Excellent for the price

Do not have daily house keeping and have to go to front desk for any extra towels, wash clothes, toilet Paper etc. killed 2 roaches even though the room smelled cleaned. Staff was nice and check in was easy. front lobby was clean and smelled good.daily complementary coffee in the Moring and the pool stays open late.

No internet for 4 days .no apologies

The pool was dirty and the sidewalk around the pool was very disgusting and looked like algae was on it. The only maintenance worker was the manager. The front desk did not tell the manager I called first thing in the morning because the bulb in the bathroom blew. I called back 5 hours later and the manager showed up at my door with a lamp and said he was the only maintenance worker and was shocked that I called 5 hours prior and he never received the message. He was very nice and helpful and came back later to replace the bulb.

The hotel is dated and needs a refresh.

What we didn’t like was there was no breakfast or coffee at the hotel. But overall everything else was good.

The property manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with the TV in my room. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The room was clean but the hallway carpet just outside of my room could use a good professional carpet cleaning, to help with the smell. Pool area was clean and having the games by the front desk area was very accommodating for guests with children.

Room 420 had a hole in the wall and the room smells of piss . I took pictures. The internet was out. The elevator by my room stop working. I had to clean the floor because it wasn't clean.

The property was better than expected. It is an older property but was good considering it is a beach property so guests are at the beach a lot, which brings sand. The staff vacuums and cleans regularly so tidy.

Out dated with a broken elevator but clean.

I had to kill a cockroach on the bathroom door, need I say more?! The facility constantly smelled of weed and I was embarrassed that I booked here! There was hair on the bed sheets and bathroom floor, and it felt unclean!

The front desk staff was very friendly, the pet fee was very low compared to other places, and the rooms were fairly clean. We only stayed for one night on our way out of town, and it wasn't bad at all. It's not a five star hotel by any means but it is a nice place to stay when you're in a pinch, especially if you have kids who loves swimming and a pet with you. We had initially booked a room and learned that there was no fridge or anything in the room, and the front desk was happy to help us get a room that had a fridge so we could keep our drinks and stuff cooled off for our last night at Myrtle beach. I wouldn't recommend it if you are a clean freak, because some of the corners of the room and the caulk in the bathroom are a little musty and dirty, but I wasn't expecting the Sheraton when I spoke to the room for the night. Not bad at all.

Elevators floors were horrible.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. It was extremely noisy, making it impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

The room was clean but the hotel halls smelled like weed, and the elevators had not air flow and was hotter then hot. We would stay again but they need to fix the issues.
