This hotel is rundown linings were dirty, no iron/board, and fruit flies. Room was only cleaned once in 4 days had to pretty much beg for towels. Best thing about the hotel was the view of the ocean.

We booked this room for a business trip for one of my employees we like that it was on the ocean and near to where our last delivery was at so that she could get some rest that is all that we found good about this place The staff is not courteous and not accountable to anything the manager was too rude to even speak to me when there was an issue they told us prior to booking and if we use booking.com my employee would not have a problem with the incidentals that would be billed to my business credit card when she arrived after an 11-hour day of driving and making deliveries they held the room hostage until we wired her a hundred and fifty dollars for incidentals the manager no point in time was willing to speak to me about it the girl at the front desk literally hung up the phone because I was angry at the way they were treating my employee and they did not care they also continued to deny that they said any of the things that they said even though it was on speakerphone between me and my employee both heard it I regularly use Expedia I used booking.com because they suggested using that site they are the worst customer service unaccountable horrible people and we will never use this hotel again and we make routine trips to Myrtle Beach where we make deliveries

The room was very humid, especially the bathroom, which had poor ventilation. Everything felt damp, including our clothes and bedding. The property is quite outdated and could use significant renovation. There was only one elevator operating, which resulted in long waits. The pool also looked dirty and was not inviting. The front desk staff were not welcoming. Around 9 PM the lobby doors were locked from both sides. Although staff were at the front desk, they ignored us when we were trying to ask a question. Overall, the location is excellent, but for the price we paid, the hotel did not provide good value.

The balcony the view of the beach My room was not ready at 3 no towels there was paper under my sink in the bathroom the beddings were dirty and when I finally got towels it had long strands of hair in it and while finally checking in the front desk clerk was absolutely very much rude

Nothing Key machine wasn’t working and the staff was rude and lied about being able to accommodate me and my disabled family

The easy access to the beach The wifi is slow .

I was told when I booked it that it was oceanfront. It was not. The TV didn’t work and had to wait until 11:30pm for someone to come fix it. Multiple time I ha e to ask for clean towels that they didn’t have any cleaned. I have plenty of pictures to show it was dirty.

There was none Needs a new elevator the room could be much cleaner I had to re-clean it myself when I got there with hair is someone that eyelashes in the bathroom it was not up to standard at all. I used to do housekeeping at Howard Johnson Inn many years ago, it was not comfortable at all.

I liked that the pool was always open and the proximity of the beach was great. I was close enough to walk on the beach each morning. The bed and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. Pillows were flat. This is not a deal breaker for me in terms of booking another stay here.
