While the staff was friendly and helpful, the property was not well maintained or clean. The bed slept like you were on a sheet of plywood. The air conditioning in the room worked well . We stayed cool all night. Parking was easily available. We had a 2 night reservation but only stayed one night.

well I was there approximately 3 weeks and then I booked another 8 days to hotel.com and it was confirmed the next day I was told I have 5 minutes to move my stuff out of the room because I haven't paid after being there 3 weeks with no problems so approximately 12:00 I was told by the general manager to have my stuff out of the room I'm 64 I'm disabled I have a pet I had quite a bit of stuff in there from doing shopping for the last 3 weeks and with no reason whatsoever the general manager told me that there's no booking I had no rooms they put he kept saying I have this place sold out this weekend you have to leave because I was paying $72 per night and they were selling them for $201 so in 95° weather 90% humidity they made me pack my room up within 5 to 10 minutes I was sweating I was in so much pain it made me told me it was $201 if I wanted to stay after canceling my booking and told me I have 5 to 10 minutes to get out of the room will let me go to the bank when it was open wait until after 2:00 to do all this on that day so I started packing my materials in my belongings and I snuck to the bank and got the money out and I stayed that night but I could not sleep I wasn't so much pain and I was talking and turning away about what I'm going to be staying at over this weekend everything was packed and all the hotels were sold out so I had to say it in an emergency stay with it yeah for that one or two days and I was booked up for a week that they and then when I checked o

Room smelled like a wet dog

My biggest complaint was after departing the room at 9am for an appointment, I turned off the air conditioner unit in the room only to return at 5pm to soaking wet walls, a soaking wet bed(s) and a front desk staff who was just plain rude and unhelpful. How do you tell a guest the beds will eventually dry up. No !!! You should have moved my entire family to a different room. The pool was nice UNTIL a guest dropped off their 6-7kids and disappeared shortly after arrival. Both adults discreetly slipped away from the pool area leaving behind the children and the bad behavior because the children were unsupervised for about 4.5 hours in the pool. Several guests were annoyed and one got into a verbal altercation with the mother of the children after she asked the child to stop loitering at the steps which lead you into the pool. Incidentally it was an elderly woman who asked the child to move, and that caused the negligent mother to lash out at her. Parking is difficult at night, spaces fill up fast so once you park it’s best not to move your vehicle once parked. The hotel is a 8 min walk to the beach and the surrounding neighborhood was ok but don’t venture into the sides streets at nighttime. I stayed there 7 days.

GREAT location, so close to the beach and restaurants! The elevators was down and it was difficult walking up the stairs because I have severe arthritis.

Staff was nice & friendly. There was a rat hole in our room & the room was old and needs updating bad. Ceiling was peeling and there was something going on around the air conditioner floor. The beds are so low to thr ground that you are almost on the floor. .

Nothing… My other bed was broke…No refrigerator…No Microwave …Roaches in my room…Too many pets…. Only 1 elevator worked…

The common areas were not as well maintained nor as clean as I've come to expect from the Red Roof brand. One of the two elevators was out of service. In the first room I was given, the sink would not drain. I returned to the desk, and the night clerk immediately transferred me to another room, in which the sink was fine.

Price and room When we got there the couch bed had dirty covers on it that had never been removed and clean and under sink was mold
