The pool outside was great. They had a DJ on Sunday that played great music. The room was clean and nice. The only thing I didn’t like was I had to pay to park on site. Towels were scarce. Other than those 2 things it was overall a nice place. We will go back again.

Labor Day Weekend and we expected huge crowds, all went extremely smoothly, good job!

The pictures posted are not what appear to be the correct condition in real life. While the room appears to have gotten a facelift the common areas of the property were very run down and dirty. One elevator was struggling to operate so much so we opted for the stairs every time. The pool is not relaxing. They blast music so loud at the pool you can’t even hear yourself. How the swim up bar was rated best in America is beyond me. That rating must be from 20 years ago. The coffee bar was never open when we went down in the mornings. No amenities/toiletries in the room so prepare to bring your own. For the price it was not worth it. Don’t be fooled by the deceptive pictures.

Cleaning, maintenance and attention to detail is a start.

Location My room had blood under the sink in the restroom. There was blood on my sheets. They did not change the linen before we came and the did a piss poor job of cleaning the room.

I had a very spacious and clean room. Updated and well maintained. I plan to return. This was my first stay but not my last!!!

Staff was rude, check in was 4pm and our room wasn’t ready til 6pm and we got to the room and we had no towels, soap or anything. Also saw a cockroach

The rooms are clean and looks like the pictures. We had full ocean view. The pools was not clean. DJ at the pool area played really crappie music. The front desk at check in was not helpful about information around the area. The lady that was the event planner did her best to help with information. The water pressure in the shower was really good. I question how safe the area is after so many uber drives warned us about being out after night. The drinks at the swim up pool was expensive and was not a well mixed drink. Don't fall for the pictures on the internet of the hotel.

Not a place i would go again with kids inappropriate activities at the hot tub

When I booked it didn't brother to let me know there was a 15.00 per night for parking, I ask to be away from the pool noise music and she put right over the pool bar. no one picked up our trash or gave us fresh towels. you couldn't sleep on the mattress so hard and uncomfortable.
