Building and rooms are old, The elevator wasn't working. Sadly, this building only has 1 elevator. (*BTW: I wasn't going to walk up 6 flights of stairs, that are located on the outside of building, for my vacation.) NOT worth the cost. Should be in the category of a Motel NOT a Hotel.

We booked online for ocean view. Ended up with side building ocean view. Building has not been well-maintenance. Balcony is dangerous for small dogs and kids.

Room were nice and clean, staff was very friendly, we did not have a balcony not sure if I read it wrong but I thought that was what I picked.

Great room! It was very clean. Easy, close access to the beach . My rating is 4.5 . I didn’t give a full 5 because my booking was the oceanfront view , and when i got to my room it was on the side of the building with partial view. Although i would come again, great stay.

Wi-Fi was horrible. It will go in and out. Front desk people were not very friendly and it was very dirty. Although the room was fairly clean. The outside areas were not kept up. I would not recommend this hotel.

It is a clean, close to beach place to stay. No frills just checks those boxes. Would stay again.

Not very clean, rooms were not cleaned. We were moved to another room which was also not cleaned and toilet was broken. The staff were great, extremely helpful but they were short staffed and perhaps overworked…

The ac worked but didn’t cool the room enough for my liking.

This hotel is rundown linings were dirty, no iron/board, and fruit flies. Room was only cleaned once in 4 days had to pretty much beg for towels. Best thing about the hotel was the view of the ocean.

Room was very clean and Eric the maintenance man was very helpful.

The rooms were clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again .

The beach view was amazing, walk right to the beach. The Wii fii was non existent. Rooms were clean. The beds weren’t comfortable. The mattress sat on a metal platform when bumped into it sounded like thunder. The pool doesn’t close so it hard to sleep when people are being loud. Id say improve the Wii fii and the beds and I would go back.

Very limited parking very small spaces hard for full-size SUVs to get in or out Way overpriced for what the hotel offered no breakfast no amenities no coffee a small pool that was not being kept up.
