. Stains on the table side chairs. Need to be updated. Fridge was great kept food cold and froze.

We stayed for just one night, which worked in our favor. There is plenty to do in the Myrtle Beach area. If you are looking for a very cheap hotel and have absolutely no expectations, then this place might be an option. If you want more comfort, it’s better to choose a different hotel.

It was terrible, the elevator is falling apart, the rooms smell of mold and have roaches. The neighbors door is attached to your room and the walls are super thin. I almost threw up when I went to the bathroom. Tub was stained with god knows what and the pool that’s located on the 4th floor is build into the under walk that leads to the front seat so at anytime it’s ready to fall through. I almost forgot got to mention the police that are constantly raiding the area cause it’s full of drug addicts and maniacs

Didn’t use the pools but they offer one indoor and one outdoor. The smell of skunk weed was everywhere… near the pools, the parking, the lobby. If you don’t mind it, you won’t mind this place. The hotel is old and run down. The staff at the front desk was super nice and probably the best thing about this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again though.
-
Location wise it was great, it is definitely a run down old no one cares about motel. Pool area and pool were nasty and neglected. I know kids are kids but when you have 11 kids from 3 to 12 maybe (all one family)in the pool ALL day unsupervised you can imagine the noise and chaos the pool was closed twice because if fecal matter. The only good thing was the room was clean and the bedding and towels were immaculate. Sorry to say we didn’t have a relaxing time and won’t be going back

It was a good stay the room was clean it could use some up grades the rug was damp the door to go into the room kept getting stuck. The pool was nice the staff was very helpful
-
Room was very unhabitable and staff refused to give me a refund, I did not stay there.
-
The resort fee per person was a joke! What were we paying for??! Dirty swimming pool?? Property was not clean. Rooms were decent.
-
The best time ever. Looking forward to coming back

Our stay was okay. We had an Ocean Front Room but the air conditioner was leaking and the carpet got wet . They sent maintenance to come and fix the air conditioner and dry the carpet but it leaked again so they moved us to another room the next day . The pools were good but the outdoor pool needs cleaned. I did like the room.

I loved this hotel except it said quite tine was 10 pm to 9 am and at night around 11 pm there was a family in the outdoor pool yelling, and in my room my hairdryer didnt work other than that everything was good the staff was great and the view was great.

It smalls bad when you are checking in at the front desk the Elevator took to long to get to you and also no Breakfast accommodate you I fill like if u paying all that money they should have Breakfast and it was a lot of weed smoking going on in that Building where my rooms was at cause for it to be non smoking it was ppl smoking weed and Cigarette in the room or the Balcony.

If I could’ve turned around and went home, I would have unfortunately I couldn’t afford that. The room was disgusting. It smelled the entire time. I used a whole thing of Febreze while I was there I never actually bathed in the tub because I couldn’t tell if it was clean even after I cleaned it, I cleaned the toilet all of the things to wipe down. The elevator was awful. The pool was dirty. The hot tubs were not well maintained. They have keys still for your door. All of the AC units dripped outside making slip hazards. The vending machines were crazy expensive as always. And I never use the ice machine cause I wasn’t sure if it was clean. It needs to be gutted and completely remodeled. If you have kids, I do not recommend if you’re an adult and can thug it out you might be OK.
