Staff seemed like they all hated their jobs. I would give the swim up bar a 2. The money they could make if they had more help!! Many walked away after 20 minute waits. Last time for us.

Room was clean view was great of the beach and staff very friendly

The only think I didn’t like was room service we ask for towels 3 times and never received

The only good thing about our stay was the view. The bar closed at 7pm on the 4th of July. The pool was closed the last day. The elevators were not running properly for a 14 floor hotel. Non existent restaurant. The odor was almost unbelievably. No towel and coffee service when asked. The front desk staff had no glue where to find things and was rude about. The property itself could use a serious cleaning and make over.

Clean rooms, property clean, ocean front view, nice loungers in the pool, pool bar ...all made a great stay

The staff was very rude and unhelpful the entire hotel, parking garage, elevator and stair ways smells like urine.

It was nice for a quick beach getaway

I would have given it five stars if it wasn't for the fact that I did see a water bug, or a large bug on the final night of the trip. I saw some of the other reviews that said they had roaches but I think it's more of a water bug thing, which can happen anywhere. If you're looking to save, get pretty decent parking, this is a good spot. (They also have a very good deposit policy so don't let that $250 deter you. There is a very nice convenient option to maintain flexibility. Just be sure to take care of the room. Lol)

The music at the pool blasted until after 11 Kids screaming in the pool all day. No room cleaning services. Would not recommend The hotel next door had a pool that looked amazing!

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The entire property was clean, quiet, and beautifully kept. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

So staff is amazing n super friendly n helpful. Rooms were renovated but rest of hotel was a little run down. Elevators were always broken and when they werent u feared they would be. Pool bar closes early but bartenders are engaging. Pool itself was dirty (lots n lots of hair products esp) would have been nice if they had someone skimming the Pool all day instead of just early morning when hardly anyone is in it. Right on beach and excellent location. Also very secure parking garage just be careful because people whip around the corners without slowing down. Did have a palmetto bug in our room 1 nt on the 12th floor but im hoping it was just a one off because everything else seemed good.

Coach issues ac issues rude stuff from house keeping side. Front desk and pool bar staff pleasant
