The staff were awful and charged my debit card twice. Very unprofessional

I faded this location for one night and it just basically was really not what I expected which was fine. It was one night. The staff was not helpful at all except for trying to get more towel towels and bath towels. I explained to the supervisor that there was a bug that was in the room, and she basically told me that there was nothing that she could do. They could not give me a credit they could not give me anything on the room or whatever so basically I had to just leave.

The swim up bar & pool area is amazing The beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel every spring in them.

Amazing view to the ocean from the 10th floor <3. Covered parking if its raining, It is attached to the hotel rooms. I have much positive to say and if instead i try to find something that i did not like... i cant think of anything.
